The actual measurement result shows that the series of fabric products can improve the microcirculation of the human body and accelerate the metabolism, and have certain far infrared health care function. The fabric has good shrinkproof performance, the change rate of warp and weft dimensions reaches-1-0, the fabric has excellent wrinkle resistance, the Wrinkle Recovery Angle (WRA) is 250-300 degrees, the fabric has stable shape retention, and the flatness (DP grade) after washing is more than or equal to 3.5.
Has better economic benefit and good development prospect.

Claims (7)

The graphene modified fiber core-spun elastic yarn is characterized in that graphene modified fibers are graphene modified polyester fibers, and the graphene modified fiber core-spun elastic yarn is formed by blending the graphene modified polyester fibers with combed cotton fibers and core-spun spandex yarns;
the content of the graphene modified polyester fiber is 20-80%, and the type of the spandex yarn is 20-70D; the yarn count of the graphene modified fiber core-spun elastic yarn is 10-60 s;
the production method of the graphene modified fiber core-spun elastic yarn comprises the following steps:
a. clearing; b. carding cotton; c. drawing; d. roving; e. spinning; f. post-spinning;
the method specifically comprises the following steps: a. clearing the flower: the graphene modified polyester fiber is free of impurities and short fibers, the blowing and beating speed is controlled to be low, the FA106 beating speed is reduced to 480r/min from 560r/min, and the A076E beating speed is changed to 960r/min from 1040 r/min; the FA106 beater is changed from a sawtooth beater to a card wire beater, soft carding is mainly used, and fiber damage is reduced while the carding effect is improved;
b. carding cotton: cotton carding is carried out on the graphene modified polyester fibers and the cotton fibers which are subjected to the cotton cleaning respectively, and according to the characteristics of no impurities and no short fibers of the graphene modified polyester fibers, a cylinder and a licker-in are adopted in a cotton carding process, the speed is low, the tin-prick ratio is high, and the cover plate spacing is large; the cylinder speed is 360r/min, the licker-in speed is 805r/min, the tin-stab ratio is 2.31:1, and the cover plate spacing is 9, 8 and 9 inches/thousandth; lifting the cotton feeding plate, wherein the rear end of the cotton feeding plate is lifted by 6mm, the front end of the cotton feeding plate is lifted by 4mm, the cylinder speed is 410r/min, and the licker-in speed is 930r/min when cotton fibers are combed; the cotton fiber after cotton carding sequentially passes through an FA305 pre-drawing frame, an A191B lap winder and an A201E combing machine to obtain combed cotton fiber;
c. drawing: pre-drawing the graphene modified polyester fiber subjected to cotton carding to obtain a pre-drawing, wherein the pre-drawing distance is adjusted to be 9mm multiplied by 23mm-10mm multiplied by 25mm, and the pre-drawing horn mouth is 2.6mm-2.8 mm; then, performing three-pass drawing on the pre-drawing and combed cotton fibers obtained by combing to obtain drawn slivers, wherein the drawing space is between 8mm multiplied by 22mm and 9mm multiplied by 24mm, the first-mixing bell mouth is between 2.8mm and 3.0mm, the second-mixing bell mouth is between 2.6mm and 2.8mm, and the third-mixing bell mouth is between 2.6mm and 2.8 mm; the graphene modified polyester fiber is dark in color, so that the phenomenon of insensitive detection of drawing photoelectricity exists, and the sliver starts to move and stop when the sliver leaves the photoelectricity by 5-7 cm, so that the sliver breakage automatic stop sensitivity is improved; mixing a graphene modified polyester fiber and the cotton fiber at intervals: graphene strip/cotton sliver/graphene strip;
d. roving: roving the drawn sliver, wherein the roving twist coefficient is between 70 and 80, and the roving pressurization is controlled to be between 125 and 135 newtons;
e. spinning: the draft multiple of the rear zone is properly controlled within 1.21-1.25, the cradle pressure is controlled within 180 +/-5 CN, and the ingot speed deviation is controlled within +/-30 r/min; the total draft multiple of the spinning frame is 33.86-42.26 times, the model number of a used spinning steel wire ring is 69036/0 or 690310/0, the spinning jaw is a common jaw of 2.75-3.0, and the pre-draft multiple is 3.0-3.5 times.
2. The graphene modified fiber core-spun elastic yarn according to claim 1, wherein the graphene content is 1%, the linear density of the graphene modified fiber is 1.2D, and the length of the fiber is 38 mm.
