(2)将带鱼剖腹清理、洗净,去头、尾、鳍,切成大约五厘米一段,放盐、醋腌制大约15分钟;
(3)将猪油入锅至五成热,放入干辣椒、花椒、大料、葱段、姜片爆出香味,再倒入甜面酱炒散,倒入醋,加入药汤、带鱼,大火煮沸,去泡沫,小火焖20分钟;
(4)将待汤汁粘稠,加入鸡精,撒入香菜、孜然,淋香油即可。
