The automatic film unloading and threading device of a film winder of claim 4 wherein the conveyor assembly comprises a lifting conveyor and a horizontal conveyor, the lifting conveyor and the horizontal conveyor are connected by a connecting plate, the lifting conveyor is composed of a plurality of barb elements hinged to each other, the lifting conveyor is arranged at the outlet end of the paper core placing groove, and the horizontal conveyor is arranged on the paper core overturning assembly.

The automatic film unloading and paper core penetrating device of the film winding machine according to claim 1, wherein the paper core overturning assembly comprises a pushing plate and a pushing cylinder which are longitudinally arranged, a pneumatic rod of the pushing cylinder is connected with the bottom of the pushing plate, and the top surface of the pushing plate is provided with an inclined surface.
7. The automatic film unloading and core threading device of claim 6 wherein said core turning assembly further comprises a stripper plate positioned on the top oblique side of said ejector plate.

The automatic film unloading and core threading device of claim 1 further comprising a lifting frame mounted on the base plate and driven by the air cylinder, the film unloading pallet, the film unloading baffle and the core threading assembly being mounted on the lifting frame, the lifting frame realizing simultaneous lifting of the film unloading pallet, the film unloading baffle and the core threading assembly on the base plate.
9. The automatic film unloading and paper core penetrating device of the film winding machine according to claim 8, wherein a turnover cylinder is further arranged on the lifting frame, and a pneumatic rod of the turnover cylinder is hinged with the bottom of the film unloading supporting plate.
10. The automatic film unloading and core threading device of a film winding machine according to claim 1, wherein the film unloading baffle plate is driven by a cylinder to realize lifting movement relative to the film unloading supporting plate and the core threading assembly.
