本发明涉及一种纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,属于建筑物外墙保温装饰行业的生产领域。
背景技术
保温装饰体板是由两部分组成:起装饰效果的面层和起保温效果的保温层。面层的材料目前常用的有以下几种:涂有真石漆、氟碳漆等有机涂料的硅酸钙板,彩色铝板,天然或人造大理石等。目前的面层材料存在着以下缺点:有机涂料及硅钙板耐久性不好,时间久了会老化变色,失去装饰效果。铝板价格太高,难以普及。
大理石太重,容易脱落,造成安全隐患。保温层目前常用的材料有以下几种:有机材料有聚苯板(EPS)、挤塑板(XPS)、聚氨酯(PUR)和酚醛板,无机材料只有岩棉板。
有机材料的耐火等级达不到A级、不符合国家的消防政策法规,并且和墙体的粘接牢固度不高,容易脱落,有机材料的老化问题严重,一般二十年左右就失去保温效果了。岩棉板是目前应用最多的无机保温材料,耐火等级为A级,但岩棉板同样有体积收缩、吸湿膨胀、抗拉强度低、容易脱落的问题。目前的保温层和建筑物外立面的粘接都是有弹性的,这种弹性粘接是不稳定的,随着时间的推移会有体积变形、吸湿膨胀、老化变脆的问题,几乎不可能和建筑物同寿命,二十年左右就要重新翻修保温***,从而造成人力物力和自然资源的极大浪费。
综上所述,现有的保温装饰-体板存在以下几个需要解决的问题和缺点:容易老化、粘接性差、吸湿膨胀、容易脱落。
发明内容
根据现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,能够实现保温装饰一体板,并且不容易老化和脱落,能够具有良好的粘结性,使用寿命长,更加美观,性能更加良好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,包括面层和板层,所述的面层是带有装饰效果的轻质发泡陶瓷板,保温层是刚性无机材料的烧结膨胀珍珠岩保温板,面层和保温层通过无机粘接砂浆粘接;
所述得面层的导热系数为0.06-0.07W/m.K,保温层导热系数为0.045-0.055W/m.K。

4、粘接牢固,因为是无机材料和墙体、粘接砂浆有天然的结和力,又因为是刚性粘接,不会弹性变形,所以粘接牢固,不易脱落,安全性好;
5、装饰效果美观、耐久,因为面层材料是发泡陶瓷,无机颜料经过高温烧制永不褪色,历久弥新;
6、使用寿命长,因为装饰层和保温层都是经过高温烧制而成,强度高,耐久性口,可以达到和建筑物同寿命的要求,不必重新翻修保温装饰***,从而减少人、物力和资源的浪费等。

1.一种纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,包括面层和板层,其特征在所述的面层是带有装饰效果的轻质发泡陶瓷板,保温层是刚性无机材料的烧结膨胀珍珠岩保温板,面层和保温层通过无机粘接砂浆粘接;
所述得面层的导热系数为0.06-0.07W/m.K,保温层导热系数为0.045-0.055W/m.K。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,其特征在于所述的轻质发泡陶瓷板得密度为400-600kg/m3
3.根据权利要求1所述的纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,其特征在于所述的保温层密度为140-160kg/m3
4.根据权利要求1所述的纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,其特征在于所述的面层和保温层的厚度比例为15∶(60-80)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,其特征在于所述的面层材料由底料、面料和釉料组成,各部分配方如下:
底料的配方由以下质量百分数原料组成:
珍珠岩尾矿50-80%
长石10-40%
膨润土5-30%
高岭土4-20%
发泡剂0.02-0.1%
减水剂0.1-0.5%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,其特征在于所述的面料的配方由以下质量百分数原料组成:
珍珠岩尾矿40-70%;
长石20-50%;
膨润土5-30%;
高岭土4.5-20%;
发泡剂0.05-0.5%;
减水剂0.1-0.5%。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,其特征在于所述的发泡剂为1000目细度的碳化硅微粉;所述的减水剂为三聚磷酸钠。
8.根据权利要求5所述的纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,其特征在于所述的釉料的配方由以下质量百分数原料组成:
低温熔块:40-80%
氧化铝:5-15%
氧化锌:3-10%
高岭土:5-10%
碳酸钙:5-20%
三聚磷酸钠:0.5-1%
羟甲基纤维素:0.1-0.5%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,其特征在于所述的保温层的配方由以下质量百分数原料组成:
珍珠岩颗粒:70-80%
粘结剂:20-30%。
10.根据权利要求9所述的纯无机材料的防火保温装饰板材,其特征在于所述的珍珠岩颗粒配比为0.1-8mm均匀分布;所述的粘结剂为膨润土、低温熔块、磷酸二氢铝和水研磨而成。
