Further, by bringing the display device upper abutting portion 56 and the supporting portion 58 provided on the upper end side of the display panel 14 into abutment with the positioning abutting portion 54, the upper end of the display panel 14 can be aligned with the end of the illumination lens 12 on the display panel 14 side, and the display panel 14 and the illumination lens 12 can be arranged at a predetermined angle in the aligning portion 16.
In the state where the display device 8 is inserted into the display device mounting portion 20 as described above, the through hole 66 of the mounting seat 62 is arranged to overlap the insertion hole 45 of the mounting boss 44, and as shown in fig. 8, the boss abutment surface 70 of the mounting seat 62 abuts against the distal end surface of the mounting boss 44, and the guide portion abutment surface 72 abuts against the inclined surface of the guide portion 42. In this state, the screws 7 (fixing members) are inserted into the through holes 66 and the insertion holes 45 and fastened to each other, whereby the display device 8 is fastened to the unit case 10 by applying a fastening force in the arrow a direction, and is fixed by the screws, and the guide portion contact surface 72 is guided by the guide portions 42, whereby the display device 8 is applied to the unit case 10 in the arrow B direction. Since the guide portion 42 extends from the clip holder 25 to the mounting boss 44, the guide portion abutment surface 72 of the mounting holder 62 can be stably guided.
When the screw fixing is performed, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, since the display panel 14 is pressed in the direction of arrow B in a state where the display device upper side abutting portion 56 and the supporting portion 58 abut against the positioning abutting portion 54, the upper end of the display device 8 can be brought into seamless contact with the end portion of the illumination lens 12 on the positioning portion 16 side. Therefore, as shown in fig. 8, the display surface of the display panel 14 and the surface of the illumination lens 12 can be mounted in alignment without a height difference.
The display device lower contact portion 52 (display device contact portion) at the lower end of the display device 8 is in contact with the lower opening edge portion 17 (opening edge portion) of the display surface exposure opening portion 24, and the display panel 14 can be seamlessly arranged at the opening edge portion of the display surface exposure opening portion 24 by receiving a pressing force in the arrow B direction by the contact portion. Therefore, as shown in fig. 8, the display surface of the display panel 14 and the vehicle compartment side surface of the lower opening edge 17 of the display surface exposure opening 24 can be aligned and attached without a height difference. Further, since the alignment surface 74 abuts on the contact surface 51, the pressing force (mounting load) in the arrow B direction can be stably received.
In the lower end portion of the display panel 14, the alignment surface 74 provided on the lower surface of the display device 8 abuts on the alignment guide 50 and slides along the alignment guide 50, the slide portion 76 slides along the alignment guide 50 disposed on both sides, and the display device 8 is guided by the lower opening edge portion 17. In this way, the display device 8 can be guided easily and stably by being aligned with the display surface exposure opening 24.
According to the above configuration, the display panel 14 can be disposed at an angle with respect to the illumination lens 12, and the display device 8 can be mounted on the display device mounting portion 20 by being aligned in the alignment portion 16 without a height difference. Specifically, by fastening the unit case 10 and the display device 8 with the screws 7, it is possible to apply a fastening force in the arrow a direction in fig. 8 to the display device 8, and to apply a pressing force in the arrow B direction to the display device 8 with the guide portions 42 and the guide portion contact surface 72 of the mount 62. In this way, since the mounting and positioning of the display device 8 to the unit case 10 and the positioning of the display panel 14 and the illumination lens 12 can be performed simultaneously, the time and cost required for mounting can be reduced.
In this way, since it is not necessary to prepare a step or a device for applying a pressing force in the arrow B direction for pressing the display panel 14 against the opening edge of the display surface exposure opening 24 in addition to the fastening force in the arrow a direction for mounting the display device 8 to the unit case 10, the assembly cost can be suppressed, and the assembly efficiency can be improved.
Further, according to the above configuration, even when the size of the insertion hole 45 of the mounting boss 44 or the position where the mounting boss 44 is provided varies, the pressing force in the arrow B direction is applied to the display device 8 and the unit case 10 in addition to the fastening force in the arrow a direction when fastening with the screw 7, and therefore, the alignment can be performed while compensating for the error of the mounting boss 44. Therefore, even when the mounting bosses 44 are misaligned, the display device 8 can be stably and accurately aligned and mounted with respect to the unit case 10 and the illumination device 6.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, since the substrate 3 is mounted on the back surface 26B of the plate-like member 26 with the screws 5, the screws 5 for mounting the substrate 3 and the screws 7 for mounting the display device 8 have the same axial direction and the same fastening direction, the assembly of the substrate 3 and the assembly of the display device 8 can be performed in the same assembly process. Therefore, the assembly efficiency is increased, the cost is reduced, and the number of processes is not increased.
In the above embodiment, the attachment boss 44 for attaching the display device 8 to the unit case 10 is provided so as to be connected to the auxiliary member 48 provided so as to stand from the support wall portion 40, and is not provided in the frame portion 19. Therefore, the frame portion 19 can be made thin, and the appearance in the vehicle interior is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, since the display panel 14 of the display device 8 is disposed at a predetermined angle with respect to the illumination lens 12 and is directly visible from the front to the passenger in the rear seat, the passenger in, for example, the 3 rd row or the further rear seat can easily see.
< other embodiments >
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and illustrated in the drawings, and for example, the following embodiments are also included in the scope of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the illumination device 6 is described as a functional component for a vehicle, but other functional components for a vehicle such as a switch panel may be mounted.
In the present embodiment, the display unit 4 is attached to the roof panel 2 of the vehicle, but may be attached to a vehicle interior such as an instrument panel.
In the present embodiment, the guide portion 42 is provided extending from the outer peripheral surface of the mounting boss 44 on the 3 rd frame sheet 34 side to the jig base 25. As another configuration, the guide portion may be provided to the jig holder so as to extend from the outer peripheral surface of the mounting boss on the 1 st frame sheet side along the wall portion extending from the 1 st frame sheet. In this case, the guide portion abutting surface is provided in the mounting plate portion of the mounting base of the display device at a portion closer to the wall portion than the through hole.
