Abstract
本发明公开了一种清洁宝,由下列质量份配比的原料制成:油茶籽粕20~30份、小苏打60~80份、膨润土0.5~1份、海盐4~6份、姜粉1~2份、薄荷粉0.5~3份、迷迭香粉0.5~2份。制备方法如下:(1)取原料:按配比称取原料;(2)粉碎:将原料干燥,分别通过粉碎机进行粉碎,得到各原料粉料;(3)混合:将各原料粉料混合,搅拌均匀;(4)杀菌:通过无纺布密封包装,再100‑120℃热风杀菌,得到清洁宝。该清洁宝去污力强,对人体无任何伤害,高效杀菌不伤手,且低泡、省水,可降解。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于洗涤用品技术领域,特别涉及一种清洁宝及其制备方法,其主要用于人们日常生活洗涤,其对人体无任何伤害,高效杀菌不伤手,可分解。
背景技术
目前市场上现有洗涤产品主要为化学合成,其虽然去垢力强,但是其存在化学试剂,不安全性,长期使用对皮肤的刺激,致使皮肤粗糙干裂,清洗不完全,残留导致危害身体,同时因不易分解,对环境土壤及水体的污染相当严重。
我们最常使用的餐具洗涤产品——洗洁精,主要成分是烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、泡沫剂、增溶剂、香精、水、色素和防腐剂等。烷基磺酸钠和脂肪醇醚硫酸钠都是阴离子表面活性剂,是石化产品,用以去污油渍。吉林电视台曾做过一个调查研究,发现市场上9种洗洁精,洗过餐具后,自来水冲洗12遍,还能检测出平均0.03%残留。也许该残留量不至于明显对人体产生危害,但毕竟还是一定毒性的。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种清洁宝,其去污力强,对人体无任何伤害,高效杀菌不伤手,且低泡、省水,可降解。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述清洁宝的制备方法,其工艺简单,原料常见、便宜。
本发明的技术方案是:一种清洁宝,由下列质量份配比的原料制成:油茶籽粕20~30份、小苏打60~80份、膨润土0.5~1份、海盐4~6份、姜粉1~2份、薄荷粉0.5~3份、迷迭香粉0.5~2份。
所述膨润土为钠基膨润土。
本发明的另一技术方案是:上述清洁宝的制备方法,依次包括如下步骤:
(1)取原料:按配比称取原料;
(2)粉碎:将原料干燥,分别通过粉碎机进行粉碎,得到各原料粉料;
(3)混合:将各原料粉料混合,搅拌均匀;
(4)杀菌:通过无纺布密封包装,再用100-120℃热风杀菌,得到清洁宝,每包10-20克。
其中所述步骤(2)粉碎后的原料颗粒度为40~50目。
本发明用到的主要符号及名称解析如下:

本发明用到的主要材料说明如下:
无纺布:英文名:Non Woven Fabric 或者 Nonwoven cloth,又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。
油茶籽粕:油茶籽仁经压榨、浸出工艺提取后,所残留的渣子,称之为油茶籽粕,其含有约10%蛋白质、10%茶多糖、12%茶皂素、50%纤维素和木质素。
食用小苏打:白色粉末或单斜晶结晶性粉末,无臭、味咸、易溶于水,但比碳酸钠在水中的溶解度小,不溶于乙醇,水溶液呈微碱性。受热易分解。在潮湿空气中缓慢分解。约在50℃开始失去二氧化碳,在100℃ 全部变为碳酸钠。在弱酸中迅速分解,其水溶液在20℃时开始分解出二氧化碳和碳酸钠,到沸点时全部分解。25℃时溶于10份水,约18℃时溶于12份水,不溶于乙醇。其冷水制成的没有搅动的溶液, 对酚酞试纸仅呈微碱性反应,放置或升高温度,其碱性增加。25℃新鲜配制的0.1mol/L水溶 液pH值为8.3,显碱性,但不含OH﹣,不属于碱,属于酸式碳酸盐(碳酸氢盐)。储存:干燥,避光,密封保存。用途:分析试剂。有机合成。
海盐:来自盐碱滩,海盐含有微量矿物质,如钙、镁、钾、溴化物和其他各种微量元素。可杀灭蛞蝓、蜗牛、水蛭一类附有粘液的软体动物(昆虫)。
膨润土:也叫斑脱岩,皂土或膨土岩。我国开发使用膨润土的历史悠久,原来只是做为一种洗涤剂。(四川仁寿地区数百年前就有露天矿,当地人称膨润土为土粉)。真正被广泛使用却只有百来年历史。美国最早发现是在怀俄明州的古地层中,呈黄绿色的粘土,加水后能膨胀成糊状,后来人们就把凡是有这种性质的粘土,统称为膨润土。其实膨润土的主要矿物成分是蒙脱石,含量在85-90%,膨润土的一些性质也都是由蒙脱石所决定的。蒙脱石可呈各种颜色如黄绿、黄白、灰、白色等等。可以成致密块状,也可为松散的土状,用手指搓磨时有滑感,小块体加水后体积胀大数倍至20-30倍,在水中呈悬浮状,水少时呈糊状。蒙脱石的性质和它的化学成分和内部结构有关。
姜粉:粉末,主要材料是生姜,生姜粉的功用有温暖、兴奋、发汗、止呕、解毒、温肺止咳等作用,特别对于鱼蟹毒,半夏、天南星等药物中毒有解毒作用。适用于外感风寒、头痛、痰饮、咳嗽、胃寒呕吐;在遭受冰雪、水湿、寒冷侵袭后,急以姜汤饮之,可增进血行,驱散寒邪。
薄荷:唇形科(Labiatae)薄荷属(Mentha Linn)植物的总称,为多年生宿根性草本。原产于欧洲及地中海沿岸,现在世界各地均有栽培,主要用其茎叶提取精油作为天然香料 。薄荷以全草入药,亦可食用,主要用来提炼薄荷油和薄荷脑,二者是薄荷发挥作用的主要成分,也是区分不同薄荷品种的依据。薄荷可用于牙膏与口腔卫生用品、食品、卷烟、酒、清凉饮料、化妆品与香皂的加香。在医药上,它广泛应用于祛风、防腐、消炎、镇痛止痒等药品中,如清凉油、风湿油等。
迷迭香:(拉丁学名:Rosmarinus officinalis)唇形科灌木。 性喜温暖气候,原产欧洲地区和非洲北部地中海沿岸。远在曹魏时期就曾引种中国。现在园林中偶有应用。从迷迭香的花和叶子中能提取具有优良抗氧化性的抗氧化剂和迷迭香精油。迷迭香抗氧化剂。广泛用于医药、油炸食品、富油食品及各类油脂的保鲜保质;而迷迭香香精则用于香料、空气清新剂、驱蚁剂以及杀菌、杀虫等日用化工业。
本发明的清洁宝,用法用量:
1. 用量:采用无纺布制备成10-20克/包的粉包,使用量,根据清洗食品工器具、餐具及蔬菜、水果的量等,可重复使用。
2. 通常用法:本发明的清洁宝1包,加适量水轻微润湿调匀,直接抹洗碗盘等餐具,然后清水冲净。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下特点:
1. 本发明的清洁宝去污力强,采用无纺布包装,慢慢渗透清洗,达到连续清洁的效果。
2. 本发明的清洁宝在使用后,手部感觉舒爽、润滑,呵护手部肌肤。
3. 本发明的清洁宝具有对人体无任何伤害,安全,环保,可以长期使用。
4.本发明的清洁宝使用方便,高效杀菌不伤手,且低泡、省水,可分解。
为了更清楚地说明本发明,列举以下实施例及检测试验情况,但其对发明的范围无任何限制。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取油茶籽粕28千克、小苏打61千克、薄荷1千克、迷迭香1千克、膨润土1千克、海盐4千克;姜粉2千克。
将取得原料分别通过粉碎机进行粉碎,过40~50目筛,得到各原料粉料;
将各原料粉料放入搅拌罐中,混合搅拌,搅拌时间为30min,得到混合粉状物;
将所得混合粉状物通过120℃杀菌后无纺布袋密封包装,得到清洁宝。
实施例2-6
实施例2-6所使用的原料及质量如下面的表1所示,其制备方法与实施例1相同;下面的表1示出了实施例1-6所使用的具体原料及质量。

对比例1在实施例6的基础上去掉了膨润土,对比例2在实施例6的基础上去掉了姜粉其它与实施例6相同。
检测与试验
申请人将本发明各实施例的清洁宝送到专门检测机构进行了***的检测与试验,其主要检测试验结果如下。
一、将以上各实施例所得的清洁宝,通过检验pH(GB 9985-2000检测)等,得到下面表2所示的检测结果:

从以上表2可以看出本发明各实施例的洗涤粉具有安全、卫生的优点,对比例1明显检出重金属、微生物;对比例2检出微生物。本发明的各实施例控制细菌作用上优于对比例1和2。
二、清洁作用检测
目的:取本发明各实施例和对比例的清洁宝及小苏打、油茶籽粕、标准洗涤剂,试验其清洁能力。
方法:本发明各实施例和对比例的清洁宝15g /包、小苏打15g、油茶籽粕15g /包、标准洗涤剂15g,用国标GB9985—2000方法测定清洁能力。
结果:见下表3所示。

结论:从上表3可以看出,本发明的各实施例的清洁宝的清洁力优于小苏打、油茶籽粕和标准洗涤剂,这充分说明本发明的各实施例的清洁包的各原料组分在清洁力上已经是形成了协同效应,本发明的各实施例的清洁包的清洁力不仅不是所有组分清洁力的平均值,且高于任何一组分的清洁力,假若本发明的各实施例的清洁包的各组分没有形成协同去垢清洁效应,那么同样质量的各组分混合物的清洁能力会低于各组分中最高清洁能力的同样质量的油茶籽粕的清洁能力,即本发明产生了意想不到的清洁能力。为功效因子渗透进入肌肤准备。
三、抗菌作用检测
1、抗细菌范围检测(抑菌环直径大小的测定)
目的:运用琼脂斜面稀释法检测本发明的各实施例的清洁宝溶液(浓度为0.1g/ml)和小苏打溶液(浓度为0.1g /ml)、油茶籽粕溶液(浓度为0.1g /ml)对环境中分布广、抵抗力强、能够引起食物变质、食物中毒、化脓性感染的致病菌有抗菌作用,明确其抗菌范围。
方法:取直径12cm平皿,倾入培养基15ml,冷凝后用灭菌的棉拭子蘸取供规定范围密度的对数生长期的试验菌菌液,均匀涂布在培养基表面;然后用无菌镊子夹取灭菌牛津杯放于平板中,每牛津杯中加本发明各实施例和对比例的清洁宝溶液(浓度为0.1g /ml)200ul,并进行三次平行试验;37℃恒温培养下24小时后取出,测抑菌环直径,并求出三次平行试验的抑菌环直径的平均值。并用同样的方法采用小苏打、油茶籽粕进行对比检测试验。
结果:对比检测结果见下表4所示:

2、抗细菌程度检测(MIC;MBC的测定)
目的:运用液体稀释法检测本发明的各实施例的清洁宝溶液(浓度为0.1g /ml)和小苏打溶液(浓度为0.1g /ml)、油茶籽粕溶液(浓度为0.1g /ml)3个以上不同浓度点对环境中分布广、抵抗力强、能够引起食物变质、食物中毒、化脓性感染的致病菌的抗菌程度,检测最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC),明确其抗菌程度。
方法:取无菌试管若干支,用液体培养基等倍数稀释本发明的各实施例和对比例的清洁宝溶液(浓度为0.1g /ml)后,各管加0.1ml供试菌液,同时设培养基对照管和菌液对照管,37℃培养24h后取出观结果,在对照管符合要求的情况下,逐一观察各试验管,以能抑制试验菌生长的本发明的各实施例和对比例的清洁宝溶液(浓度为0.1g /ml)最高稀释度为最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并将各无菌生长的试管中的培养物转接至相应培养基的琼脂平板上,37℃培养24h后取出观察结果,以杀死99.9%试验菌菌体的本发明的各实施例和对比例的清洁宝溶液(浓度为0.1g /ml)最高稀释度为最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。并用同样的方法采用小苏打、油茶籽粕进行对比检测试验。
结果:见下表5所示。

结论:从表4、5可以看出,本发明的各实施例的清洁宝的抑菌和杀菌作用优于对比例2、小苏打、油茶籽粕。也就是说本发明的各实施例的清洁宝相对于其主要原料小苏打、油茶籽粕已经提高了杀菌作用,本发明的各实施例的清洁宝比单独使用油茶籽粕作为护理消毒性能更好。
四、动物毒性试验
目的:观察家兔完整皮肤及破损皮肤短期内接触受试物(本发明的各实施例的清洁宝)后所产生的毒性反应,以提供安全性依据。
方法:选用白色新西兰兔12只,随机分为3组,每组4只。A组: 完整皮肤组,B组:破损皮肤组,C组:空白对照组。试验部位为背部皮肤,对照组给蒸馏水,受试物组给本发明的各实施例的清洁宝,直接涂在完整皮肤和破损皮肤上,涂后复以聚乙烯薄膜,再纱布固定,保证其与皮肤接触24小时,涂试24小时后,如未中毒死亡,可用温水或其他无刺激性溶剂去受试物。连续观察7天,每日观察并记录给受试物后动物的全身中毒表现和死亡情况,包括动物体重、皮肤、毛发、眼睛和粘膜的变化,呼吸、循环、中枢神经***、四肢活动等的变化。
结果:白色新西兰兔给予本发明的各实施例的清洁宝后未见全身中毒表现和死亡情况,动物体重增加,对呼吸、循环、中枢神经***、四肢活动等无影响。对破损皮肤个别动物有轻微红斑而无水肿,停药后24h即消失,用药区无药物残留斑点。
结论:本发明的各实施例的清洁宝对白色新西兰兔完整皮肤及破损皮肤无明显的毒性反应。
五.皮肤刺激性试验
目的:检测本发明的各实施例的清洁宝的皮肤刺激性反应,为临床应用提供安全性依据。
方法:按照《皮肤刺激性试验及皮肤过敏性试验指导原则》中的有关要求进行。家兔皮肤给予本发明的各实施例的清洁宝、蒸馏水,观察皮肤刺激性反应。
结果:家兔皮肤给予本发明的各实施例的清洁宝后,对完整皮肤和破损皮肤均未见红斑、水肿等皮肤刺激反应。
结论:本发明的各实施例的清洁宝皮肤给药,对完整正常皮肤和破损皮肤均无刺激性。
六.皮肤过敏性试验
目的:检测本发明的各实施例的清洁宝的完整皮肤的过敏性反应,为临床应用提供安全性依据。
方法:按照《皮肤刺激性试验及皮肤过敏性试验指导原则》中的有关要求进行,豚鼠致敏接触和激发接触检测本发明的各实施例的清洁宝的、蒸馏水和阳性对照药物2,4-二硝基氯苯,观察皮肤过敏性反应。
结果:豚鼠给予本发明的各实施例的清洁宝进行检测后,未发现受试豚鼠的局部皮肤出现红斑、水肿等过敏反应。
结论:本发明的各实施例的清洁宝的无过敏性。
七.应用试验
目的:试验油油茶籽粕、小苏打、海盐、姜粉对皮肤的呵护。
方法:根据实施例6,对去除油茶籽粕、小苏打、海盐、姜粉任何一个单一原料后,组成对比例2、对比例3、对比例4、对比例5,通过洗涤后,手部感觉情况。

结果:见下表7所示(70个人参与试验,分为A-G组,每组10个人)。

结论:油茶籽粕、小苏打、海盐、姜粉任何一个单一原料去除后,对配方产品洗涤手部感觉舒爽、润滑效果影响很大。
Claims (5)
1.一种清洁宝,其特征在于,由下列质量份配比的原料制成:油茶籽粕20~30份、小苏打60~80份、膨润土0.5~1份、海盐4~6份、姜粉1~2份、薄荷粉0.5~3份、迷迭香粉0.5~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁宝,其特征在于,由下列配比的原料制成:油茶籽粕25份、小苏打62份、膨润土0.7份、海盐4份、姜粉1.5份、薄荷粉1.5份、迷迭香粉0.5~1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清洁宝,其特征在于,所述膨润土为钠基膨润土。
4.根据权利要求1所述清洁宝的制备方法,其特征在于,依次包括如下步骤:
(1)取原料:按配比称取原料;
(2)粉碎:将原料干燥,分别通过粉碎机进行粉碎,得到各原料粉料;
(3)混合:将各原料粉料混合,搅拌均匀;
(4)杀菌:通过无纺布密封包装,再用100-120℃热风杀菌,得到清洁宝。
5.根据权利要求4所述清洁宝的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)粉碎后的原料颗粒度为过40~50目筛。
