Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a remote fault diagnosis method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the remote fault diagnosis method according to the present invention includes:
s101: and receiving a remote diagnosis operation notification sent by the user terminal.
In a specific implementation scenario, a device to be maintained receives a remote diagnosis operation notification sent by a user terminal, where the remote diagnosis operation notification is sent to the device to be maintained by starting a client application on the user terminal when a user finds that the device to be maintained is abnormal in operation. In this implementation scenario, the user terminal is a terminal installed with an application program associated with a device to be maintained, such as a computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, and the like. In other implementation scenarios, the system can also be a controller or an integrated circuit connected with the terminal to be maintained in a wired or wireless manner.
In the implementation scenario, one device to be maintained is associated with one client application, in other implementation scenarios, multiple devices to be maintained of the same brand or the same function, or all devices to be maintained are associated with the same client application, a user selects a device currently needing diagnosis after opening the client application, and then performs an operation of sending a remote diagnosis operation notification under an item of the device currently needing diagnosis, so that the remote diagnosis operation notification is sent to the device currently needing diagnosis.
In the present implementation scenario, the diagnostic device is an embedded terminal, and in other implementation scenarios, the diagnostic device may be various intelligent terminals that can be networked.
S102: and responding to the remote diagnosis operation notice and judging whether to allow the remote diagnosis to be started.
In a specific implementation scenario, after receiving the remote diagnosis operation notification, the device to be maintained reads the content of the remote diagnosis operation notification. In this implementation scenario, the remote diagnostic operation notification includes a first key, which is received and stored by the device to be maintained. The first key is used for assisting the device to be maintained in judging whether other connected devices are authorized devices defined by the user terminal in advance. In other implementation scenarios, the first key may be pre-stored in the device to be maintained.
In another specific implementation scenario, a plurality of keys are stored in the device to be maintained, and each key corresponds to a different authorized device, the remote diagnosis operation notification includes a signaling (for example, including a specific identifier of the first key) specifying the first key, and the device to be maintained calls the corresponding first key after receiving the signaling.
In other implementation scenarios, after receiving the remote diagnosis operation notification, the device to be maintained may also perform a preparation for remote fault diagnosis, such as stopping a currently processed task, and/or confirming whether a communication function is normal, and/or adjusting a communication circuit to a state to be received.
In this implementation scenario, the device to be maintained may further receive a second key sent by the operation and maintenance center device, determine whether the first key and the second key match, and allow the remote diagnosis to be started if the first key and the second key match. In the implementation scenario, whether the first key and the second key are matched is judged through arithmetic operation, and in other implementation scenarios, whether the first key and the second key are matched can be judged through whether the first key and the second key have the same identifier.
S103: and if the operation and maintenance center equipment is allowed to operate, receiving a remote diagnosis operation instruction sent by the operation and maintenance center equipment, and performing remote diagnosis operation according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction.
In a specific implementation scenario, the device to be maintained allows starting of remote diagnosis, and may notify the operation and maintenance center device that the remote diagnosis operation instruction may be sent, so that a maintenance worker may send the remote diagnosis operation instruction to the device to be maintained by operating the operation and maintenance center device, and the device to be maintained performs the remote diagnosis operation according to the received remote diagnosis operation instruction. In other implementation scenarios, the device to be maintained may not send a notification to the operation and maintenance center device, but may choose to accept or reject after the operation and maintenance center device sends the remote diagnosis operation instruction.
In order to ensure the safety of remote diagnosis, maintenance personnel are prevented from damaging a system in equipment to be maintained by operating operation and maintenance center equipment or acquiring user privacy information in the equipment to be maintained. Therefore, in this implementation scenario, after receiving the remote diagnosis operation instruction sent by the operation and maintenance center device, the device to be maintained may determine whether the remote diagnosis operation instruction exceeds a preset authority range (for example, some data is preset as private data, or some operation is preset as prohibited operation), and if the remote diagnosis operation instruction does not exceed the preset authority range, perform the remote diagnosis operation according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction.
In another specific implementation scenario, if the device to be maintained determines that the remote diagnosis operation instruction exceeds the preset authority range, the device to be maintained refuses to perform the remote diagnosis operation according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction, and in other implementation scenarios, the device to be maintained refuses to perform the remote diagnosis operation according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction, and sends alarm information to the user terminal and/or the operation and maintenance center device.
In the implementation scenario, after the remote diagnosis operation is completed according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction, the result of the remote diagnosis operation is sent to the operation and maintenance center device, so that the maintenance personnel can remotely know the fault phenomenon and reason of the device to be maintained, and can inform the user of performing simple preliminary processing. In other implementation scenarios, the result of the remote diagnosis operation can also be sent to the user terminal, so that the user can also know the fault phenomenon and reason of the equipment to be maintained.
In another specific implementation scenario, when the device to be maintained receives a remote diagnosis operation stop instruction sent by a user terminal during a remote diagnosis operation, the remote diagnosis operation is stopped. In this implementation scenario, the user terminal has the highest priority and can abort the remote diagnostic operation at any time. In other implementation scenarios, the operation and maintenance equipment has the highest priority, and can stop the remote diagnosis operation at any time, and when the equipment to be maintained receives a remote diagnosis operation stop instruction sent by the operation and maintenance center equipment during the remote diagnosis operation, the remote diagnosis operation is stopped.
According to the above description, the remote diagnosis operation is performed according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction sent by the operation and maintenance center, so that the maintenance personnel can know the problem of the equipment to be maintained without arriving at the site to perform debugging and diagnosis, the time for the maintenance personnel to arrive at the site can be effectively saved, the diagnosis efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a remote fault diagnosis method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the remote fault diagnosis method according to the present invention includes:
s201: and receiving a remote diagnosis operation request and a first key sent by a user terminal.
In a specific implementation scenario, the operation and maintenance center device receives a remote diagnosis operation request and a first key sent by a user terminal. The remote diagnosis operation request and the first key are sent to the operation and maintenance center device by starting a client application on the user terminal when the user perceives that the device to be maintained is abnormal in operation. The remote diagnosis operation request is used for informing the operation and maintenance center equipment that a certain to-be-maintained equipment is in fault and needs to be remotely diagnosed.
In this implementation scenario, one device to be maintained fails, and in other implementation scenarios, multiple devices to be maintained may fail, so that the operation and maintenance center device may receive multiple remote diagnosis operation requests and the first key, and in order to distinguish different devices to be maintained, the remote diagnosis operation requests and/or the first key may carry an identifier corresponding to the respective device to be maintained, so that the operation and maintenance center device may distinguish the remote diagnosis operation requests and/or the first key corresponding to the different devices to be maintained.
In the implementation scenario, the device to be maintained is an embedded terminal, and in other implementation scenarios, the device may be various intelligent terminals capable of being networked.
S202: responding to the remote diagnosis operation request and sending the first key to the equipment to be maintained so that the equipment to be maintained judges whether to allow the remote diagnosis to be started or not according to the first key.
In a specific implementation scenario, after receiving a remote diagnosis operation request and a first key, an operation and maintenance center device starts remote diagnosis in response to the remote diagnosis operation request, and sends the first key to a device to be maintained, so that the device to be maintained determines whether to allow starting of remote diagnosis according to the first key.
In this implementation scenario, when a user perceives that the device to be maintained is abnormal in operation, the user starts a client application on the user terminal, and sends a remote diagnosis operation notification to the device to be maintained, where the remote diagnosis operation notification includes a second key, and the device to be maintained receives and stores the second key. In other implementation scenarios, the device to be maintained has the second key stored in advance.
And the equipment to be maintained judges whether the first key and the second key are matched, and if so, the equipment is allowed to start remote diagnosis. In the implementation scenario, whether the first key and the second key are matched is judged through arithmetic operation, and in other implementation scenarios, whether the first key and the second key are matched can be judged through whether the first key and the second key have the same identifier.
S203: and when receiving a notice that the equipment to be maintained allows starting remote diagnosis, sending a remote diagnosis operation instruction to the equipment to be maintained, so that the equipment to be maintained performs remote diagnosis operation according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction.
In a specific implementation scenario, if the first key matches the second key, the device to be maintained allows the remote diagnosis to be started, and a notification allowing the remote diagnosis to be started is sent to the operation and maintenance center device. And after receiving the notice allowing the remote diagnosis to be started, the operation and maintenance center equipment sends a remote diagnosis operation instruction to the equipment to be maintained, so that the equipment to be maintained performs remote diagnosis operation according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction. In other implementation scenarios, the device to be maintained may not send a notification to the operation and maintenance center device, but may choose to accept or reject after the operation and maintenance center device sends the remote diagnosis operation instruction.
In order to ensure the security of remote diagnosis and prevent a maintenance person from damaging a system in a device to be maintained by operating an operation and maintenance center device or obtaining user privacy information in the device to be maintained, in this implementation scenario, the device to be maintained may determine whether a remote diagnosis operation instruction sent by the operation and maintenance center device exceeds a preset authority range (for example, some data is preset as private data or some operation is preset as prohibited operation), and if the remote diagnosis operation instruction does not exceed the preset authority range, the device to be maintained may perform remote diagnosis operation according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction.
And after receiving the alarm information, the operation and maintenance center equipment immediately stops the remote diagnosis operation, and records and reports the exceeding remote diagnosis operation instruction and/or the ID of the corresponding maintenance personnel.
In the implementation scenario, after the device to be maintained performs the remote diagnosis operation according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction, the operation and maintenance center device receives the result of the remote diagnosis operation sent by the device to be maintained, and the maintenance personnel can remotely know the fault phenomenon and reason of the device to be maintained through the result of the remote diagnosis operation and inform the user of performing simple preliminary processing according to the phenomenon and reason.
In another specific implementation scenario, the operation and maintenance device has the highest priority, and may stop the remote diagnosis operation at any time, and when the device to be maintained receives a remote diagnosis operation stop instruction sent by the operation and maintenance center device during the remote diagnosis operation, the remote diagnosis operation is stopped. In other implementation scenarios, the user terminal has the highest priority, and when the device to be maintained receives a remote diagnosis operation stop instruction sent by the user terminal during remote diagnosis operation, the remote diagnosis operation is stopped.
According to the above description, the equipment to be maintained is controlled to carry out the remote diagnosis operation through the sent remote diagnosis operation instruction, so that the maintenance personnel can know the existing problems of the equipment to be maintained without arriving at the site for debugging and diagnosis, the time for the maintenance personnel to arrive at the site can be effectively saved, the diagnosis efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a remote fault diagnosis device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The remote fault diagnosis device 10 includes a processor 11, a memory 12, and a communication circuit 13, and the processor 11 is coupled to the memory 12 and the communication circuit 13. The memory 13 is used to store computer instructions that the processor 11 is used to execute to control the communication circuit 13 to perform a remote fault diagnosis method.
In a specific implementation scenario, after detecting that the communication circuit 13 receives the remote diagnosis operation notification, the processor 11 reads the content of the remote diagnosis operation notification, determines whether to allow the remote diagnosis to be started, and if so, receives a remote diagnosis operation instruction sent by the operation and maintenance center device through the communication circuit 13, and performs a remote diagnosis operation according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction.
The specific process of the processor 11 for implementing the above functions may refer to the above method embodiments.
According to the above description, the remote fault diagnosis device in the embodiment can receive the remote diagnosis operation instruction and perform remote diagnosis operation according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction, so that the time for a maintainer to arrive at a site to debug can be saved, the maintainer can know the fault problem without arriving at the site, the diagnosis efficiency is improved, and the time cost is saved.

The memory 23 is used to store computer instructions that the processor 21 is used to execute to control the communication circuit 23 to perform a remote fault diagnosis method.
In a specific implementation scenario, the processor 21 detects that the communication circuit 23 receives a remote diagnosis operation request and a first key sent by a user terminal, and sends the first key to the device to be maintained through the communication circuit 23 in response to the remote diagnosis operation request, so that the device to be maintained determines whether to allow starting of remote diagnosis according to the first key. If the device to be maintained allows the remote diagnosis to be started, a notification allowing the remote diagnosis to be started is sent, and when the processor 21 detects that the communication circuit 23 receives the notification of the remote diagnosis, a remote diagnosis operation instruction is sent to the device to be maintained through the communication circuit 23, so that the device to be maintained performs the remote diagnosis operation according to the remote diagnosis operation instruction.
