As shown in fig. 1, the multi-joint pipe hot melting machine comprises a platform 1, and a first clamping device 2, a second clamping device 3 and a hot melting device 4 which are arranged on the platform, wherein the hot melting device 4 is arranged between the first clamping device 2 and the second clamping device 3; the hot melting device 4 is fixed on the platform 1, sliding rails are arranged on the platform 1 on two sides of the hot melting device 4, and the first clamping device 2 and the second clamping device 3 are arranged on the sliding rails through the sliding table 5; as shown in fig. 2, each of the first clamping device 2 and the second clamping device 3 comprises a bracket 6, a first clamping piece 7, a second clamping piece 8 and a fixing piece 9 positioned between the first clamping piece 7 and the second clamping piece 8; as shown in fig. 3, the fixing plate 9 is circular, and is provided with a mounting hole 10 and a first pipe penetrating hole 11, the mounting hole 10 is circular, the center of the mounting hole 10 coincides with the center of the fixing plate 9, the pipe penetrating hole is circular, the pipe penetrating holes are annularly arranged on the fixing plate 9, and the center of the pipe penetrating hole is on a circle with the fixing plate 9 as the center; both sides of the through hole are provided with pipe heads 12 with circular sections; the circle centers of the first clamping piece 7, the second clamping piece 8 and the fixing piece 9 are on the same straight line; the first clamping piece 7 is circular, a mounting hole 10 is formed in the middle of the first clamping piece, and circular arc-shaped grooves 13 are annularly formed in the edge of the first clamping piece 7; as shown in fig. 4, the second clamping piece 8 is circular, a mounting hole 10 is formed in the middle of the second clamping piece 8, and a second through hole 14 is annularly arranged on the edge of the second clamping piece 8; the circle centers of the first pipe penetrating hole 11 and the second pipe penetrating hole 14 are on the same straight line, and the diameters of the first pipe penetrating hole and the second pipe penetrating hole are the same; the first clamping piece 7, the second clamping piece 8 and the fixing piece 9 are connected through a bearing 15, and the bearing 15 penetrates through the mounting holes 10 of the first clamping piece, the second clamping piece and the fixing piece; the bracket 6 is provided with two support legs 16 which are respectively connected with the first clamping piece 7 and the second clamping piece 8; the supporting legs 16 comprise cross bars 17 and vertical bars 18 positioned on two sides of the cross bars 17, wherein round holes 19 are formed in the cross bars 17, and the supporting legs penetrate through the bearings 15 on the first clamping piece 7 and the second clamping piece 8 and are fixed with the round holes 19; the hot melting device 4 comprises a support 6 and a hot melting sheet 20, the hot melting sheet 20 is circular, a mounting hole 10 and a hot melting head 21 are arranged on the hot melting sheet 20, the mounting hole 10 is arranged in the middle of the hot melting sheet 20, and as shown in fig. 7, the hot melting head 21 and a third pipe penetrating hole 28 are arranged on the hot melting sheet 20 at intervals; the two sides of the three perforated holes 28 are provided with clamping pieces 29. The circle center of the hot melting head 21 and the circle centers of the through holes on the first clamping device 2 and the second clamping device 3 are on the same straight line; the bracket 6 is connected with the mounting hole 10 through a bearing 15.
The circular arc-shaped groove 13 on the first clamping piece 7 is provided with a circular arc-shaped supporting plate 22 matched with the circular arc-shaped groove; and an arc-shaped pressing plate 23 is arranged above the second through hole 14 on the second clamping piece 8.
The first pipe penetrating hole 11 and the second pipe penetrating hole 14 are respectively provided with 4 or 6 pipes, the diameters of the first pipe penetrating holes 11 which are annularly arranged on the first clamping piece 7 are the same and are matched with the specification of the pipe, and the diameters of the second pipe penetrating holes 14 which are annularly arranged on the second clamping piece 8 are the same as the diameters of the first pipe penetrating holes 11 of which the circle centers are in the same straight line.
As shown in fig. 8, the clamping member 29 includes a first connecting plate 30, a second connecting plate 31 and a spring disposed therebetween, and the second connecting plate 31 is an arc plate connected to the third pipe penetrating hole 28.
The upper side and the lower side of the bearing 15 close to the two ends are provided with a first limiting block 24; and the upper side and the lower side of one side, close to the bearing 15, of the round hole 19 on the supporting leg 16 are provided with second limit blocks 25, and the first limit blocks 24 and the second limit blocks 25 clamp the first clamping piece 7 and the second clamping piece 8 in the middle.
The sliding table 5 comprises a mounting plate and four pulleys arranged below the mounting plate, and the support 6 is fixed on the mounting plate through bolts.
Limiting plates 26 are arranged at two ends of the platform 1, and a rubber layer 27 is arranged on one side, close to the hot melting device 4, of the limiting plates 26.
This embodiment mainly is applicable to the tubular product that needs the tubular product connector to connect, and its theory of operation is: in the embodiment, the first clamping device 2 and the second clamping device 3 are changed on the basis of the first embodiment, the first through hole 11 on the first clamping device and the second through hole 21 on the hot melting device 4 have the same caliber, and therefore the embodiment can only be applied to the connection of pipes with one diameter. However, the thermal fuse 20 of this embodiment is provided with the thermal fuse head 21 and the three through holes 28, wherein the three through holes 28 are mainly used for fixing the pipe connector, and the thermal fuse head 21 is mainly used for heating the pipe end. During the use, first clamping device 2 and second clamping device 3 drive tubular product and move to hot melting device 4, and hot melting device 4 heats tubular product earlier, and then first clamping device 2 and second clamping device 3 retreat, and hot melt piece 20 on hot melting device 4 rotates, makes the perforation hole three 28 on it and treats to take over and align. And finally, the first clamping device 2 and the second clamping device 3 move to the hot melting device 4, the end of the pipe is inserted into the pipe connector, and the pipe connector, the pipe connector and the pipe connector are welded and fixed.
In addition to the above embodiments, the present invention may have other embodiments. All technical solutions formed by adopting equivalent substitutions or equivalent transformations fall within the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. The multi-joint pipe hot melting machine is characterized by comprising a platform (1), a first clamping device (2), a second clamping device (3) and a hot melting device (4), wherein the first clamping device (2), the second clamping device (3) and the hot melting device (4) are arranged on the platform, and the hot melting device (4) is arranged between the first clamping device (2) and the second clamping device (3); the hot melting device (4) is fixed on the platform (1), sliding rails are arranged on the two sides of the hot melting device (4) on the platform (1), and the first clamping device (2) and the second clamping device (3) are arranged on the sliding rails through the sliding table (5); the first clamping device (2) and the second clamping device (3) respectively comprise a bracket (6), a first clamping piece (7), a second clamping piece (8) and a fixing piece (9) positioned between the first clamping piece (7) and the second clamping piece (8); the fixing piece (9) is circular, a first mounting hole and a first pipe penetrating hole (11) are formed in the fixing piece (9), the first mounting hole is circular, the circle center of the first mounting hole is overlapped with the circle center of the fixing piece (9), the first pipe penetrating hole (11) is circular, the first pipe penetrating hole (11) is annularly arranged on the fixing piece (9), and the circle center of the first pipe penetrating hole (11) is on a circle with the fixing piece (9) as the circle center; both sides of the first through hole (11) are provided with pipe heads (12) with circular sections; the centers of the first clamping piece (7), the second clamping piece (8) and the fixing piece (9) are on the same straight line; the first clamping piece (7) is circular, a second mounting hole is formed in the middle of the first clamping piece, and an arc-shaped groove (13) is annularly formed in the edge of the first clamping piece (7); the second clamping piece (8) is circular, a third mounting hole is formed in the middle of the second clamping piece, and a second perforated hole (14) is annularly formed in the edge of the second clamping piece (8); the circle centers of the first pipe penetrating hole (11) and the second pipe penetrating hole (14) are on the same straight line, and the diameters of the first pipe penetrating hole and the second pipe penetrating hole are the same; the first clamping piece (7), the second clamping piece (8) and the fixing piece (9) are connected through a bearing (15), and the bearing (15) penetrates through a first mounting hole, a second mounting hole and a third mounting hole of the first clamping piece, the second clamping piece and the fixing piece; the support (6) is provided with two support legs (16) which are respectively connected with the first clamping piece (7) and the second clamping piece (8); the supporting legs (16) comprise cross rods (17) and vertical rods (18) positioned on two sides of the cross rods (17), wherein round holes (19) are formed in the cross rods (17), and the supporting legs penetrate through bearings (15) on the first clamping piece (7) and the second clamping piece (8) and are fixed with the round holes (19); the hot melting device (4) comprises a support (6) and a hot melting sheet (20), the hot melting sheet (20) is circular, a fourth mounting hole and a hot melting head (21) are formed in the hot melting sheet (20), the fourth mounting hole is formed in the middle of the hot melting sheet (20), the hot melting heads (21) are arranged on two sides of the hot melting sheet (20), the hot melting heads (21) are in a circular tube shape, and the circle center of the hot melting heads (21) and the circle centers of the through tube holes in the first clamping device (2) and the second clamping device (3) are on the same straight line; and the bracket (6) is connected with the fourth mounting hole through a bearing (15).

The multi-joint pipe hot melting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the circular arc-shaped groove (13) on the first clamping piece (7) is provided with a circular arc-shaped supporting plate (22) matched with the circular arc-shaped groove; and a circular arc-shaped pressing plate (23) is arranged above the second through hole (14) on the second clamping sheet (8).

The multi-joint pipe hot melting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first through hole (11) and the second through hole (14) are respectively provided with 4 or 6, the diameters of the first through holes (11) which are annularly arranged on the first clamping piece (7) are the same or different and are matched with the specification of the pipe, and the diameters of the second through holes (14) which are annularly arranged on the second clamping piece (8) are the same as the diameters of the first through holes (11) with the centers of circles in the same straight line.
4. The multi-joint pipe hot melting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hot melting sheet (20) is provided with a hot melting head (21) and a three pipe through hole (28) at intervals; clamping pieces (29) are arranged on two sides of the three perforated holes (28).

A multi-joint pipe hot melting machine as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the clamping member (29) comprises a first connecting plate (30), a second connecting plate (31) and a spring arranged between the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate, and the second connecting plate (31) is a circular arc plate connected with the third through hole (28).

The multi-joint pipe hot melting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bearing (15) is provided with a first limiting block (24) at the upper side and the lower side close to the two ends of the bearing; and the upper side and the lower side of one side of the round hole (19) on the supporting leg (16) close to the bearing (15) are provided with second limiting blocks (25), and the first clamping piece (7) and the second clamping piece (8) are clamped between the first limiting block (24) and the second limiting block (25).
7. A multi-joint pipe hot-melting machine as defined in claim 1, wherein said slide table (5) comprises a mounting plate and four pulleys arranged below the mounting plate, and the bracket (6) is fixed to the mounting plate by means of bolts.
8. A multi-joint pipe hot-melting machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the platform (1) is provided with limiting plates (26) at both ends, and a rubber layer (27) is arranged on one side of the limiting plates (26) close to the hot-melting device (4).
