所述的黑山羊饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米28~30份、新鲜火龙果皮42~44份、花生秸秆78~84份、番茄籽粕33~35份、鲜眼子菜19~21份、鲜芦荟3.4~3.8份、食盐2.3~2.5份、椰子油2.7~2.9份、活化蛭石粉4.3~4.5份、枸杞多糖0.11~0.13份、海带多糖0.11~0.13份、姜黄素0.08~0.09份;
(2)黑山羊的日常补光处理
每天8:40~10:20和2:10~3:50使用光照强度为140~150Lx的绿色光进行补光处理。

B.将玉米置入温度为54℃的旋转炒锅内恒温炒制8min,升温至82℃,加入椰子油继续恒温炒制15min,取出,粉碎,得玉米料;将花生秸秆粉碎,置入温度为105℃的条件下恒温蒸汽处理19min,取出,与玉米料混合搅拌均匀,冷却,得玉米秸秆料;
C.将发酵料、玉米秸秆料、活化蛭石粉、枸杞多糖、海带多糖、姜黄素混合搅拌均匀,得黑山羊饲料。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种高矿物质黑山羊的圈养方法,具体方法如下:
(1)黑山羊的日常饲喂
每天6:30饲喂一次黑山羊饲料,饲喂量为6.6g/kg(按羊体重计);每天17:00饲喂一次黑山羊饲料,饲喂量为4.3g/kg(按羊体重计);
所述的黑山羊饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米30份、新鲜火龙果皮44份、花生秸秆84份、番茄籽粕35份、鲜眼子菜21份、鲜芦荟3.8份、食盐2.5份、椰子油2.9份、活化蛭石粉4.5份、枸杞多糖0.13份、海带多糖0.13份、姜黄素0.09份;
(2)黑山羊的日常补光处理
每天8:40~10:20和2:10~3:50使用光照强度为150Lx的绿色光进行补光处理。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的活化蛭石粉,按以下步骤进行制备:将蛭石粉碎,置入温度为68℃的旋转炒锅内恒温炒制23min,取出,浸没于质量分数为6.7%的硫酸锌水溶液中浸泡35min并通入功率为189W、频率为105kHz的超声波进行超声处理,滤液捞出,置入温度为129℃的条件下恒温蒸汽处理18min,取出,置入温度为80℃的旋转炒锅内恒温炒制12min,取出,研磨至粉状,得活化蛭石粉。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的黑山羊饲料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
A.将新鲜火龙果皮、番茄籽粕、鲜眼子菜和鲜芦荟混合粉碎,置入温度为98℃的条件下恒温蒸汽处理16min,取出,加入食盐混合搅拌均匀,置入温度为38℃的条件下恒温发酵130h,取出,得发酵料;
B.将玉米置入温度为55℃的旋转炒锅内恒温炒制9min,升温至83℃,加入椰子油继续恒温炒制16min,取出,粉碎,得玉米料;将花生秸秆粉碎,置入温度为108℃的条件下恒温蒸汽处理20min,取出,与玉米料混合搅拌均匀,冷却,得玉米秸秆料;
C.将发酵料、玉米秸秆料、活化蛭石粉、枸杞多糖、海带多糖、姜黄素混合搅拌均匀,得黑山羊饲料。
对比例1
一种高矿物质黑山羊的圈养方法,与实施例1的区别在于,所述的黑山羊饲料中不加入鲜芦荟和活化蛭石粉,其他条件均相同。
对比例2
一种高矿物质黑山羊的圈养方法,与实施例1的区别在于,所述的黑山羊饲料中不加入枸杞多糖、海带多糖和姜黄素,其他条件均相同。
对比例3
一种高矿物质黑山羊的圈养方法,与实施例1的区别在于,不进行步骤(2)的补光处理,其他条件均相同。
使用实施例的方法和对比例的方法对60头2月龄左右的断奶黑山羊进行圈养处理,平均分为6组,每组10头,圈养处理200天进行屠宰,检测黑山羊肉的钙含量、锌含量、铁含量和硒含量(按照GB/T5009—2003进行测定),检测结果如表1:

从表1可以看出,本发明的圈养方法能够显著提高黑山羊肉的钙含量、锌含量、铁含量和硒含量等矿物质含量,提升黑山羊肉的营养保健价值。
Claims (3)
1.一种高矿物质黑山羊的圈养方法,其特征在于,具体方法如下:
(1)黑山羊的日常饲喂
每天6:30饲喂一次黑山羊饲料,饲喂量为6.4~6.6g/kg(按羊体重计);每天17:00饲喂一次黑山羊饲料,饲喂量为4.1~4.3g/kg(按羊体重计);
所述的黑山羊饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米28~30份、新鲜火龙果皮42~44份、花生秸秆78~84份、番茄籽粕33~35份、鲜眼子菜19~21份、鲜芦荟3.4~3.8份、食盐2.3~2.5份、椰子油2.7~2.9份、活化蛭石粉4.3~4.5份、枸杞多糖0.11~0.13份、海带多糖0.11~0.13份、姜黄素0.08~0.09份;
(2)黑山羊的日常补光处理
每天8:40~10:20和2:10~3:50使用光照强度为140~150Lx的绿色光进行补光处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高矿物质黑山羊的圈养方法,其特征在于,所述的活化蛭石粉,按以下步骤进行制备:将蛭石粉碎,置入温度为64~68℃的旋转炒锅内恒温炒制21~23min,取出,浸没于质量分数为6.5%~6.7%的硫酸锌水溶液中浸泡31~35min并通入功率为181~189W、频率为101~105kHz的超声波进行超声处理,滤液捞出,置入温度为121~129℃的条件下恒温蒸汽处理16~18min,取出,置入温度为78~80℃的旋转炒锅内恒温炒制10~12min,取出,研磨至粉状,得活化蛭石粉。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高矿物质黑山羊的圈养方法,其特征在于,所述的黑山羊饲料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
A.将新鲜火龙果皮、番茄籽粕、鲜眼子菜和鲜芦荟混合粉碎,置入温度为94~98℃的条件下恒温蒸汽处理14~16min,取出,加入食盐混合搅拌均匀,置入温度为36~38℃的条件下恒温发酵120~130h,取出,得发酵料;
B.将玉米置入温度为53~55℃的旋转炒锅内恒温炒制7~9min,升温至81~83℃,加入椰子油继续恒温炒制14~16min,取出,粉碎,得玉米料;将花生秸秆粉碎,置入温度为102~108℃的条件下恒温蒸汽处理18~20min,取出,与玉米料混合搅拌均匀,冷却,得玉米秸秆料;
C.将发酵料、玉米秸秆料、活化蛭石粉、枸杞多糖、海带多糖、姜黄素混合搅拌均匀,得黑山羊饲料。
