Abstract
本发明公开了一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,采用一种集约化、高效率的可控生态养殖模式,具有“健康安全、经济实用、节能减排、高效环保”等特点,配合使用安全环保、营养丰富的富硒饲料投喂鳗鲡,高效地生产健康、安全、优质的富硒鳗鱼。所述加硒饲料由鱼粉、小麦、田螺提取物、甘露寡糖、豆粕、大豆油、磷酸二氢钙、苜蓿粉、食盐、干牡蛎、啤酒酵母、乌贼粉、海草粉、蛋氨酸硒组成。

本发明涉及水产动物养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法。
背景技术
鳗鲡,鳗鲡科,是一种江河性洄游鱼类,原产于海中,溯河到淡水内长大,后回到海中产卵。它是传统名贵鱼类,也是世界上最神秘的鱼类之一。它的生长过程极为奇特,先是在海水中产卵成苗,后又进入淡水成长。鳗鲡在“绝食”一年半后仍能生存,养殖的鳗鲡寿命可长达50年。
在鳗鱼的肉质里,含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素A、D、E、矿物质以及不饱和脂肪酸DHA/EPA。它能提供人类生长、维持生命所需的营养成分。与其他动物性食品比较,鳗鱼的维生素A、维生素E及脂肪中含有的多元不饱和脂肪酸等,均有较高的含量。
鳗鱼是含EPA和DHA最高的鱼类之一,不仅可以降低血脂,抗动脉硬化,抗血栓,还能为大脑补充必要的营养素。DHA能促进儿童及青少年大脑发育,增强记忆力,也有助于老年人预防大脑功能衰退与老年痴呆症。鳗鱼兼有鱼油和植物油的有益成分,是补充人体必需脂肪酸和氨基酸的理想食物。鳗鱼中的锌、多不饱和脂肪酸和维生素E的含量都很高,可防衰老和动脉硬化,从而具有护肤美容功效,是女士们的天然高效美容佳肴。
鳗鱼是高效益的水产养殖品种之一。近年来鳗鱼市场价格波动、下跌,但选择鳗苗资源丰富、价格低廉的欧洲鳗等鳗鱼品种,进行开发性的海水网箱养殖,前景仍然好,经济效益较高。饲料配方是否合理,直接影响饲料的消化吸收率和鱼类粪便中的营养物质含量。鳗鱼长期摄取营养配方不合理的饲料,会造成其本身健康状况不佳,进而影响饲料消化吸收率,增加生态***负担,同时降低鱼体对疾病的抵抗能力。此外,鳗鱼饲料中若添加抗生素,将杀死鳗鱼肠道中的有益菌群,也会影响鳗鱼的消化吸收能力。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,采用一种集约化、高效率的可控生态养殖模式,具有“健康安全、经济实用、节能减排、高效环保”等特点,配合使用安全环保、营养丰富的富硒饲料投喂鳗鲡,高效地生产健康、安全、优质的富硒鳗鱼。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)放养前,每亩用生石灰125-150kg消毒,水温20-28℃,海水比重1.01-1.02,溶解氧5-10mg/L,pH7-8.5;
(2)用3×6×3的无接缝网片网箱养殖,每平方米投入150尾幼鳗,放养前用0.7%盐水浸泡鳗鲡24h,再用3mg/L亚甲基蓝液药浴5-15min;
(3)每天早晚各投喂1次,每日饲料投喂量,幼鳗期为鳗鲡体重的3%,黑仔鳗期为鳗鲡体重的5%,成鳗期为鳗鲡体重的15%。
所述比重(1)饲料是:将加硒饲料按比例混合,再加入总质量的1%的保健调节剂搅拌均匀,粉碎至100目,在包衣锅转速700r/min,包衣锅片床温度70℃,雾化压力0.8MPa,喷枪从底部斜向上喷液的条件下制备成包膜量内10%的乙基纤维素包膜的颗粒饲料。
所述加硒饲料:鱼粉2-8份、小麦22-28份、田螺提取物5.6-5.8份、甘露寡糖1.2-1.6份、豆粕48-62份、大豆油3-5份、磷酸二氢钙1.2-1.4份、苜蓿粉4-4.8份、食盐0.2-0.4份、干牡蛎8-12份、啤酒酵母4-6份、乌贼粉4-6份、海草粉3-5份、蛋氨酸硒2.4-2.8份。
所述田螺提取物:将田螺干燥粉碎过20目筛,加入料液比为1:6的60%乙醇溶液,在65℃下提取2次,每次70min,合并提取液,过滤取滤液干燥。
所述保健调节剂:君迁子叶叶提取物0.04-0.06份、青蒿提取物0.6-0.8份、裂褶菌提取物0.2-0.24份、樟树果1-1.6份、柿叶2.8-3.6份、紫草1.2-1.8份、鹤草芽0.8-1.2份、血余炭0.2-0.24份、叶下珠5.2-5.6份、玫瑰叶2-2.6份、生姜2-4份、南沙参2.5-3.3份、白浆藤2.1-2.5份、瓜蒌2.8-3.6份。
所述君迁子叶叶提取物:取君迁子叶叶干燥粉碎,加入料液比为1:30的0.1%醋酸溶液,冷浸8h,在150W下超声提取40min,过滤取滤液干燥。
所述裂褶菌提取物:取裂褶菌粉碎过40目筛,加入料液比1:30由1%果胶酶组成的果胶酶溶液,在pH5.5,50℃下酶解1.2h,然后加热灭活10min,经4000r/min离心15min,收集上清液冷冻干燥。
所述青蒿提取物:将青蒿干燥粉碎过80目筛,加入料液比为1:5的80%乙醇溶液,在常温下作用20min,再加入两倍体积的35%乙醇溶液,置于50℃水浴中,减压至-0.02MPa,减压内部沸腾提取30min,过滤取滤液干燥。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
本发明涉及一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,饲料中加入的田螺提取物具有丰富的营养元素和活性物质,能提高鳗鲡体内的淀粉酶、蛋白酶活力以及肝脏中的脂肪酶活力,可提高鳗鲡体内的营养成分,通过调节鳗鲡体内的化学成分结构来改善鳗鲡肉质。
本发明饲料中添加适量甘露寡糖可提高鳗鲡成活率、增重率,促进肠道的消化吸收;可降低鳗鲡鱼体水分含量,提高粗蛋白含量,使鳗鲡肉质得到改善,同时也可提高鳗鲡血清免疫酶活性,提高鳗鲡非特异性免疫力。
本发明保健调节剂中含有中草药及多种营养物质和生物活性成分,能促进鳗鲡生长,改善饲料营养物质的利用率,改善肉质的作用;为鳗鲡提供多糖类、苷类、黄酮类等多种免疫活性物质,刺激鳗鲡机体内溶菌酶的活性,增强鳗鲡的免疫力。
本发明添加的君迁子叶提取物具有促进鳗鲡伤口愈合,显著提高鳗鲡溶菌酶活性,增强鳗鲡的抵抗力,满足鳗鲡快速生长及机体代谢的需要,提高鳗鲡成活率和增重率。
本发明添加的青蒿提取物可通过免疫器官的发育增强鳗鲡机体的免疫力,抑制肠道中的治病微生物,促进肠道中双歧杆菌的增殖,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等作用。
本发明添加的裂褶菌提取物含有丰富的维生素、类胡萝卜素、促生长因子和生理活性物质等,可以改善鳗鲡的微生态环境,促进鳗鲡的摄食、消化和吸收,使其增重效果增加,提高鳗鲡肌肉的蛋白质含量,有效降低脂肪含量。
本发明将天然富硒生物原料添加适量的生物有机硒制成富硒饲料,使鳗鲡含硒增加,提高鳗鲡的免疫力及其营养价值,人体食用后能够安全吸收消化,达到健康安全补硒的目的。
本发明涉及的养殖方法能为鳗鲡的生长发育提供丰富营养,提高鳗鲡对饲料的利用率,显著提高鳗鲡日增重,有效预防鳗鲡疾病发生,提高鳗鲡人工养殖的成活率,对鳗鲡生长,免疫能力,肠道消化效率和鳗鲡肉质及其营养含量有显著的促进和改善作用。

实施例1
一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)放养前,每亩用生石灰137.5kg消毒,水温24℃,海水比重1.005,溶解氧7.5mg/L,pH=7.75;
(2)用3×6×3的无接缝网片网箱养殖,每平方米投入150尾幼鳗,放养前用0.7%盐水浸泡鳗鲡24h,再用3mg/L亚甲基蓝液药浴10min;
(3)每天早晚各投喂1次,每日饲料投喂量,幼鳗期为鳗鲡体重的3%,黑仔鳗期为鳗鲡体重的5%,成鳗期为鳗鲡体重的15%。
本实施例一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,所述比重(1)饲料是:将加硒饲料按比例混合,再加入总质量的1%的保健调节剂搅拌均匀,粉碎至100目,在包衣锅转速700r/min,包衣锅片床温度70℃,雾化压力0.8MPa,喷枪从底部斜向上喷液的条件下制备成包膜量内10%的乙基纤维素包膜的颗粒饲料。
上述加硒饲料为:鱼粉5份、小麦25份、田螺提取物5.7份、甘露寡糖1.4份、豆粕55份、大豆油4份、磷酸二氢钙1.3份、苜蓿粉4.4份、食盐0.3份、干牡蛎10份、啤酒酵母5份、乌贼粉5份、海草粉4份、蛋氨酸硒2.6份。
上述田螺提取物的制备:将田螺干燥粉碎过20目筛,加入料液比为1:6的60%乙醇溶液,在65℃下提取2次,每次70min,合并提取液,过滤取滤液干燥。
上述保健调节剂的制取:君迁子叶叶提取物0.05份、青蒿提取物0.7份、裂褶菌提取物0.22份、樟树果1.3份、柿叶3.2份、紫草1.5份、鹤草芽1份、血余炭0.22份、叶下珠5.4份、玫瑰叶2.3份、生姜3份、南沙参2.9份、白浆藤2.3份、瓜蒌3.2份。
上述君迁子叶叶提取物的制备:取君迁子叶叶干燥粉碎,加入料液比为1:30的0.1%醋酸溶液,冷浸8h,在150W下超声提取40min,过滤取滤液干燥。
上述裂褶菌提取物的制备:取裂褶菌粉碎过40目筛,加入料液比1:30由1%果胶酶组成的果胶酶溶液,在pH=5.5,50℃下酶解1.2h,然后加热灭活10min,经4000r/min离心15min,收集上清液冷冻干燥。
上述青蒿提取物的制备:将青蒿干燥粉碎过80目筛,加入料液比为1:5的80%乙醇溶液,在常温下作用20min,再加入两倍体积的35%乙醇溶液,置于50℃水浴中,减压至-0.02MPa,减压内部沸腾提取30min,过滤取滤液干燥。
实施例2
一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:

上述田螺提取物的制备:将田螺干燥粉碎过20目筛,加入料液比为1:6的60%乙醇溶液,在65℃下提取2次,每次70min,合并提取液,过滤取滤液干燥。

上述裂褶菌提取物的制备:取裂褶菌粉碎过40目筛,加入料液比1:30由1%果胶酶组成的果胶酶溶液,在pH=5.5,50℃下酶解1.2h,然后加热灭活10min,经4000r/min离心15min,收集上清液冷冻干燥。

效果评价
选择水源充足,水质清新,交通和电力方便的池塘,面积156亩,单个塘口面积8~12亩,每个塘口均能单独进排水,并配备有1~2台增氧机和2~3个固定食台,按上述实施例1~3、对比例1~3的方法进行鳗鲡的养殖饲喂,每次放苗、分池都需邀请入境检疫局或日后收购部门前来摄像记录;有专门记录养殖日记,包括投饵、用药、死鱼、天气、分池、出售记录等,每一个月上报给收购单位和检疫局;每出一批鳗鱼需提前一个月抽样送检,合格后方可出售,其中部分相关结果记录如下:
注:鳗鲡肉新鲜度判断标准:眼球饱满突出,角膜透明清亮,有弹性;鱼身柔软而青蓝色、脂肪含量适度、无异嗅味,体表微黄色或黄色,无霉斑,肌肉坚实。
从上表可判断,实施例1~3之间并没有太大差别,而且在肉质上均比对比例1~3的要好,特别在一些肉质如蛋白质成分含量方面。
对比例之间也有一些差别,但没有特别显而易见的方面,三个对比例相对比实施例1缺乏的是裂褶菌提取物、田螺提取物和青蒿提取物。
这三种物质对增加鳗鲡重量和质量都有着不同程度的作用,其中裂褶菌提取物含有丰富的维生素、大量的类胡萝卜素、促生长因子和提高机体免疫能力的生理活性物质等,通过鱼体摄取,改善体内的微生态环境,促进鳗鲡的摄食、消化和吸收,和别的保健药剂一同使用从而具备较高的抗逆性,促进生长发育,提高鳗鲡肌肉的蛋白质含量,有效降低脂肪含量,肌肉氨基酸组成和鲜味氨基酸含量;田螺提取物则具有丰富的营养元素和活性物质,通过提高花鳗鲡胃和肝脏中的淀粉酶、蛋白酶活力以及肝脏中的脂肪酶活力,增加其体内、肌肉的主要营养成分、微量元素的含量,调节鳗鲡体内的化学成分结构如肌肉中的鲜味氨基酸,多不饱和脂肪酸的组成和含量来改善鳗鲡肉质;保健调节剂中的青蒿提取物可通过初试免疫器官的发育增强鳗鲡机体的免疫能力,显著促进免疫***的成熟,还能选择性抑制肠道中的治病微生物,促进肠道中双歧杆菌的增殖,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤来达到提高免疫力的目的,减少鳗鲡因生病导致肉质变差的情况。

Claims (8)
1.一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)放养前,每亩用生石灰125-150kg消毒,水温20-28℃,海水比重1.01-1.02,溶解氧5-10mg/L,pH7-8.5;
(2)用3×6×3的无接缝网片网箱养殖,每平方米投入150尾幼鳗,放养前用0.7%盐水浸泡鳗鲡24h,再用3mg/L亚甲基蓝液药浴5-15min;
(3)每天早晚各投喂1次,每日饲料投喂量,幼鳗期为鳗鲡体重的3%,黑仔鳗期为鳗鲡体重的5%,成鳗期为鳗鲡体重的15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述比重(1)饲料是:将加硒饲料按比例混合,再加入总质量的1%的保健调节剂搅拌均匀,粉碎至100目,在包衣锅转速700r/min,包衣锅片床温度70℃,雾化压力0.8MPa,喷枪从底部斜向上喷液的条件下制备成包膜量内10%的乙基纤维素包膜的颗粒饲料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述加硒饲料:鱼粉2-8份、小麦22-28份、田螺提取物5.6-5.8份、甘露寡糖1.2-1.6份、豆粕48-62份、大豆油3-5份、磷酸二氢钙1.2-1.4份、苜蓿粉4-4.8份、食盐0.2-0.4份、干牡蛎8-12份、啤酒酵母4-6份、乌贼粉4-6份、海草粉3-5份、蛋氨酸硒2.4-2.8份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述田螺提取物:将田螺干燥粉碎过20目筛,加入料液比为1:6的60%乙醇溶液,在65℃下提取2次,每次70min,合并提取液,过滤取滤液干燥。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述保健调节剂:君迁子叶叶提取物0.04-0.06份、青蒿提取物0.6-0.8份、裂褶菌提取物0.2-0.24份、樟树果1-1.6份、柿叶2.8-3.6份、紫草1.2-1.8份、鹤草芽0.8-1.2份、血余炭0.2-0.24份、叶下珠5.2-5.6份、玫瑰叶2-2.6份、生姜2-4份、南沙参2.5-3.3份、白浆藤2.1-2.5份、瓜蒌2.8-3.6份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述君迁子叶叶提取物:取君迁子叶叶干燥粉碎,加入料液比为1:30的0.1%醋酸溶液,冷浸8h,在150W下超声提取40min,过滤取滤液干燥。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述裂褶菌提取物:取裂褶菌粉碎过40目筛,加入料液比1:30由1%果胶酶组成的果胶酶溶液,在pH5.5,50℃下酶解1.2h,然后加热灭活10min,经4000r/min离心15min,收集上清液冷冻干燥。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种改善鳗鲡肉质的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述青蒿提取物:将青蒿干燥粉碎过80目筛,加入料液比为1:5的80%乙醇溶液,在常温下作用20min,再加入两倍体积的35%乙醇溶液,置于50℃水浴中,减压至-0.02MPa,减压内部沸腾提取30min,过滤取滤液干燥。
