Abstract

本发明涉及一种单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,包括主光源激光器、分光装置、单级或多级倍频晶体;所述主光源激光器的发射方向对准分光装置,分光装置将主光源激光分离为若干束平行的分束激光,各分束激光对准对应的单级倍频晶体、或多级倍频晶体、或不对应倍频晶体,进而获取不同波长的平行激光束。本发明***更紧凑,体积小,有利于车灯设计;驱动简单,***简洁;整体成本更低;***整体功耗也可进一步降低,光源管理更高效;实现了车灯照明及探测的单波长激光光源的多波长输出,设计巧妙。

Description

一种单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***
技术领域
本发明涉及一种单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,属于车灯技术领域。
背景技术
一个产品或是一套工业***中,有时会用到多种不同波长的激光光源,目前较为广泛的解决方案是采用多种激光器来提供多种不同波长激光。但是在一些特殊的应用场景,特别是对于***的简化,以及空间体积要求较高的***,这样的设计方式均存在***空间不足的缺陷。
例如:其中一种应用场景是用于车灯的照明与探测。用作车灯前照灯激光照明一般使用的是蓝色激光激发荧光粉的方式来形成白光;而后车灯也有应用红色激光作为光源的技术。现在随着无人驾驶的出现,激光探测也成了发展趋势之一,而激光探测用的激光光源波长一般为红外波长。现有技术中,如果需要用到不同波长的激光,采用的方式为排布多个单一波长的激光二极管或激光器,这样的布置使得***体积庞大,并且多个激光器需要对应采用多个驱动,***复杂,成本高昂,而且占用车体空间,不利于车灯和车体的造型设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,采用一个主激光光源输出两种或两种以上波长的激光光源,能够使得整个***更紧凑、***也更简洁;仅需要单个驱动装置,使得成本更低;并且整个***的功耗也会更低。
本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,包括主光源激光器1、分光装置2、单级或多级倍频晶体;所述主光源激光器1的发射方向对准分光装置2,分光装置2将主光源激光分离为若干束平行的分束激光,各分束激光对准对应的单级倍频晶体、或多级倍频晶体、或不对应倍频晶体,进而获取不同波长的激光束。
进一步的,所述分光装置2或倍频晶体之后还设置荧光片。
进一步的,所述分光装置2是分光镜。
进一步的,所述分光装置2是MEMS与镜面的组合,主光源激光器1对准MEMS,MEMS将分支光线反射至对应的镜面,各镜面反射形成平行光束。
进一步的,所述不同波长的平行激光束分别为不同的前照灯或不同的后灯。
进一步的,所述镜面是高反射率镀金镜面,针对红外波长。
进一步的,在分光装置或倍频晶体之后,还可设置扫描MEMS或匀光片或光学镜头或镜头组;
进一步的,在分光装置或倍频晶体之后,还可用光纤将多束光源整合成一束或多束光纤输出。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)***更紧凑,体积小,有利于车灯设计;
2)驱动简单,***简洁;
3)整体成本更低;
4)***整体功耗也可进一步降低,光源管理更高效。
5)实现了车灯照明及探测的单波长激光光源的多波长输出,设计巧妙。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
对本发明总总体方案进行说明:
参见图1,一种单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,包括主光源激光器1、分光装置2、单级或多级倍频晶体;所述主光源激光器1的发射方向对准分光装置2,分光装置2将主光源激光分离为若干束分束激光,各分束激光对准对应的单级倍频晶体、或多级倍频晶体、或不对应倍频晶体,进而获取不同波长的激光束。所述不同波长的激光束分别为不同的前照灯或不同的后灯。
参见图2,所述分光装置2或倍频晶体之后还设置荧光片。
参见图2,所述分光装置2是分光镜。
参见图3,所述分光装置2是MEMS与镜面的组合,主光源激光器1对准MEMS,MEMS将分支光线反射至对应的镜面,各镜面反射形成平行光束。
在分光装置或倍频晶体之后,还可设置扫描MEMS或匀光片或光学镜头或镜头组;或者,在分光装置或倍频晶体之后,也可用光纤将多束光源整合成一束或多束光纤输出。附图中对此未进行展示。
实施例一:
参见图2,采用905nm激光为主光源,通过分光器分光,一路为905nm激光,另一路经过倍频晶体(例如KTP晶体或LBO晶体等),输出用于照明的波长为450nm的蓝色激光,蓝色再由荧光片形成照明用白光。
实施例二:
参见图3,采用905nm激光为主光源,通过MEMS分光,一路为905nm激光脉冲,另一路经过倍频晶体(例如KTP晶体或LBO晶体等),输出用于照明的波长为450nm的蓝色激光,蓝色再由荧光片形成照明用白光。
实施例三:
参见图4,用905nm激光为主光源,通过分光器分光,一路为905nm激光,另一路经过倍频晶体(例如KTP晶体或LBO晶体等),输出用于照明的波长为450nm的蓝色激光,蓝色激光由MEMS动态反射,再经由荧光片形成智能照明用Matrix白光。
实施例四:
该实施例为后灯应用的实施例。参见图5,用1230m激光为主光源,通过分光器分光,一路为1230nm激光,另一路经过倍频晶体(例如KTP晶体或LBO晶体等),输出用于后灯照明的波长为635nm的红色激光。
本发明***更紧凑,体积小,有利于车灯设计;驱动简单,***简洁;整体成本更低;***整体功耗也可进一步降低,光源管理更高效;实现了车灯照明及探测的单波长激光光源的多波长输出,设计巧妙。

Claims (8)

1.一种单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,其特征在于:
包括主光源激光器(1)、分光装置(2)、单级或多级倍频晶体;
所述主光源激光器(1)的发射方向对准分光装置(2),分光装置(2)将主光源激光分离为若干束平行的分束激光,各分束激光对准对应的单级倍频晶体、或多级倍频晶体、或不对应倍频晶体,进而获取不同波长的激光束。
2.如权利要求1所述的单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,其特征在于:所述分光装置(2)或倍频晶体之后还设置荧光片。
3.如权利要求1所述的单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,其特征在于:所述分光装置(2)是分光镜。
4.如权利要求1所述的单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,其特征在于:所述分光装置(2)是MEMS与镜面的组合,主光源激光器(1)对准MEMS,MEMS将分支光线反射至对应的镜面,各镜面反射形成平行光束。
5.如权利要求1所述的单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,其特征在于:所述不同波长的平行激光束分别为不同的前照灯或不同的后灯。
6.如权利要求4所述的单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,其特征在于:所述镜面是高反射率镀金镜面。
7.如权利要求1所述的单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,其特征在于:在分光装置或倍频晶体之后,还设置扫描MEMS或匀光片或光学镜头或镜头组。
8.如权利要求1所述的单波长激光光源的多波长输出的车灯***,其特征在于:在分光装置或倍频晶体之后,还设有光纤,光纤将多束光源整合成一束或多束光纤输出。
