Abstract
本发明公开了一种生物因子附着休眠面膜生产方法,包括休眠冻干粉面膜纸和面膜原液;与现有技术相比,本发明制成带冻干粉的面膜纸,使面膜纸的成分处于休眠状态,使用时,采用原液与带冻干粉的面膜纸混合,使用时将成分激活,使成分保持最佳的效果,具有推广应用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面膜,尤其涉及一种生物因子附着休眠面膜生产方法。
背景技术
面膜,是护肤品中的一个类别。其最基本也是最重要的目的是弥补卸妆与洗脸仍然不足的清洁工作,在此基础上配合其它精华成分实现其它的保养功能,例如补水保湿、美白、抗衰老、平衡油脂等等。现有技术中,面膜在生产后,包装在包装袋内,但面膜一直处于活性状态,面膜的成分还会不断的产生各种反应变化,保质期限下降,使用效果也较差,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种生物因子附着休眠面膜生产方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明一种生物因子附着休眠面膜生产方法,包括休眠冻干粉面膜纸和面膜原液;
所述休眠冻干粉面膜纸的制备方法:
将水、甘油、分子玻尿酸、小分子玻尿酸、白芨提取物、烟酰胺、透明质酸、糖基海藻糖、茶树提取液、维生素A醛、甘草甜素、麦芽糖醇于-40℃以下低温速冻成固体块状,将块状固体于真空干燥机中冻干,完成后粉碎,粉碎后涂覆于面膜纸上,将面膜纸封装;
所述面膜原液的制备方法:
将水、甘油、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、丙二醇、烟酰胺、蚕丝胶蛋白、芦荟提取物、黄原胶、香精、维生素B3、维生素B1、维生素B2、尿囊素加入搅拌罐中,保持45~60℃的恒温条件搅拌3小时;将搅拌混合物导入离心过滤机离心过滤,上清液通过声膜分离器分离,得到小于30KD的小分子物质,经巴斯德灭菌法进行灭菌,得到面膜原液。
一种生物因子附着休眠面膜的使用方法,使用时,将面膜原液与休眠冻干粉面膜纸混合,静置10分钟,待混合均匀即可使用。
优选的,按重量比,所述休眠冻干粉面膜纸中,所述水占5%、所述甘油占5%、所述分子玻尿酸占15%、所述小分子玻尿酸占10%、所述白芨提取物占35%、所述烟酰胺占2%、所述透明质酸占3%、所述糖基海藻糖占8%、所述茶树提取液占2%、所述维生素A醛占5%、所述甘草甜素占4%、所述麦芽糖醇占6%。
优选的,按重量比,所述面膜原液中,所述水占35%、所述甘油占20%、所述甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯占3%、所述丙二醇占2%、所述烟酰胺占2%、所述蚕丝胶蛋白占5%、所述芦荟提取物占18%、所述黄原胶占10%、所述香精占1%、所述维生素B3占0.5%、所述维生素B1占0.5%、所述维生素B2占1%、所述尿囊素占1%。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种生物因子附着休眠面膜生产方法,与现有技术相比,本发明制成带冻干粉的面膜纸,使面膜纸的成分处于休眠状态,使用时,采用原液与带冻干粉的面膜纸混合,使用时将成分激活,使成分保持最佳的效果,具有推广应用的价值。

下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明一种生物因子附着休眠面膜生产方法,包括休眠冻干粉面膜纸和面膜原液;
所述休眠冻干粉面膜纸的制备方法:
将水、甘油、分子玻尿酸、小分子玻尿酸、白芨提取物、烟酰胺、透明质酸、糖基海藻糖、茶树提取液、维生素A醛、甘草甜素、麦芽糖醇于-40℃以下低温速冻成固体块状,将块状固体于真空干燥机中冻干,完成后粉碎,粉碎后涂覆于面膜纸上,将面膜纸封装;
所述面膜原液的制备方法:
将水、甘油、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、丙二醇、烟酰胺、蚕丝胶蛋白、芦荟提取物、黄原胶、香精、维生素B3、维生素B1、维生素B2、尿囊素加入搅拌罐中,保持45~60℃的恒温条件搅拌3小时;将搅拌混合物导入离心过滤机离心过滤,上清液通过声膜分离器分离,得到小于30KD的小分子物质,经巴斯德灭菌法进行灭菌,得到面膜原液。

1.一种生物因子附着休眠面膜生产方法,其特征在于:包括休眠冻干粉面膜纸和面膜原液;
所述休眠冻干粉面膜纸的制备方法:
将水、甘油、分子玻尿酸、小分子玻尿酸、白芨提取物、烟酰胺、透明质酸、糖基海藻糖、茶树提取液、维生素A醛、甘草甜素、麦芽糖醇于-40℃以下低温速冻成固体块状,将块状固体于真空干燥机中冻干,完成后粉碎,粉碎后涂覆于面膜纸上,将面膜纸封装;
所述面膜原液的制备方法:

3.根据权利要求1所述的生物因子附着休眠面膜生产方法,其特征在于:按重量比,所述休眠冻干粉面膜纸中,所述水占5%、所述甘油占5%、所述分子玻尿酸占15%、所述小分子玻尿酸占10%、所述白芨提取物占35%、所述烟酰胺占2%、所述透明质酸占3%、所述糖基海藻糖占8%、所述茶树提取液占2%、所述维生素A醛占5%、所述甘草甜素占4%、所述麦芽糖醇占6%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物因子附着休眠面膜生产方法,其特征在于:按重量比,所述面膜原液中,所述水占35%、所述甘油占20%、所述甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯占3%、所述丙二醇占2%、所述烟酰胺占2%、所述蚕丝胶蛋白占5%、所述芦荟提取物占18%、所述黄原胶占10%、所述香精占1%、所述维生素B3占0.5%、所述维生素B1占0.5%、所述维生素B2占1%、所述尿囊素占1%。
