Referring to fig. 1-2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a heating type smoke generating cigarette 100, which includes a smoke generating section 110, a cooling section 120, an isolation section 130, and a acetate fiber section 150, which are sequentially connected, and a forming paper 140 for fixing. The smoke generating section 110 and the acetate fiber section 150 are respectively positioned at two ends of the cigarette, one end of the smoke generating section 110 can be connected with a heater again, and one end of the acetate fiber section 150 is a mouth end.
Specifically, the forming paper 140 includes a first forming paper 141 and a second forming paper 142; the first forming paper 141 is wrapped around the cooling section 120, the isolation section 130 and the acetate fiber section 150 to form the composite rod 10, and the second forming paper 142 is wrapped around the composite rod 10 and the smoke generating section 110. In the smoking articles herein, the tipping paper is crimped to the cooling section 120 or acetate fiber section 150 along the smoke section 110. In the conventional rubbing and connecting method, the tipping paper is rubbed and connected to the smoke generating section 110 along the acetate fiber section 150, but the smoke generating section 110 in the smoke generating article is generally shorter, and the filling performance is relatively poor, if the tipping paper is rubbed and connected in the conventional rubbing and connecting method, the filling material of the smoke generating section 110 is easily dropped due to overlarge rubbing force, so that the empty head is caused. The rubbing and jointing in this way is also beneficial to further flattening the filled fragrance-producing material in the rubbing and jointing process.
It should be noted that, the heating type smoke generating cigarette 100 is provided with the isolation section 130 through the cooling section 120 and the acetate fiber section 150, the isolation section 130 forms the hollow tube 132 structure, so that the pungent smell generated by baking the acetate fiber tows by smoke can be effectively avoided, and the adsorption to the smoke is reduced by providing the atmospheric air flow channel while providing the supporting and isolating function. Structurally, the first forming paper 141 is coated on the cooling section 120, the isolation section 130 and the acetate fiber section 150 to form the composite rod 10, so that the three are rubbed and connected; the second forming paper 142 is wrapped around the composite rod 10 and the acetate fiber segment 150 to allow the two to be rubbed together.
It should be added that in the smoking article herein, the smoking section 110 is made by using a disordered filling mode, and the tipping paper is rubbed to the cooling section 120, even the acetate fiber section 150, along the smoking section 110.
It should be added that the lengths of the smoke generating section 110, the cooling section 120, the isolation section 130, and the acetate fiber section 150 may be adjusted according to the process requirements.
Specifically, the smoke generating segment 110 is formed by cutting the aroma generating material into strips with a width of 0.5mm to 1.8mm and a length of 2mm to 40mm, and filling the strips into a cylindrical cavity formed by wrapping forming paper in a non-ordered manner by a cigarette making machine. The perfume-producing material can be made by mixing one or more of dry method, thick slurry method, rolling method or papermaking method. Preferably, the smoke generating section 110 is made of the fragrant material produced by the thick paste method or the rolling method, and the fragrant material produced by the thick paste method or the rolling method is low in toughness and brittle, so that the smoke generating section 110 can be smoothly inserted into the heating component, and the smoke channel is not blocked. Further, the cut aroma producing material can be mixed with the expanded cut tobacco, the expanded cut stem and the like and then filled in the tobacco rod so as to improve the filling performance of the tobacco rod. Further, the smoke generating segment 110 is wrapped with an oil resistant forming paper. Preferably, the smoke generating segment 110 may have a length of approximately 14mm with an outer diameter of 7.0 mm.
Specifically, the cooling section 120 is a form of low-filtration, multichannel rod made by crimping or corrugating the cooling material through crimping rollers, contained within paper or other wraps. The cooling material can be polylactic acid (PLA) film material, polyethylene (PE) film material, gel phase change material of aluminum foil interlayer or film paper composite cooling material.
In some preferred embodiments, the cooling material used in the cooling section 120 is a functional film carried on cellulose paper, and the material of the functional film is selected from any one or more of a polymer, a natural gum or a natural saccharide; polymers include polylactic acid, polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride; natural gums include acacia, gum arabic, guar gum and gum tragacanth; natural sugars include glucose, fructose, and sucrose. Specifically, the cellulose paper is supported with a degradable polymer film in a liquid state or a natural substance by coating, dip coating, spray coating, or the like, and the natural substance can be used as the above-mentioned raw material. The cooling material is obtained by drying after coating, has the advantages of good tension performance, better hardness, strong rigidity and the like, and has the porosity of 40 to 90 percent along the longitudinal direction. The temperature reduction section 120 prepared by the method can effectively reduce the adsorption to the smoke; the incense will not shrink transversely after being heated, so that collapse generated after being heated is effectively avoided, and the permeability of smoke and the consistency of absorption resistance are ensured. In some embodiments, the smoke texture can be improved by the essence such as Matcha, mint and the like, and the smoke fragrance is enriched.
In some preferred embodiments, the cooling material used in the cooling section 120 is selected from modified polymeric sheets, the film-forming material of which includes chitosan and a degradable polymer selected from polylactic acid, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, and the like, which are readily film-forming materials. The chitosan and the degradable polymer are compounded, so that the phase transition temperature can be effectively reduced, the degradation speed can be accelerated, and the sweet taste can be increased.
To enhance the pumping experience, a scent line 121 is provided at the center of the cool down section 120, the scent line 121 extending along the axis of the cool down section 120 and from one end of the cool down section 120 to the opposite end. Specifically, the aroma lines 121 in the cooling section 120 are added by aroma line technology, and volatile spices such as peppermint, orange aroma and the like can be loaded on the aroma lines 121.
Specifically, acetate fiber segment 150 is a filter rod made by a rod former using acetate tow. The acetate fiber segment 150 may be a common white rod, or a special filter rod such as a fragrant thread, a burst bead, gel or a fragrant injection. The acetate fiber segment 150 is downstream of the cool-down segment 120, so that the smoke is cooled down and then pumped through the acetate fiber segment 150.
Specifically, the separator segment 130 is an empty tube 132 formed by sequentially overlapping layers of cellulose paper. The multi-layer overlapped cellulose paper is formed by parallel winding and spiral winding, and the preparation cost is low. Wherein, the hollow tube 132 is prepared by parallel winding and spiral winding, and adjacent paper layers of the hollow tube 132 are bonded together by adhesive.
The spacer 130 may be a hollow profiled filter rod made of acetate tow, as is well known in the art; the paper tube can also be prepared by parallel winding and spiral winding through a plurality of overlapped paper layers; other multi-void, multi-channel filter rods or tubes are also possible; or a cooling and flavoring element made of mixed winding of expanded cut stems, expanded cut tobacco, flavoring materials and the like. Preferably, the pipe with the atmospheric air flow channel is selected, so that the adsorption of the flue gas can be reduced while the supporting and isolating effects are provided; meanwhile, the area of the holes of the isolation section 130 occupies the area of the end face of the filter stick as small as possible, so that the aroma-producing material is prevented from being ejected by the heating component. Preferably, the spacer segment 130 has a length of approximately 10mm, has an outer diameter of 7.0mm, and is immediately downstream of the smoke generating segment 110.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, a fragrance carrying assembly 190 is disposed within the hollow tube 132. Specifically, the perfume carrier module 190 includes a first perfume carrier strip 191 and a second perfume carrier strip 192, the end of the first perfume carrier strip 191 is connected with the end of the second perfume carrier strip 192, and the end of the first perfume carrier strip 191 connected with the second perfume carrier strip 192 is connected with the inner wall of the innermost paper of the isolation section 130.
Further, the free ends of the first perfume carrier strip 191 and the second perfume carrier strip 192 correspond to each other, and the free ends of the first perfume carrier strip 191 and the second perfume carrier strip 192 extend toward the direction close to the center of the hollow tube 132. Preferably, the plurality of fragrance carrying assemblies 190 is provided, and the plurality of fragrance carrying assemblies 190 are disposed circumferentially around the hollow tube 132.
It should be added that the cross-sectional area can be increased by adhering the components with the shape shown in fig. 3 to the fiber paper on the inner layer of the hollow tube 132, so as to resist the aroma producing material, and prevent the aroma producing material in the central part from being ejected by the blade when the cigarette is inserted into the heater, thereby affecting the fuming amount. Also, such components may be fragrance-loaded.
The structure of the isolation section 130 is continuously improved, and the purpose of the isolation section is to slowly release the perfume on the perfume paper 131 by using the smoke with low temperature, and the perfume attached to the perfume paper 131 adopts the perfume raw material with low volatilization temperature, so that the perfume can be released under the action of the smoke with low temperature. The perfume raw material may be attached to a carrier such as paper by extraction and then by on-line injection or the like to form the perfume paper 131.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, a suspension protrusion 133, a piece of perfume paper 131 and a sliding rail 134 fixed on the suspension protrusion 133 are disposed in the hollow tube 132, the suspension protrusion 133 is fixed on the inner wall of the cellulose paper at the innermost layer of the isolation section 130, the top of the perfume paper 131 is connected with the suspension protrusion 133, and the bottom end of the perfume paper 131 extends towards one end of the hollow tube 132 far away from the suspension protrusion 133; the slide rail 134 includes a first side plate 1342 and a second side plate 1344 that are disposed opposite to each other, a space between the first side plate 1342 and the second side plate 1344 is adapted to a width of the paper 131, the first side plate 1342 and the second side plate 1344 are disposed on two sides of the paper 131 respectively, two ends of the first side plate 1342 are provided with a first limiting member 1346, the first limiting member 1346 extends toward the second side plate 1344, two ends of the second side plate 1344 are provided with a second limiting member 1348, and the second limiting member 1348 extends toward the first side plate 1342.
Specifically, the fixation method of the fragrance paper 131 and the fragrance suspending bump 133 is not limited, and may be bonding or fixation by a fixation needle. Since the weight of the cigarette needs to be controlled, the weight increase is necessarily caused after the suspension protrusion 133, the paper 131 and the slide rail 134 are added, and the total weight of the cigarette can be appropriately increased based on the weight provided in the above description. In order to reduce the weight of cigarettes, the materials of all the parts are light materials, and can be materials which are convenient to form and fix in synthetic materials such as PVC.
Note that, the paper 131 disposed in the hollow tube 132 of the isolation section 130 may move in the track formed between the first side plate 1342 and the second side plate 1344, and perform a limiting function through the first limiting member 1346 and the second limiting member 1348; the perfume on the paper 131 is released as the smoke passes through the hollow tube 132, increasing the smoke suction experience.
In addition, in the actual production and processing process, the integral part shown in fig. 5 can be prepared, if necessary, the isolation section 130 can be detached after the cigarette is used, the integral structure shown in fig. 5 is detached, and the new perfume paper 131 is fixed on the perfume hanging projection 133 by replacing the perfume paper 131, so that the production cost is reduced.
Further, a first supporting arm 1341 is disposed on the first side board 1342, and the first supporting arm 1341 is located between two first limiting parts 1346. Also, a second supporting arm 1343 is disposed on the second side plate 1344, and the second supporting arm 1343 is located between the two second limiting parts 1348. The paper 131 can be positioned near the limiting member near one end of the smoke generating segment 110 by friction force at the beginning, and the paper 131 can be moved to abut against the first supporting arm 1341 and the second supporting arm 1343 by blowing of smoke, so that the paper is not moved any more. The first supporting arm 1341 and the second supporting arm 1343 can be abutted against the paper 131 at the beginning, so that a great deal of displacement is not generated in the process of blowing the smoke, and the smoke and the paper 131 are fully contacted.
In some embodiments, the width of the note paper 131 near one end of the suspension bump 133 is smaller than the width of the other end. Thus, a passage for the smoke to circulate can be formed, and the smoke can be fully contacted with the paper 131.
In another embodiment, a first suspension arm 1345 and a second suspension arm 1347 are further disposed in the hollow tube 132, and two ends of the first suspension arm 1345 are fixedly connected with the first side board 1342 and the suspension bump 133 respectively; both ends of the second suspension arm 1347 are fixedly connected with the second side plate 1344 and the suspension bump 133, respectively. The length of the first and second hanger arms 1345, 1347 is substantially equal to the radius of the hollow tube 132, and the distance between the first and second side panels 1342, 1344 is slightly greater than the width of the paper 131 at that height.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a first fixing bump 160 is disposed at the bottom of the suspension bump 133, and at least one spike 161 is disposed on the first fixing bump 160. The spike 161 is used for penetrating the attached paper 131 for fixing, and is convenient to connect and detach.
Further, a second fixing bump 180 and a third fixing bump 170 are further disposed on the bottom of the suspension bump 133, one end of the second fixing bump 180 is fixedly connected with the suspension bump 133 and abuts against the first fixing bump 160, and the other end of the second fixing bump 180 is rotatably connected with one end of the third fixing bump 170; the sum of the heights of the second fixing protrusion 180 and the third fixing protrusion 170 is adapted to the height of the first fixing protrusion 160.
Specifically, a groove matching with the spike 161 may be provided on the third fixing bump 170, so that the spike 161 is accommodated in the groove when the third fixing bump 170 is rotated to collide with the first fixing bump 160, and locks the paper 131 to prevent falling.
In order to enhance the locking effect of the first fixing protrusion 160 and the third fixing protrusion 170, the first fixing protrusion 160 is provided with a first magnetic member 162, and the third fixing protrusion 170 is provided with a second magnetic member 172 matching with the first magnetic member 162. The first magnetic member 162 and the second magnetic member 172 are locked by the attractive force, and the two magnetic members are not suitable for being heavy magnetic members, so that the requirement can be met by the magnetic members with light weight and small attractive force.
It should be added that two pieces of perfume paper 131 can be arranged in the hollow tube 132 according to the requirement, and other fixing components and guide rails can be arranged in a matched manner.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a heating type smoke generating article which comprises the heater and the heating type smoke generating cigarette, wherein the heater can be selectively arranged on the smoke generating section. The heater may be a central heating mode or a peripheral heating mode, or a mixed heating mode of the two modes.
