本发明属于薯条加工技术领域,具体地涉及一种苦瓜薯条。
背景技术
薯条是最常见的休闲快餐食品之一,受到大众的欢迎,尤其是青少年的喜爱,但薯条为了保证口感,加入很多味精和多种香料,不利于青少年的健康成长。
苦瓜果味甘苦,成熟果肉和假种皮主要作蔬菜食用;苦瓜在夏季上市时将其加工成保健饮料,可供全年饮用。虽然苦瓜味苦,但确有多种功效,具有多种营养价值与药用价值,不仅能养颜美容,养血滋肝,苦瓜提取物还有明显得降血糖以及散热解暑的功效。只要降低消除苦味,将会有更多人习惯饮用苦瓜,并以苦瓜为食。

本发明目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种苦瓜薯条。
