The invention discloses a fruit peeling and cutting machine, which comprises: a base; the two support rods are symmetrically arranged on the base; the fixing frame is rotationally fixed on one of the support rods; the fruit fixing sticks are arranged on the fixing frame; the peeling equipment is positioned above the fixed frame and comprises a fixed rod which is rotatably sleeved on the support rod and a plurality of spherical peelers which are vertically and downwards connected with the fixed rod; the cutting device is erected on the other support rod which is not contacted with the fixed frame; the fruit peeling and cutting machine is simple in structure and convenient to operate, can peel and cut fruits with different sizes, and is convenient for peeling and cutting fruits in batches to produce a large number of fruit blocks.

the cutting rings are sequentially arranged from top to bottom and spliced into a spherical structure with the top and the bottom flattened, the cutting rings are hollow, the side wall of each cutting ring is of a circular-arc-shaped round-platform-like structure, and every two adjacent cutting rings are connected through an elastic component; each cutting ring is formed by splicing a plurality of arc-shaped cutting blocks, each cutting block comprises an arc-shaped sheet shell positioned at the outer part and an arc-shaped cutting sheet positioned at the inner part, the sheet shells and the cutting sheets are parallel and spaced from each other, and a rigid spring is vertically arranged between the sheet shells and the cutting sheets; the sheet-shaped shells of two adjacent cutting blocks are connected through a rigid spring;
the cutting device is erected on the other support rod which is not contacted with the fixed frame; the dicing apparatus includes:
the upper plate body is horizontally and rotatably sleeved on the support rod, and a plurality of upper cutting plates are vertically and downwards connected to the upper plate body at intervals;
the lower plate body is horizontally and rotatably sleeved on the support rod, and the lower plate body is vertically and upwards connected with the lower cutting plate at intervals;
