本发明公开了一种厨房清洗剂,以重量份计,包括淀粉10‑15份、α‑淀粉酶0.1~0.4份、阴离子表面活性剂12~16份、碱性助剂2‑4份、可溶性壳聚糖8~12份以及水150‑200份,本发明提供的清洗剂可用于餐具、水果、蔬菜等清洗,具有洗涤去污性能好、杀菌、绿色环保等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房清洗剂及其制备方法,属于清洗剂技术领域。
背景技术
厨房用清洗剂主要用于洗涤餐具、蔬菜、瓜果等,能够快速高效地去除餐具表面残留的油脂、蛋白质、淀粉等污垢,能够洗涤掉蔬菜瓜果表面上残留的农药、微生物、虫卵、泥土等粘附的污垢以及具有适当的杀菌作用,同时对皮肤刺激性小、对人体安全无害。目前用于厨房清洗剂的主要成分是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、糖基脂肪酸酯等,它们的主要原料来源于石油化工。因此,利用可再生天然资源如淀粉、壳聚糖等开发制备表面活性剂并应用于各种洗涤剂的配方中中成为了目前研究开发的热点。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种厨房清洗剂及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种厨房清洗剂,以重量份计,包括淀粉10-15份、α-淀粉酶0.1~0.4份、阴离子表面活性剂12~16份、碱性助剂2-4份、可溶性壳聚糖8~12份以及水150-200份。
所述α-淀粉酶温度范围85℃~105℃。
所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠或脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐中的一种以上。
所述碱性助剂为硅酸钠、碳酸氢钠或碳酸钠中的一种以上。
所述可溶性壳聚糖的脱乙酰度大于85%,粘度为250mPa.s~150mPa.s,可溶于水。
一种厨房清洗剂的制备方法,将配方量的淀粉、α-淀粉酶与50-100份的水混合,加热2-3h 后,得到降解淀粉溶液;将上述降解淀粉溶液与阴离子表面活性剂、碱性助剂、可溶性壳聚糖以及剩余水混合搅拌均与,即得所述清洗剂。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明提供的清洗剂可用于餐具、水果、蔬菜等清洗,具有洗涤去污性能好、杀菌、绿色环保等特点。

所述α-淀粉酶温度范围85℃~105℃。
所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠或脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐中的一种以上。
所述碱性助剂为硅酸钠、碳酸氢钠或碳酸钠中的一种以上。
所述可溶性壳聚糖的脱乙酰度大于85%,粘度为250mPa.s~150mPa.s,可溶于水。
一种厨房清洗剂的制备方法,将配方量的淀粉、α-淀粉酶与50-100份的水混合,加热2-3h 后,得到降解淀粉溶液;将上述降解淀粉溶液与阴离子表面活性剂、碱性助剂、可溶性壳聚糖以及剩余水混合搅拌均与,即得所述清洗剂。

1.一种厨房清洗剂,其特征是,以重量份计,包括淀粉10-15份、α-淀粉酶0.1~0.4份、阴离子表面活性剂12~16份、碱性助剂2-4份、可溶性壳聚糖8~12份以及水150-200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房清洗剂,其特征是,所述α-淀粉酶温度范围85℃~105℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房清洗剂,其特征是,所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠或脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐中的一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房清洗剂,其特征是,所述碱性助剂为硅酸钠、碳酸氢钠或碳酸钠中的一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房清洗剂,其特征是,所述可溶性壳聚糖的脱乙酰度大于85%,粘度为250mPa.s~150mPa.s,可溶于水。
6.一种厨房清洗剂的制备方法,其特征是,将配方量的淀粉、α-淀粉酶与50-100份的水混合,加热2-3h 后,得到降解淀粉溶液;将上述降解淀粉溶液与阴离子表面活性剂、碱性助剂、可溶性壳聚糖以及剩余水混合搅拌均与,即得所述清洗剂。
