本发明公开了一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,包含以下成分:异构醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、丁二酸、柠檬酸、氢氟酸、全氟辛酸、水杨醛、三乙醇胺、异丙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯甲酸钠、泡沫剂、增稠剂、增溶剂、分散剂、芳香剂、表面活性剂和去离子水,本发明中涉及的一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,能够有效的清除油污,尤其是重油污的情况,可以快速分解油渍污垢,且去污效果受温度改变影响小,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂及其生产工艺。
背景技术
除油剂(洗洁精)广泛用于餐饮洗涤中,目前市面上的洗洁***类多种多样,但是这类除油剂在面对油污堆积较久,油污较重的地方效果不明显,尤其是部分餐饮业、食品加工业等长时间会产生油烟的厨房,普通的除油剂无法做到有效的清洁;
此外洗洁精具普遍具有消毒杀菌作用,但是其化学成分含量过大,对使用者的手部皮肤有腐蚀作用,使人们使用完后感到皮肤紧致,长期使用,使皮肤产生起泡、脱皮现象,严重危害人们皮肤健康。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂。
一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,包含以下成分:异构醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5-10份、烷基磺酸钠5-10份、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠10-20份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2-5份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1-4份、丁二酸5-12份、柠檬酸3-7份、氢氟酸1-2份、全氟辛酸0.5-0.8份、水杨醛4-8份、三乙醇胺10-20份、异丙醇2-5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-10份、苯甲酸钠0.5-2份、泡沫剂1-2份、增稠剂1-2份、增溶剂1-2份、分散剂1-2份、芳香剂1-2份、表面活性剂1-2份和去离子水80-100份。
优选地,泡沫剂为碳酸氢钠或者聚氨酯泡沫剂。
优选地,增稠剂为果胶、琼脂、明胶、海藻脂、角叉胶、糊精、黄耆胶中的一种或者多种混合。
优选地,增溶剂为甘油单脂肪酸酯。
优选地,分散剂为三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇中的一种或多种混合。
优选地,芳香剂选用鲜花提取液。
一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂的生产工艺,上述的一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,包括以下步骤:
S1:按照上述比例称取各组分原料,将称量好的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、丁二酸、柠檬酸、氢氟酸、全氟辛酸、水杨醛、三乙醇胺、异丙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯甲酸钠和去离子水混合搅拌均匀得到原液;
S2:在上述原液中加入泡沫剂,并静置1-2小时;
S3:在上述原液中加入增稠剂,并静置1-2小时;
S4:在上述原液中加入增溶剂,并静置1-2小时;
S5:在上述原液中加入分散剂,并静置1-2小时;
S6:在上述原液中加入芬芳剂,并静置1-2小时;
S7:将上述调制好的除油剂灌装并密封保存。
优选地,S7灌装时选用不透明灌装瓶。

实施例1:一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,包含以下成分:异构醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5-10份、烷基磺酸钠5-10份、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠10-20份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2-5份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1-4份、丁二酸5-12份、柠檬酸3-7份、氢氟酸1-2份、全氟辛酸0.5-0.8份、水杨醛4-8份、三乙醇胺10-20份、异丙醇2-5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-10份、苯甲酸钠0.5-2份、泡沫剂1-2份、增稠剂1-2份、增溶剂1-2份、分散剂1-2份、芳香剂1-2份、表面活性剂1-2份和去离子水80-100份。
其中,泡沫剂为碳酸氢钠或者聚氨酯泡沫剂,发泡效果好,产生泡沫多能有效增强去污能力。
增稠剂为果胶、琼脂、明胶、海藻脂、角叉胶、糊精、黄耆胶中的一种或者多种混合,均为无害成分,不影响人体健康。
增溶剂为甘油单脂肪酸酯,能使各成分均匀溶解。
分散剂为三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇中的一种或多种混合,能使各成分均匀分散。
芳香剂选用鲜花提取液,安全无毒,味道好闻。
实施例2:一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂的生产工艺,上述的一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,包括以下步骤:
S1:按照上述比例称取各组分原料,将称量好的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、丁二酸、柠檬酸、氢氟酸、全氟辛酸、水杨醛、三乙醇胺、异丙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯甲酸钠和去离子水混合搅拌均匀得到原液;
S2:在上述原液中加入泡沫剂,并静置1-2小时;
S3:在上述原液中加入增稠剂,并静置1-2小时;
S4:在上述原液中加入增溶剂,并静置1-2小时;
S5:在上述原液中加入分散剂,并静置1-2小时;
S6:在上述原液中加入芬芳剂,并静置1-2小时;
S7:将上述调制好的除油剂灌装并密封保存。
S7灌装时选用不透明灌装瓶,延长产品的寿命。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,其特征在于,所述的泡沫剂为碳酸氢钠或者聚氨酯泡沫剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为果胶、琼脂、明胶、海藻脂、角叉胶、糊精、黄耆胶中的一种或者多种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,其特征在于,所述增溶剂为甘油单脂肪酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇中的一种或多种混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,其特征在于,所述芳香剂选用鲜花提取液。
7.一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂的生产工艺,用于生产权利要求1中所述的一种无腐蚀家用强效除油剂,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:按照上述比例称取各组分原料,将称量好的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、丁二酸、柠檬酸、氢氟酸、全氟辛酸、水杨醛、三乙醇胺、异丙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯甲酸钠和去离子水混合搅拌均匀得到原液;
S2:在上述原液中加入泡沫剂,并静置1-2小时;
S3:在上述原液中加入增稠剂,并静置1-2小时;
S4:在上述原液中加入增溶剂,并静置1-2小时;
S5:在上述原液中加入分散剂,并静置1-2小时;
S6:在上述原液中加入芬芳剂,并静置1-2小时;
S7:将上述调制好的除油剂灌装并密封保存。
