Description

Cloud service management method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of cloud computing, in particular to a cloud service management method. The application also relates to a cloud service management device, a cloud service management method and device based on the client side, and two electronic devices.
Background
Cloud services are an add-on, use-and-deliver model of internet-based related services, typically involving the provision of dynamically scalable and appearing virtualized resources over the internet through which users obtain desired cloud services in an on-demand, scalable manner. In the cloud service, a user accesses an API through a cloud service SDK, and the access quality of the cloud service API is affected by a plurality of factors, including the state of a user-side process, the state of a user-side machine, a network between the user machine and a service gateway, and the state of the service itself. As shown in fig. 1, in the operation process of the cloud service, each component behind the cloud service gateway is generally easier to monitor and perform problem investigation, and a client process, a client machine state, and a network state between the client and the service gateway in front of the cloud service gateway are difficult to monitor and investigate, which are problems to be solved in the cloud service operation and maintenance.
At present, in the cloud service operation and maintenance process, if the problem of timeout or time delay occurs in the process of accessing the cloud service by the client, the problem may be caused by slow response of the cloud service at the back end, congestion of a cloud service gateway, or high load of the client. In the actual operation and maintenance cloud service process, the problem of slow cloud service response at the back end is easier to investigate and solve, but the two problems of cloud service gateway congestion and high client load are difficult to investigate. When the cloud service is in a problem during access, firstly, whether the cloud service is in a problem is checked, then, whether a network link for accessing the cloud service is in a problem is checked, the checked link is long, a network operator may be involved in the checking process, and when the problem is confirmed to be not occurred after the network link is checked, a client needs to be contacted to log in a client machine, sensitive information of the user may be involved, and a potential information safety problem exists. Meanwhile, due to lack of monitoring on the whole network link accessing the cloud service, investigation can be performed only after a problem occurs, early warning cannot be performed on the problem, when the problem occurs, a cloud service provider is difficult to acquire relevant key information at the first time, if the problem occurs, a conclusion can be obtained only within tens of hours or even days, and time is long.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of this application and is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
The application provides a cloud service management method, a cloud service management device, a cloud service management method and device based on a client side, and two electronic devices. The following detailed description and the description of the steps of the method are individually made with reference to the drawings of the embodiments provided in the present application.
The embodiment of the cloud service management method provided by the application is as follows:
referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a cloud storage service status monitoring implementation scenario provided by the present application is shown.
Step 1, receiving monitoring information sent by a client.
The cloud service in the embodiments of the present application refers to a cloud storage service that implements data access through a network in a cloud computing environment, for example, a table storage service that is used for implementing table storage of data in a cloud computing environment. For cloud storage services in a cloud computing environment, the cloud storage services are divided into a party providing the cloud storage services and a party accessing the cloud storage services, specifically, the party providing the cloud storage services specifically refers to a cloud server for implementing the cloud storage services in the cloud computing environment, and the party accessing the cloud storage services specifically refers to a client accessing the cloud storage services through an access account of the cloud storage services. The cloud service management method is realized based on the cloud storage service, correspondingly, the cloud service management method based on the client is realized based on the client, and the monitoring management aiming at the cloud storage service access is realized together through the mutual cooperation of the cloud service management method and the client.
When accessing the cloud storage service provided by the cloud server, the client sends an access request to the cloud server through an access link established between the client and the cloud storage service in advance to access the cloud storage service, and specifically, the client accesses a cloud service API through a cloud service SDK, so that the access of the cloud service is realized. However, in practical applications, an access link is inevitably abnormal, which causes an abnormality in the access of the client to the cloud storage service provided by the cloud server. Based on this, in the process that the client accesses the cloud storage service, the state parameters of the access link of the cloud storage service are obtained through the cloud service SDK of the client, the state parameters are integrated into monitoring information of the access link of the cloud storage service by the client (the monitoring information carries the state parameters of the access link of the cloud storage service), after the client obtains the monitoring information of the access link of the cloud storage service, the monitoring information is sent to the cloud server, and the cloud server judges the state of the current client accessing the cloud storage service according to the monitoring information.
The state parameter is used for characterizing the state of an access link of the cloud storage service, such as the state of a process of accessing the cloud storage service by a client, the state of a client machine, the state of a network between the client machine and a cloud service gateway, and the state of the cloud storage service itself. The state parameters described in this embodiment specifically include: the method comprises the steps that the IP address, the CPU information, the memory information, the network link information, the cloud service SDK version of a machine where a client is located and the number of access requests in an access request queue of the client accessing cloud service are obtained; wherein the access request is transmitted over the access link.
Specifically, the cloud service SDK may obtain, according to a preset parameter obtaining period, a state parameter of an access link of the cloud storage service accessed by the client, for example, obtain, every 5 seconds, a state parameter of an access link of the cloud storage service accessed by the client, and integrate the state parameters into monitoring information of the access link of the cloud storage service and send the monitoring information to the cloud server.
In practical application, a user service may involve a plurality of clients, and the clients access the cloud storage service provided by the cloud server through an access account of the same cloud storage service, so that the cloud service management method provided by the application is applicable to all the clients involved in the user service, and each client acquires a state parameter of an access link of the client accessing the cloud storage service through a cloud service SDK and sends monitoring information generated by integration to the cloud server; meanwhile, the cloud service management method is also suitable for any client related to the user service, the state parameters of an access link of the client accessing the cloud storage service are obtained through a cloud service SDK, and the monitoring information generated by integration is sent to a cloud server. Based on this, the monitoring information of the access link aiming at the cloud storage service, which is sent by the client in the process of accessing the cloud storage service, is received.
In addition, in specific implementation, the monitoring information may be transmitted through a monitoring information transmission link established between the client and the cloud server in advance, for example, before monitoring an access link of an access request for transmitting data access between the client and the cloud server, a data link independent from the access link is established between the client and the cloud server through the cloud service SDK, that is: the monitoring information transmission link transmits the monitoring information to the cloud server through the monitoring information transmission link, so that the timeliness of the monitoring information is ensured, and the monitoring of the access link of the cloud storage service is more timely and accurate.
In an implementation, the network environment where the access link of the cloud storage service is located may be a computer room network, an inter-organization network, and/or the internet, as shown in fig. 2. The deployment environment of the client is not limited, for example, in a service scenario with a high data security requirement, the client may deploy in the user lan, and in a service scenario with a low data security requirement, the client may be exposed in the public network. The cloud server is deployed in a cloud service network, and a machine room network, an inter-organization network and/or the Internet where an access link of the cloud storage service is located exchange data with the cloud service network through a cloud service gateway.
And 2, acquiring the access state of the access link of the cloud service according to the state parameter.
The method includes the steps that step 1 monitoring information, sent by a client in the process of accessing the cloud storage service, of an access link for the cloud storage service is received, the access state of the access link for the cloud service is obtained according to the state parameters, and specifically, according to the monitoring information received in step 1, the access link, contained in the monitoring information, of the client accessing the cloud storage service is analyzed, and the access state of the access link for the cloud storage service is obtained.
As described above, for the case that a plurality of clients can access the cloud storage service provided by the cloud server through the same access account of the cloud storage service, when analyzing the state parameters included in the monitoring information sent by the clients, the state parameters included in the monitoring information sent by each client can be separately analyzed, for example, for each client accessing the cloud storage service through the same access account, the following operations are performed: analyzing the state parameters of the access link of the cloud storage service accessed by the client according to the state parameters of the access link of the cloud storage service carried in the monitoring information sent by the client, so as to obtain the analysis result of the access link of the cloud storage service accessed by the client.
In addition, when analyzing the state parameters included in the monitoring information, a plurality of clients accessing the cloud storage service for the same access account may be further analyzed in combination with the state parameters included in the monitoring information sent by the clients, so as to obtain access states of the access links of the clients accessing the cloud storage service.
And 3, if the access link of the cloud service is determined to have access abnormity according to the access state, checking the access abnormity.
The access state of the access link of the cloud storage service is obtained by analyzing the state parameters of the access link of the cloud storage service accessed by the client, which is contained in the monitoring information sent by the client; in the step, whether an access link of the cloud storage service is abnormal or not is judged according to the access state, and if so, the access abnormality is checked; if not, the processing is not required.
For example, by analyzing the network link information between the client and the cloud server, if the network transmission rate of the client and the cloud server is low and the data transmission takes a long time, an access link for transmitting the cloud storage service between the client and the cloud storage may be abnormal, and the access abnormality existing in the access link needs to be checked. Or, by analyzing the number of access requests in the access request queue of the client accessing the cloud storage service, if the number of access requests accumulated in the access request queue is large and more access requests cannot be normally sent to the cloud storage through the access link to execute corresponding processing, an access link between the client and the cloud storage for transmitting the cloud storage service may be abnormal, and the access abnormality existing in the access link needs to be checked.
If it is determined that the access link of the cloud service has access abnormality according to the access state, it indicates that the access link between the client and the cloud server accessing the cloud storage service has access abnormality, in this step, the access abnormality is checked by combining the client with the exception of the access link of the cloud service, specifically, the access link with the exception of the access of the cloud storage service is checked by combining the client corresponding to the access link with the exception of the access link. For example, for an access link with access abnormality of the cloud storage service, an abnormality prompting message that the access abnormality exists in the current access link is sent to a client corresponding to the access link, or an abnormality prompting message that the access abnormality exists in the current access link can be sent to a user corresponding to an access account number of the access cloud storage service to which the current client belongs, so that the abnormality of the access link accessing the cloud storage service can be checked in advance, and the probability of an accident occurring in the access process of the cloud storage service is reduced.
In addition to the foregoing implementation manner, in the process of accessing the cloud storage service, whether an access timeout occurs in an access link of a client accessing the cloud storage service may be detected through timeout detection operation, and the access link with the access timeout is actively checked, so as to further reduce the probability of an accident occurring in the access process of the cloud storage service, for example, for a client accessing the cloud storage service through the same access account, the following operations are performed: and judging whether the time interval between the time point corresponding to the access request sent by the client and received through the access link at the previous time and the current time point exceeds a preset time threshold, if so, sending an overtime reminding message that the access link accessing the cloud storage service has access overtime to the client.
In summary, according to the cloud service management method provided by the application, monitoring information of an access link of a cloud storage service accessed by a client is collected in the process of accessing the cloud storage service, the state of the access link of the cloud storage service is analyzed according to state parameters contained in the monitoring information, whether the access state of the access link of the cloud storage service is abnormal or not is determined according to the obtained access state, and further, the abnormal state of the access link of the cloud storage service is checked, so that the monitoring management of the access link of the cloud storage service is realized, and the problem of user information safety brought by the fact that the access of the cloud storage service fails and a client logs in a machine is avoided; meanwhile, before an accident occurs in the access of the cloud storage service, the access state of the cloud storage service is checked, the abnormality existing in the access link of the cloud storage service is further checked, the access of the cloud storage service is monitored in advance, and the existing abnormality is checked, so that the probability of the accident occurring in the access process of the cloud storage service is reduced.

Referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a cloud storage service status monitoring implementation scenario provided by the present application is shown.
Because the embodiment of the cloud service management method based on the client is matched with the embodiment of the cloud service management method provided by the application, the description is relatively simple, and please refer to the corresponding description of the embodiment of the cloud service management method provided by the application for reading the embodiment.
The application provides a cloud service management method based on a client, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, acquiring a state parameter of an access link of the cloud service in the process of accessing the cloud service.
As described above, the cloud storage management method provided by the present application is implemented based on a cloud server providing the cloud storage service, and the cloud service management method provided by the present application is implemented based on a client accessing the cloud storage service, and through the mutual cooperation of the two, the monitoring management for the access of the cloud storage service is jointly implemented.
Based on this, in this embodiment, in the process of accessing the cloud storage service by the client, the state parameter of the access link of the cloud storage service is acquired through the cloud service SDK of the client. Specifically, the cloud service SDK may obtain, according to a preset parameter obtaining period, a state parameter of an access link of the cloud storage service accessed by the client, for example, the state parameter of the access link of the cloud storage service accessed by the client is obtained every 5 seconds.
In practical application, a user service may involve multiple clients, the clients access the cloud storage service provided by the cloud server through an access account of the same cloud storage service, or each client accesses the cloud storage service through a corresponding access account, and in any case, the cloud service management method based on the clients provided by the present application may be implemented for any client.
And 2, integrating the state parameters into monitoring information of an access link of the cloud service.
In the step 1, in the process of accessing the cloud storage service by the client, the state parameters of the access link of the cloud storage service are acquired through the cloud service SDK of the client, and in this step, the state parameters are integrated into monitoring information of the access link of the cloud storage service (the monitoring information carries the state parameters of the access link of the cloud storage service) according to the state parameters of the access link of the cloud storage service acquired in the step 1.
And step 3, sending the monitoring information to a cloud server.
In the step 2, monitoring information of the access link of the cloud service is obtained through integration, the monitoring information is sent to the cloud server based on a monitoring information transmission link established between the client and the cloud server, the cloud server determines the state of the current client accessing the cloud storage service according to the monitoring information, and if the access link of the cloud storage service is determined to be abnormal, the client and the cloud server are matched with each other to check the abnormality of the access link of the cloud storage service.
As described above, for an access link with an access abnormality in cloud storage service access, an abnormality prompting message that the access abnormality exists in the current access link is sent to the client corresponding to the access link, or an abnormality prompting message that the access abnormality exists in the current access link may be sent to a user corresponding to an access account of the access cloud storage service to which the current client belongs. Correspondingly, the step is matched with the cloud server to check the abnormity of the access link of the cloud storage service, and can be realized by adopting the following mode: and receiving an abnormal reminding message of the access link of the cloud storage service, which is returned by the cloud server according to the monitoring information, and checking the access link of the cloud storage service for access abnormality according to the abnormal reminding message.
In addition, in the timeout detection operation in the above embodiment, the cloud server sends, to the client, a timeout reminding message indicating that the access time of the access link of the cloud storage service is out; correspondingly, in this step, an overtime reminding message that the access link of the cloud storage service has access timeout and is sent by the cloud server may also be received.
