Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
An electric cooker, a cooking control method and a cooking control device thereof according to embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cooking control method of an electric cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the cooking control method of the electric cooker according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
and S1, judging whether the cover opening information is detected when the electric cooker performs cooking at the preset target temperature.
In the process of cooking at the preset target temperature by the electric cooker, if the user opens the cover of the electric cooker, the electric cooker can detect the cover opening information. The preset target temperature may be a stable temperature value, or a temperature range that can be set according to cooking needs and change with time, and the preset target temperature is taken as the stable temperature value for the following description.
And S2, when the cover opening information is detected, controlling the electric cooker to enter a cooking standby state, and acquiring the first duration of the current cooking work of the electric cooker at the preset target temperature.
After the electric cooker is powered on and starts to cook, as shown in fig. 2, the electric cooker may heat the food in the cavity to the preset target temperature T0 according to the current cooking function, and control the electric cooker to heat the food in the cavity through the control of the corresponding heating power and/or cooking pressure, for example, by controlling the electric cooker at the first power adjustment ratio, so as to maintain the temperature of the food in the cavity at the preset target temperature T0. As shown in fig. 2, when the cover opening information is not detected, the temperature of the food in the cavity may be continuously maintained at T0 until the cooking operation is finished when the time for performing the cooking operation at T0 reaches the preset total cooking time T1. When the cooking work is finished, the electric cooker can remind the user to take the food through sound prompt (such as buzzing) or display prompt (such as lamp flashing).
And if the cover opening information is detected in the process that the electric cooker performs cooking at the preset target temperature, the electric cooker can be controlled to stop heating and enter a cooking standby state. At the same time, the duration of time to maintain the temperature of the food in the cavity at T0 may be obtained.
S3, determining whether the first duration reaches a first preset time.
And S4, if the first duration time reaches the first preset time, controlling the electric cooker to finish the cooking work.
Wherein if the electric cooker maintains the temperature of the food in the cavity at T0 for a first preset time, the food has reached or substantially reached an edible cooking level. Therefore, the first preset time can be set according to the type of food cooked by the electric cooker.
In one embodiment of the present invention, if the electric cooker is used to cook vegetable food, the first preset time may be 5-15 min; if the electric cooker is used for cooking meat food, the first preset time may be 15-30 min; if the electric cooker is used for cooking beans or tendons, the first preset time may be 20-50 min; if the electric cooker is used to cook soup food, the first preset time may be 25-35 min.
When the first duration, namely the duration that the electric cooker maintains the temperature of the food in the cavity at T0, reaches the first preset time, the electric cooker can be directly controlled to finish the cooking work because the food reaches or substantially reaches the edible cooking degree, so that the user can take the food.
For example, when an electric cooker having a pressure device, such as an electric pressure cooker, cooks soup food, if the food is heated to 105 ℃ and reaches boiling, the food temperature can be maintained at 105 ℃ by a preset power-adjusting ratio and a preset exhaust valve opening. Assuming that the preset total cooking time corresponding to the current cooking program is 50min and the electric cooker does not detect the cover opening information all the time, the electric cooker may end the cooking work when the time for maintaining the food temperature at 105 ℃ reaches 50 min. And if the cover opening information is detected when the time for maintaining the temperature of the food at 105 ℃ reaches 40min, the electric cooker can directly finish the cooking work because 40min is more than 35min corresponding to the soup food.
In one embodiment of the invention, if the first duration time does not reach the first preset time, whether the cover closing information is detected or not is judged, and if the cover closing information is detected, the electric cooker is controlled to resume the cooking operation.
It should be appreciated that when the electric cooker maintains the temperature of the food in the cavity at T0 for a duration not reaching the first preset time, the food is not yet edible and thus the cooking of the food can be continued after the cover is closed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the opening and closing information may be generated by a micro switch, an electro-optical proximity switch, an ultrasonic sensor, a gravity sensor, or the like. Specifically, the micro switch can realize the switching of power on and power off along with the actions of opening and closing the cover, so that power on and power off information can be used as cover opening information or cover closing information; the photoelectric proximity switch and the ultrasonic sensor can detect the distance change between the cover and the body of the electric cooker, so that the distance information can be used as the cover opening information or the cover closing information; the gravity sensor may sense a change in inclination of the lid of the electric cooker, so that the inclination information may be used as the opening information or the closing information.
After the electric cooker is controlled to recover the cooking work, the second duration time of the electric cooker which recovers the cooking work and conducts the cooking work at the preset target temperature can be obtained, and whether the second duration time reaches the second preset time or not is judged. And controlling the electric cooker to finish the cooking work if the second duration reaches a second preset time.
As shown in fig. 3, when the first duration t2 does not reach the first preset time, the electric cooker may be controlled to end the cooking operation, and the temperature of the food in the cavity of the electric cooker begins to decrease. When the closing information is detected, the electric cooker is controlled to heat through the corresponding heating power and/or the corresponding cooking pressure, for example, the second power regulation ratio, so that the temperature of the food in the cavity rises to the preset target temperature T0 again, and then the electric cooker is controlled to heat through the corresponding heating power and/or the corresponding cooking pressure, for example, the third power regulation ratio, so that the temperature of the food in the cavity is maintained at the preset target temperature T0, and the cooking is finished until the time of the cooking operation at T0 reaches the second preset time T3 after the cooking operation is resumed. The second power ratio may be greater than the first power ratio, so that the temperature of the food in the cavity may be rapidly increased to the preset target temperature T0 after the cooking operation is resumed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second preset time t3 may be a difference between the preset total cooking time t1 and the first duration t 2. That is, if the food does not reach the edible cooking level while the electric cooker is opened halfway, the cooking may be resumed after the cover is closed, and the sum of the time for performing the cooking operation at the preset target temperature T0 before the cover is opened and the time for performing the cooking operation at the preset target temperature T0 after the cover is closed is equal to the preset total cooking time.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the first duration t2 reaches the first preset time, in addition to controlling the electric cooker to end the cooking operation accordingly, the preset total cooking time t1 may be updated according to the first duration t 2. That is, if the food reaches or substantially reaches the edible cooking level when the cover opening information is detected while the cooking work is performed this time, the first duration t2 for the electric cooker to perform the cooking work at the preset target temperature while the cover opening information is detected this time may be set as the preset total cooking time when the cooking work is performed next time. In this way, even if the cover opening information is not detected all the time when the cooking operation is performed next time, the cooking operation is ended when the time for performing the cooking operation at the preset target temperature reaches t 2. Therefore, the next cooking control can be carried out by memorizing the time of opening the cover of the user, and the intelligent level of the electric cooker is improved.
According to the cooking control method of the electric cooker, whether the current cooking time reaches the first preset time is judged when the cover opening information is detected, and if yes, the electric cooker is controlled to finish cooking. Therefore, the cooking work of the electric cooker can be automatically finished in advance according to the personal requirements of the user, the user requirements can be met, unnecessary working processes can be omitted, and energy resources are saved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a cooking control method of an electric cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the steps of:
s401, the electric cooker heats at a first power P1 under a constant pressure. Wherein, the constant pressure can be non-pressure or micro-pressure.
S402, judging whether the uncapping information is detected. If so, go to step S403; if not, the process returns to step S401 to continue heating.
S403, read cooked time t 2.
S404, entering a standby state. Heating may be stopped in a standby state.
S405, whether t2 is larger than t0 is judged. t0 is the cooking time to enable the food to reach or substantially reach an edible cooking level. If yes, go to step S406; if not, step S407 is executed.
And S406, finishing cooking.
S407, judging whether the cover closing information is detected. If yes, go to step S408; if not, return to step S404 to continue to maintain the standby state.
And S408, heating at a second power P2. The second power P2 may be much greater than P1 in order to rapidly warm up the food cooled in the standby state.
S409, whether T is more than T0 is judged. T is the current food temperature and T0 is the preset target temperature. If yes, go to step S410; if not, the process returns to step S408 to continue heating.
S410, start timing t. t is a timer.
S411, heating is carried out at a third power P3, so that T is maintained at T0.
S412, judge whether there is t > t 3. Wherein t3 is t1-t2, and t1 is the preset total cooking time. The countdown from t3 to 0 may also be used in other embodiments of the present invention. If yes, go to step S406; if not, the process returns to step S411 to continue heating.
In order to realize the cooking control method of the electric cooker in the embodiment, the invention further provides a cooking control device of the electric cooker.
As shown in fig. 5, the cooking control device of the electric cooker according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an open/close cover detecting module 10, a control module 20, an obtaining module 30, and a determining module 40.
The cover opening and closing detection module 10 is used for judging whether cover opening information is detected or not when the electric cooker performs cooking at a preset target temperature; the control module 20 is used for controlling the electric cooker to enter a cooking standby state when the cover opening and closing detection module 10 detects the cover opening information; the obtaining module 30 is configured to obtain a first duration time of the current electric cooker performing cooking at a preset target temperature when the cover opening and closing detection module 10 detects cover opening information; the determining module 40 is configured to determine whether the first duration time reaches a first preset time. The control module 20 is further configured to control the electric cooker to end the cooking operation when the first duration reaches a first preset time.
In the process of cooking the electric cooker at the preset target temperature, if the user opens the cover of the electric cooker, the cover opening and closing detection module 10 may detect the cover opening information. The preset target temperature may be a stable temperature value, or a temperature range that can be set according to cooking needs and change with time, and the preset target temperature is taken as the stable temperature value for the following description.
On the other hand, if the cover opening information is detected during the cooking operation of the electric cooker at the preset target temperature, the control module 20 may control the electric cooker to stop heating and enter a cooking standby state. Meanwhile, the obtaining module 30 may obtain a duration of time for maintaining the temperature of the food within the cavity at T0.
When the first duration, i.e., the duration that the electric cooker maintains the temperature of the food in the cavity at T0, reaches the first preset time, the control module 20 may directly control the electric cooker to finish the cooking operation for the user to take the food, since the food has reached or substantially reached the edible cooking level.
In an embodiment of the present invention, if the first duration time does not reach the first preset time, the cover opening and closing detection module 10 may determine whether the cover closing information is detected, and if the cover closing information is detected, the control module 20 controls the electric cooker to resume the cooking operation.
It should be appreciated that when the electric cooker maintains the temperature of the food in the cavity at T0 for a duration not reaching the first preset time, the food is not yet edible and thus the cooking of the food can be continued after the cover is closed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the open/close cover detection module 10 may include a micro switch, an electro-optical proximity switch, an ultrasonic sensor, a gravity sensor, or the like.
After the control module 20 controls the electric cooker to resume the cooking operation, the obtaining module 30 may further obtain a second duration of the cooking operation performed by the electric cooker at the preset target temperature after the cooking operation is resumed, and the determining module 40 determines whether the second duration reaches a second preset time. If the second duration time reaches the second preset time, the control module 20 controls the electric cooker to end the cooking work.
As shown in fig. 3, when the first duration t2 does not reach the first preset time, the control module 20 may control the electric cooker to finish the cooking operation, and the temperature of the food in the cavity of the electric cooker begins to decrease. When the cover opening and closing detection module 10 detects the cover closing information, the control module 20 may control the electric cooker to heat by corresponding heating power and/or cooking pressure, for example, by using the second power adjustment ratio, so as to raise the temperature of the food in the cavity to the preset target temperature T0 again, and then control the electric cooker to heat by corresponding heating power and/or cooking pressure, for example, by using the third power adjustment ratio, so as to maintain the temperature of the food in the cavity at the preset target temperature T0, until the time for cooking operation at T0 after the cooking operation is resumed reaches the second preset time T3, so as to finish cooking.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the first duration t2 reaches the first preset time, the control module 20 may update the preset total cooking time t1 according to the first duration t2, in addition to controlling the electric cooker to end the cooking operation accordingly.
According to the cooking control device of the electric cooker, whether the current cooking time reaches the first preset time is judged when the cover opening information is detected, and if yes, the electric cooker is controlled to finish cooking. Therefore, the cooking work of the electric cooker can be automatically finished in advance according to the personal requirements of the user, the user requirements can be met, unnecessary working processes can be omitted, and energy resources are saved.
Corresponding to the embodiment, the invention further provides an electric cooker.
The electric cooking device of the embodiment of the present invention includes the cooking control device of the electric cooking device according to the above embodiment of the present invention, and the specific implementation manner thereof may refer to the above embodiment, and is not described herein again to avoid redundancy.
According to the electric cooker provided by the embodiment of the invention, the cooking work can be automatically finished in advance according to the personal requirements of users, the requirements of the users can be met, unnecessary working processes can be omitted, and energy resources are saved.
