本发明公开了一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置,包括无盖的安装箱体,所述安装箱体的内部架设有传送机构,所述传送机构的上方设有切割机构,所述切割机构包括固定在安装箱体一端顶部的安装架,所述安装架上固定有连接杆,所述连接杆的末端设有刀具安装架,所述刀具安装架上通过由电机驱动的转轴安装有圆形的锯齿刀具,所述安装箱体的一端侧壁设有板材入口,安装箱体的另一端设有板材出口。本发明通过传送机构将板材输送至锯齿刀具的下方进行切割,无需人工手动推送,且锯齿刀具是处于安装箱体内,可以避免刀具伤到工作人员的手,杜绝安全隐患。

一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置,属于木塑地板加工设备技术领域。
背景技术
木塑地板是一种新型环保型木塑复合材料产品,在生产中、高密度纤维板过程中所产生的木酚,加入再生塑料经过造粒设备做成木塑复合材料,然后进行挤出生产组做成木塑地板。木塑地板在生产的过程中,需要切割,目前的切割装置需要手动推送板材,且刀具暴露在外面,容易伤到工作人员的手,存在安全隐患。为此,我们提出一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置,通过传送机构将板材输送至锯齿刀具的下方进行切割,无需人工手动推送,且锯齿刀具是处于安装箱体内,可以避免刀具伤到工作人员的手,杜绝安全隐患,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置,包括无盖的安装箱体,所述安装箱体的内部架设有传送机构,所述传送机构的上方设有切割机构,所述切割机构包括固定在安装箱体一端顶部的安装架,所述安装架上固定有连接杆,所述连接杆的末端设有刀具安装架,所述刀具安装架上通过由电机驱动的转轴安装有圆形的锯齿刀具,所述安装箱体的一端侧壁设有板材入口,安装箱体的另一端设有板材出口。
进一步的,所述传送机构包括由电机驱动的工作台,所述工作台上位于两侧处设有压紧机构。
进一步的,所述工作台包括由电机驱动的主动辊,所述主动辊通过履带连接有从动辊。
进一步的,所述履带上与锯齿刀具相对应的位置开设有凹槽。
进一步的,所述压紧机构包括由电机驱动的主动压紧轮A,所述主动压紧轮A通过压紧带A连接有从动压紧轮A,所述主动压紧轮A通过连接轴连接有主动压紧轮B,所述主动压紧轮B通过压紧带B连接有从动压紧轮B,所述从动压紧轮B和从动压紧轮A通过连接轴连接。
进一步的,所述工作台与安装箱体的底部之间形成了碎屑堆积腔。
进一步的,所述碎屑堆积腔的一侧设有风机,碎屑堆积腔的另一侧位于底部处设有碎屑出口。
进一步的,所述风机的出风管的末端设有位于碎屑堆积腔内部转风罩。
本发明使用时将板材由板材入口处放置于传送机构上,在传送机构的作用下,板材输送至锯齿刀具的下方与锯齿刀具接触,锯齿刀具在电机的驱动下进行切割,切割完成后,板材从板材出口处传出安装箱体内。本发明通过传送机构将板材输送至锯齿刀具的下方进行切割,无需人工手动推送,且锯齿刀具是处于安装箱体内,可以避免刀具伤到工作人员的手,杜绝安全隐患。

如图1至4所示,本实施例提供一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置,包括无盖的安装箱体,所述安装箱体的内部架设有传送机构,所述传送机构的上方设有切割机构,所述切割机构包括固定在安装箱体一端顶部的安装架,所述安装架上固定有连接杆,所述连接杆的末端设有刀具安装架,所述刀具安装架上通过由电机驱动的转轴安装有圆形的锯齿刀具,所述安装箱体的一端侧壁设有板材入口,安装箱体的另一端设有板材出口。
将板材由板材入口处放置于传送机构上,在传送机构的作用下,板材输送至锯齿刀具的下方与锯齿刀具接触,锯齿刀具在电机的驱动下进行切割,切割完成后,板材从板材出口处传出安装箱体内。
进一步的,所述传送机构包括由电机驱动的工作台,所述工作台上位于两侧处设有压紧机构。
工作台将板材输送至锯齿刀具下方,压紧机构将板材压紧,便于锯齿刀具进行切割。
进一步的,所述工作台包括由电机驱动的主动辊,所述主动辊通过履带连接有从动辊。
进一步的,所述履带上与锯齿刀具相对应的位置开设有凹槽。
凹槽便于锯齿刀具切割板材。
进一步的,所述压紧机构包括由电机驱动的主动压紧轮A,所述主动压紧轮A通过压紧带A连接有从动压紧轮A,所述主动压紧轮A通过连接轴连接有主动压紧轮B,所述主动压紧轮B通过压紧带B连接有从动压紧轮B,所述从动压紧轮B和从动压紧轮A通过连接轴连接。
主动压紧轮A、从动压紧轮A、压紧带A和主动压紧轮B、从动压紧轮B、压紧带B分别处于工作台的左右两侧,对板材的左右两侧进行压紧。
进一步的,所述工作台与安装箱体的底部之间形成了碎屑堆积腔。
履带在传送的过程中履带上的碎屑落入碎屑堆积腔内,进行收集。
进一步的,所述碎屑堆积腔的一侧设有风机,碎屑堆积腔的另一侧位于底部处设有碎屑出口。
进一步的,所述风机的出风管的末端设有位于碎屑堆积腔内部转风罩。
风机在转风罩的配合下将碎屑堆积腔内的碎屑从碎屑出口处吹出。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置,其特征在于:所述传送机构包括由电机驱动的工作台,所述工作台上位于两侧处设有压紧机构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置,其特征在于:所述工作台包括由电机驱动的主动辊,所述主动辊通过履带连接有从动辊。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置,其特征在于:所述履带上与锯齿刀具相对应的位置开设有凹槽。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置,其特征在于:所述压紧机构包括由电机驱动的主动压紧轮A,所述主动压紧轮A通过压紧带A连接有从动压紧轮A,所述主动压紧轮A通过连接轴连接有主动压紧轮B,所述主动压紧轮B通过压紧带B连接有从动压紧轮B,所述从动压紧轮B和从动压紧轮A通过连接轴连接。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置,其特征在于:所述工作台与安装箱体的底部之间形成了碎屑堆积腔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种木塑地板生产加工用切割装置,其特征在于:所述碎屑堆积腔的一侧设有风机,碎屑堆积腔的另一侧位于底部处设有碎屑出口。
