The functional additive improves the easy repair performance of the shading adhesive tape. (2) the black and black shading adhesive tape has the advantages of long service life, environmental protection, strong viscosity, good shading performance, easy repair and good high temperature resistance;
(3) the first adhesive layer contains nano silicon dioxide, so that the first adhesive layer has an uneven surface and a small contact area with the display panel, the display panel cannot be damaged or the backlight module cannot be disassembled, the disassembly is convenient, and the rework efficiency is high;
(4) the ink layer is formed by environment-friendly water-based black ink, and the nano Al/Al is2O3The core-shell material light absorber can effectively absorb light entering the ink layer, effectively improve the display effect of the screen, and avoid the problem that the backlight source enters the inside of the screen through the transparent adhesive layer to cause bright lines at the edge of the screen.

Example 1:
the ink layer is formed by water-based black ink, and the water-based black ink is prepared by the following specific preparation method:
(1) pre-dispersing 2 parts by weight of carbon black, 1 part by weight of light absorbent, 50 parts by weight of deionized water, 5 parts by weight of dispersing agent and 0.01 part by weight of defoaming agent for 0.5h at room temperature under the condition of 1000 r/min;
(2) placing the uniformly dispersed mixture in the step (1) in a high-speed stirrer, and grinding at high speed for 2h at room temperature of 2000r/min to obtain base ink;
(3) mixing the base ink, 80 parts by weight of film-forming resin, 0.01 part by weight of flatting agent and 0.5 part by weight of wax emulsion at room temperature under the condition of 1000r/min, stirring for 0.5h, and uniformly mixing to obtain the high-performance ink for later use.
The light absorbing agent is nano Al/Al2O3The core-shell material is prepared by the following specific steps:

(2) reacting 31 parts by weight of mixed monomer, 2 parts by weight of functional assistant, 0.07 part by weight of emulsifier SDS and 0.2 part by weight of initiator ammonium persulfate at the temperature of 70 ℃ for 2 hours at the speed of 1500 r/min;
(3) and continuously dropwise adding the rest mixed monomer, the emulsifier and the initiator, heating to 80 ℃ after dropwise adding, preserving heat for 3 hours, cooling and discharging for later use.
The functional assistant is modified nano silicon dioxide, and the specific preparation method is as follows:
(1) mixing nano silicon dioxide and deionized water to prepare 6% aqueous suspension by mass, and stirring and dispersing for 10min under the condition of 2000 r/min;
(2) stirring and heating the suspension at 1500r/min to 60 ℃, stabilizing for 5min, and adding a silane coupling agent KH570 in an amount of 5% of the mass of the nano-silica;
(3) cooling the reaction liquid obtained in the step (2) to room temperature, carrying out vacuum filtration, placing the filter cake in a drying oven, drying for 6 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃, and crushing the dried filter cake to obtain a functional auxiliary agent for later use;
the reactions in the above steps (1) to (3) were carried out under an atmosphere of N2.
The preparation method of the black and black shading adhesive tape with strong viscosity and easy repair comprises the following steps:
(1) coating black ink layers on two surfaces of the PET transparent film, drying the PET transparent film in an oven, setting the temperature of the oven to be 60 ℃, and rolling to obtain a substrate layer;
(2) and respectively coating a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer on the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate layer, drying, setting the temperature of an oven to be 60 ℃, attaching protective films on the two surfaces, rolling and slitting to obtain the black and black shading adhesive tape with strong viscosity and easy repair.
Example 2:
the ink layer is formed by water-based black ink, and the water-based black ink is prepared by the following specific preparation method:
(1) pre-dispersing 10 parts by weight of carbon black, 3 parts by weight of light absorbent, 80 parts by weight of deionized water, 20 parts by weight of dispersing agent and 0.03 part by weight of defoaming agent for 2 hours at room temperature under the condition of 1000 r/min;
(2) placing the uniformly dispersed mixture in the step (1) in a high-speed stirrer, and grinding at high speed for 4 hours at room temperature of 2000r/min to obtain base ink;
(3) mixing the base ink, 100 parts by weight of film-forming resin, 0.02 part by weight of flatting agent and 3 parts by weight of wax emulsion, stirring for 4 hours at room temperature under the condition of 1000r/min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the high-performance ink for later use.
The light absorbing agent is nano Al/Al2O3The core-shell material is prepared by the following specific steps:

(1) uniformly stirring and mixing a viscous monomer butyl acrylate, a cohesive monomer vinyl acetate and a functional monomer N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide at room temperature under the condition of 1000r/min for 1h to obtain a mixed monomer;
(2) reacting 46 parts by weight of mixed monomer, 3 parts by weight of functional assistant, 0.7 part by weight of emulsifiers SDBS and OP-10 and 1 part by weight of initiator ammonium persulfate at the temperature of 90 ℃ for 2 hours at the speed of 1500 r/min;
(9) and continuously dropwise adding the rest mixed monomer, the emulsifier and the initiator, heating to 100 ℃ after dropwise adding, preserving the heat for 2 hours, cooling and discharging for later use.
The functional assistant is modified nano silicon dioxide, and the specific preparation method is as follows:
(1) mixing nano silicon dioxide and deionized water to prepare 10% aqueous suspension by mass, and stirring and dispersing for 30min under the condition of 2000 r/min;
(2) stirring and heating the suspension at 1500r/min to 60 ℃, stabilizing for 20min, and adding a silane coupling agent KH570, wherein the addition amount of the silane coupling agent KH is 10% of the mass of the nano silicon dioxide;
(3) cooling the reaction liquid obtained in the step (2) to room temperature, carrying out vacuum filtration, placing the filter cake in a drying oven, drying for 6 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃, and crushing the dried filter cake to obtain a functional auxiliary agent for later use;
the reactions in the above steps (1) to (3) were carried out under an atmosphere of N2.
The preparation method of the black and black shading adhesive tape with strong viscosity and easy repair comprises the following steps:

Example 3:

(1) pre-dispersing 10 parts by weight of carbon black, 5 parts by weight of light absorbent, 50 parts by weight of deionized water, 20 parts by weight of dispersing agent and 0.03 part by weight of defoaming agent for 2 hours at room temperature under the condition of 500 r/min;
(2) placing the uniformly dispersed mixture in the step (1) into a high-speed stirrer, and grinding at high speed for 4 hours at room temperature under the condition of 800r/min to obtain base ink;
(3) mixing the base ink, 80 parts by weight of film-forming resin, 0.02 part by weight of flatting agent and 5 parts by weight of wax emulsion, stirring for 4 hours at room temperature under the condition of 500r/min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the high-performance ink for later use.
The light absorbing agent is nano Al/Al2O3The core-shell material is prepared by the following specific steps:

(2) reacting 37 parts by weight of mixed monomer, 3 parts by weight of functional assistant, 0.7 part by weight of emulsifier OP-10 and 1 part by weight of initiator potassium persulfate at 70 ℃ for 2 hours under 800 conditions;
(3) and continuously dropwise adding the rest mixed monomer, the emulsifier and the initiator, heating to 80 ℃ after dropwise adding, preserving heat for 3 hours, cooling and discharging for later use.
The functional assistant is modified nano silicon dioxide, and the specific preparation method is as follows:
(1) mixing nano silicon dioxide and deionized water to prepare 10% aqueous suspension by mass percent, and stirring and dispersing for 30min under the condition of 1500 r/min;
(2) stirring and heating the suspension at 500r/min to 40 ℃, stabilizing for 20min, and adding a silane coupling agent KH570, wherein the addition amount accounts for 20% of the mass of the nano silicon dioxide;
(3) cooling the reaction liquid obtained in the step (2) to room temperature, carrying out vacuum filtration, placing the filter cake in a drying oven, drying for 24 hours at 50 ℃, and crushing the dried filter cake to obtain a functional auxiliary agent for later use;
the reactions in the above steps (1) to (3) were carried out under an atmosphere of N2.
The preparation method of the black and black shading adhesive tape with strong viscosity and easy repair comprises the following steps:
(1) coating black ink layers on two surfaces of the PET transparent film, drying the PET transparent film in an oven, setting the temperature of the oven to be 120 ℃, and rolling to obtain a substrate layer;
(2) and respectively coating a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer on the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate layer and drying, setting the temperature of an oven to be 120 ℃, then attaching protective films on two surfaces, rolling and slitting to obtain the black and black shading adhesive tape with strong viscosity and easy repair.
Example 4:
the preparation method of the black and black shading adhesive tape with strong viscosity and easy repair is the same as that of the embodiment 2, except that the first adhesive does not contain a functional additive, and the ink layer does not contain a delustering agent.
Example 5:
the preparation method of the black and black shading adhesive tape with strong viscosity and easy repair is the same as that of the example 2, except that the first adhesive does not contain functional additives.
Example 6:
the preparation method of the black and black shading adhesive tape with strong viscosity and easy repair is the same as that of the embodiment 2, except that the ink layer does not contain the flatting agent.

The adhesive property test of the black and black shading adhesive tape with strong adhesiveness and easy repair refers to the national standard GB/T2792-1995; the high temperature resistance is that the sample is pasted on a 304SUS plate and is kept for 60min at 120 ℃; the light transmittance was measured by a U-3010 ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer of Hitachi, Japan; and (4) randomly carrying out repair operation on the 10 assemblies to check whether the assemblies are damaged or not.
