在各种实施方案中，第一孔40的第一宽度44小于第二孔50的第二宽度54。在各种实施方案中，如从三维片材10的上表面14所测量的，第二孔50的第二深度56大于第一孔40的第一深度46。
第一孔40和第二孔50可以以围绕第一压花20和第二压花30中的每一个的图案结合到三维片材10中。第一孔40可被定位成使得它们邻近第一压花20的第一中心区24的第一侧26以及第二压花30的第二中心区34的第二侧36。第二孔50可被定位成使得它们邻近第一压花20的第一端部22以及第二压花30的第二端部32。在各种实施方案中，第二孔50可以被定位成分别距离第一压花20的第一端部22或第二压花30的第二端部32约0.2mm至约0.5mm的距离82。
在各种实施方案中，第一压花20的第一端部22通过第一孔40与第二压花30的第二中心区34分开。在各种实施方案中，第二压花30的第二端部32通过第一孔40与第一压花20的第一中心区24分开。
如本文所指出的，在各种实施方案中，三维片材10可以是单个材料层，诸如第一材料层12。在各种实施方案中，可能希望在三维片材10中结合第二材料层。第二材料层可以是任何材料，诸如被描述为适于第一材料层12的材料。第二材料层可具有上表面、下表面以及两者间的厚度。在各种实施方案中，第二材料层的上表面可以邻近第一材料层12的下表面16定位。在各种实施方案中，第二材料层可粘结至第一材料层12。如本文所用，术语“结合的”在本文中是指两个元件的接合、粘附、连接、附接等。当它们彼此直接地或彼此间接地接合、粘附、连接、附接等时，诸如当粘结到中间元件时，两个元件将被认为粘结在一起。粘结可通过例如粘合剂、压力粘结、热粘结、超声波粘结、化学粘结、拼接、缝合和/或焊接进行。在三维片材10具有第一材料层12和第二材料层的各种实施方案中，第二孔50可以延伸穿过第一材料层12和第二材料层。在三维片材10具有第一材料层12和第二材料层的各种实施方案中，第一孔40和第二孔50中的每一个可以延伸穿过第一材料层12和第二材料层。
为了形成三维片材10，可以使用常规的相互啮合的凸和凹压花辊。参考图3和4，图3提供了凹辊100的表面的示例性实施方案并且图4提供了凸辊110的表面的示例性实施方案。凸辊110可设置有凸形压花单元112和凹谷114，所述凹谷可接纳定位在凹辊100的表面上且从其表面向外延伸的穿孔销104。凹辊100还可设置有凹形区域102，所述凹形区域可接纳定位在凸辊110的表面上且从其表面向外延伸的凸形压花单元112。当第一材料层12位于凹辊100与凸辊110之间时，将形成三维形状，从而形成三维片材10。图5提供了利用凹辊100和凸辊110且使其相互啮合制成的三维片材12的俯视平面图的图示。图6提供了三维片材10的透视图。下表面16在图6所呈现的图像中对于观察者是可见的。可以看出，第二孔50具有比第一孔40更大的深度56。
定形在第一材料层12中的三维形状可以仅归因于机械压力。另选地，可以加热和/或冷却凹辊100和/或凸辊110中的任一个或两个，以利于三维形状的形成和定形。另外，使用喇叭和砧座的超声波设备可用于赋予期望的压花图案。
如果希望涂布三维片材10的上表面14以使其更加疏水，可以刚好在凸辊的下游邻近凹辊100放置涂布辊或其他合适的设备，以向三维片材10的上表面14施涂期望的疏水性(或亲水性，如果希望使材料更加亲水的话)材料的涂层。
三维片材10可用于多种多样的应用，包括但不限于被设计为贴着或围绕身体穿着以吸收身体流出物的个人护理吸收制品。参考图7，示出了示例性吸收制品120，在这种情况下是卫生巾，其采用三维片材10作为液体可透过的顶片层122。吸收制品120还包括液体不可透过的底片层124，其通常直接或间接地接合至顶片层122，并且吸收芯126设置在顶片层122与底片层124之间。任选地，吸收制品120可包括其他层，诸如定位于吸收芯126与顶片层122之间的所谓的涌流层或转移层128。虽然三维片材10被示出为用于顶片层122，但它可用于任何其他层，包括但不限于涌流层128或吸收芯126。

Claims (16)

1.一种三维片材，其特征在于包括第一材料层，所述第一材料层包括：
a.在其间限定某一厚度的上表面和下表面；
b.多个第一压花，其中每个第一压花限定第一长轴和第一短轴、以及第一总长度；
c.多个第二压花，其中每个第二压花限定第二长轴和第二短轴、以及第二总长度；
d.多个第一孔，其中每个第一孔具有第一宽度和限定第一深度的侧壁；
e.多个第二孔，其中每个第二孔具有第二宽度和限定第二深度的侧壁；其中
f.所述第一长轴以+/-10度垂直于所述第二长轴；
g.所述多个第一孔中的至少一部分的所述第一宽度小于所述多个第二孔中的至少一部分的所述第二宽度；并且
h.所述多个第一孔中的至少一部分的所述第一深度小于所述多个第二孔中的至少一部分的所述第二深度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三维片材，其中
a.所述多个第一压花向上且远离所述上表面延伸；
b.所述多个第二压花向上且远离所述上表面延伸；
c.所述第一压花具有通过具有相对的第一侧的第一中心区分开的相对的第一端部，所述第一端部中的每一个具有第一端部宽度并且所述第一中心区具有第一中心宽度，所述第一中心宽度小于所述第一端部中的每一个的所述第一端部宽度；并且
d.所述第二压花具有通过具有相对的第二侧的第二中心区分开的相对的第二端部，所述第二端部中的每一个具有第二端部宽度并且所述第二中心区具有第二中心宽度，所述第二中心宽度小于所述第二端部中的每一个的所述第二端部宽度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的三维片材，其中所述多个第二孔邻近所述多个第一压花的所述端部，并且所述多个第二孔还邻近所述多个第二压花的所述第二端部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的三维片材，其中所述多个第一孔邻近所述多个第一压花的所述第一中心区的所述相对的第一侧，并且所述多个第一孔还邻近所述第二压花的所述第二中心区的所述相对的第二侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的三维片材，其中所述多个第二压花的所述第二端部通过所述第一孔与所述多个第一压花的所述第一中心区分开。
6.根据权利要求5所述的三维片材，其中所述多个第一压花的所述第一端部通过所述第一孔与所述多个第二压花的所述第二中心区分开。
7.根据权利要求6所述的三维片材，其中所述多个第二孔的所述第二深度大于所述多个第一孔的所述第一深度，如从所述上表面所测量的。
8.根据权利要求1所述的三维片材，其中第二材料层邻近所述第一材料层的所述下表面，所述第二材料层具有通过第二厚度分开的顶部表面和底部表面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的三维片材，其中所述多个第一孔和所述多个第二孔延伸穿过所述第一材料层和所述第二材料层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的三维片材，其中所述第二材料层粘结至所述第一材料层。
11.一种个人护理吸收制品，其包括根据权利要求1所述的三维片材。
12.一种个人护理吸收制品，其包括根据权利要求8所述的三维片材。
13.一种个人护理吸收制品，其包括顶片层和底片层，其中吸收芯位于所述顶片层与所述底片层之间，其中所述顶片层包括根据权利要求1所述的三维片材。
14.一种个人护理吸收制品，其包括顶片层和底片层，其中吸收芯位于所述顶片层与所述底片层之间，其中所述顶片层包括根据权利要求8所述的三维片材。
15.根据权利要求13所述的个人护理吸收制品，其中所述吸收制品为卫生巾。
16.根据权利要求14所述的个人护理吸收制品，其中所述吸收制品为卫生巾。
