本发明涉及管道接头技术领域,具体是指一种三通管道接头,包括通过固定连接的连接端和连接管,连接端和连接管通过密封圈进行密封,其特征在于:连接端的尾部膨胀形并形成挡固定环体,固定环体内壁位于尾部膨胀部分的内壁的外侧,连接管的前部向外弯折形成挡圈后收缩延伸至前端,尾部膨胀部分和连接管的前部之间有空隙,空隙内填充有密封圈,螺丝套在连接管上,螺丝和固定环体之间通过螺纹连接固定,螺丝的前端和挡圈接触。本发明使用双层的密封的方式,具有适应冷热天气的能力,具有良好的抗压性、密封性和抗震性,方便安装,并且耐腐蚀,使用寿命长,材质轻,健康,环保,不漏水,耐冲击,耐高压,低流阻,工程维护更改便捷。

本发明涉及管道接头技术领域,具体是指一种三通管道接头。
背景技术
三通管道接头被用于将流体管连接到诸如气缸的流体压力装置。传统上使用的管道接头结构简单,单层的密封的结构抗压性、密封性和抗震性都不是很理想,并且在冷热交替的时候,传统的单层的管道接头容易发生漏水的情况,传统的管道接头已经不可以满足使用者的需求了。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述技术的缺陷,提供一种三通管道接头。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为一种三通管道接头:包括通过固定连接的连接端和连接管,连接端和连接管通过密封圈进行密封,其特征在于:所述连接端的尾部膨胀形并形成挡固定环体,所述固定环体内壁位于尾部膨胀部分的内壁的外侧,所述连接管的前部向外弯折形成挡圈后收缩延伸至前端,所述尾部膨胀部分和连接管的前部之间有空隙,空隙内填充有密封圈,所述螺丝套在连接管上,所述螺丝和固定环体之间通过螺纹连接固定,所述螺丝的前端和挡圈接触。
作为改进,所述挡圈的前端是45°。
作为改进,所述挡圈尾端的直径大于连接管前端的直径。
作为改进,所述密封圈的内侧和连接管接触,尾部膨胀部分和固定环体均密封圈的外侧接触,所述密封圈从前端膨胀至后端并形成倾斜角,所述密封圈的后部的后端呈45°,所述密封圈的前部的外壁和所述密封圈的后部的前侧相接触。
作为改进,所述螺丝是八角螺丝。

结合附图1-2,一种三通管道接头,包括通过固定连接的连接端1和连接管2,连接端1和连接管2通过密封圈3进行密封,所述密封圈3为双斜面加长型全包围的密封圈,密封效果好,其特征在于:所述连接端1的尾部膨胀形并形成挡固定环体4,所述固定环体4内壁位于尾部膨胀部分5的内壁的外侧,所述连接管2的前部向外弯折形成挡圈6后收缩延伸至前端,所述尾部膨胀部分5和连接管2的前部之间有空隙,空隙内填充有密封圈3,所述螺丝7套在连接管2上,所述螺丝7和固定环体4之间通过螺纹连接固定,所述螺丝7的前端和挡圈6接触,连接端1、尾部膨胀部分5和固定环体4是一体铸造件,之间无焊接,稳定性强。
所述挡圈6的前端是45°,增大了密封圈3和尾部膨胀部分5的接触面积,增强了三通管道接头抗水压和抗震动的性能。
所述挡圈6尾端的直径大于连接管2前端的直径。
所述密封圈3的内侧和连接管2接触,尾部膨胀部分5和固定环体4均密封圈3的外侧接触,所述密封圈3从前端膨胀至后端并形成倾斜角,所述密封圈3的后部的后端呈45°,便于和挡圈6接触,所述密封圈3的前部的外壁和所述密封圈3的后部的前侧相接触。
所述螺丝7是八角螺丝。

1.一种三通管道接头,包括通过固定连接的连接端(1)和连接管(2),连接端(1)和连接管(2)通过密封圈(3)进行密封,其特征在于:所述连接端(1)的尾部膨胀形并形成挡固定环体(4),所述固定环体(4)内壁位于尾部膨胀部分(5)的内壁的外侧,所述连接管(2)的前部向外弯折形成挡圈(6)后收缩延伸至前端,所述尾部膨胀部分(5)和连接管(2)的前部之间有空隙,空隙内填充有密封圈(3),所述螺丝(7)套在连接管(2)上,所述螺丝(7)和固定环体(4)之间通过螺纹连接固定,所述螺丝(7)的前端和挡圈(6)接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三通管道接头,其特征在于:所述挡圈(6)的前端呈45°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种三通管道接头,其特征在于:所述挡圈(6)尾端的直径大于连接管(2)前端的直径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种三通管道接头,其特征在于:所述密封圈(3)的内侧和连接管(2)接触,尾部膨胀部分(5)和固定环体(4)均密封圈(3)的外侧接触,所述密封圈(3)从前端膨胀至后端并形成倾斜角,所述密封圈(3)的后部的后端呈45°,所述密封圈(3)的前部的外壁和所述密封圈(3)的后部的前侧相接触。
