The gear motor 51 is respectively connected with the cam shaft 53, the transition shaft 54 and the rotary table shaft 55 through the transmission mechanism 52, the transition shaft 54 is connected with the brush shaft 56 through the transmission mechanism 52, the gear motor 51 drives the cam shaft 53, the transition shaft 54, the rotary table shaft 55 and the brush shaft 56 to rotate, the center of the rotary table 31 is fixedly sleeved on the rotary table shaft 55, and the brush roller 27 is fixedly sleeved on the brush shaft 56; the gear motor 51 is installed at the lower part of the frame 1, the transition shaft 54 is installed at the lower part of the frame 1 through the cooperation of the bearing and the bearing seat, the transition shaft 54 and the turntable shaft 55 are installed at the middle part of the frame 1 through the cooperation of the bearing and the bearing seat, and the brush shaft 56 is installed at the upper part of the frame 1 through the cooperation of the bearing and the bearing seat.
