Abstract

Description

用于印刷电路板的屏蔽连接件
本发明涉及用于印刷电路板的屏蔽连接件,尤其是用于直接导电接通或钎焊到印刷电路板的屏蔽连接件。
电子装置和设备的屏蔽一般用于使电场或磁场远离它们,或者反之针对来自所述装置的这些场来保护环境。就是说,在电气装置、电缆等的内外都可能需要电磁屏蔽。
因为电磁波可能不利地影响到其它的电气设备,故必须不仅可靠防止或充分屏蔽和减少磁辐射,也必须可靠防止或充分屏蔽和减少电辐射。
电磁兼容性(EMV)表示通常所期望的设备状态或装置状态。这表明了,这种装置没有因不小心的或未按规定的电气或电磁作用而受到干扰影响。对于保证电驱动装置的电磁兼容性重要的是其务实的结构和设计。相应干扰敏感性的证明和确认通过EMV准则和EMV标准来调整。
就此通常也需要采用屏蔽导线,其又将被尽量低成本且简单地连接在这种电气设备的印刷电路板上。
就此需要不仅将信号传导导体或导电导体电连接至印刷电路板,也需要使电缆屏蔽导电接通至相应的屏蔽装置。
在现有技术中已知的用于直接将屏蔽导线连接在印刷电路板上的解决方案具有不同的缺点。
因此例如有如下解决方案,电缆必须被如此拆散,即,屏蔽将被直接固定在印刷电路板上的屏蔽连接件上,而另一方面建立与信号传导导线的电连接。
在这里,出于空间考虑通常已经难以完成首先连接该信号导线或导流导线,随后连接屏蔽连接件。
其它的已经完整的“由壳体、设于壳体内的屏蔽导电接通结构以及带有触点的触点座的构成”的插接解决方案结构复杂、制造昂贵且就适应于不同的应用和设备而言也是复杂的。
因此,本发明的目的是克服前述缺点并提出一种极其通用的且简单的用于在印刷电路板与屏蔽电缆之间的屏蔽导电接通的解决方案。
该目的通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的屏蔽连接件完成。
本发明的基本构思是如此提供一种屏蔽连接件,其具备至少一个扁平的钎焊部,其设置在电缆压接部和屏蔽压接部之间,使得导电导线可以通过该接触部被引出,同时可以实现待连接电缆的电缆屏蔽的360°屏蔽连接。
此外,根据本发明,设于其间的扁平的中央钎焊部可以直接已经通过其表现为扁平的几何形状在印刷电路板表面例如在印刷电路板的导电接通路径上被钎焊或电连接。
通过这种本发明屏蔽连接件的通用设计,可以直接用根据本发明的屏蔽连接件导电接通不同类型的印刷电路板和应用。
因为,根据本发明,规定了一种用于印刷电路板的屏蔽连接件,其包括接触部,接触部具有用于钎焊在印刷电路板上的扁平的中央钎焊部(焊片)和两个与之相邻的压接部,其中的至少一个压接部设计用于连接至电缆的电缆屏蔽。
进一步有利的是,该钎焊部直接形成在第一压接部和第二压接部之间。通过这种方式,可以形成极易安装的至印刷电路板的连接,并且进行电缆压接、钎焊连接和屏蔽连接的相应顺序。
在本发明的一个优选实施方式中进一步规定,第一压接部分别形成侧向突出的压接片,该压接片在横向于接合方向A的方向Q上在钎焊部上延伸。在钎焊部上的这两个压接部的接合方向A也是该屏蔽连接件的纵延伸方向。
还有利地规定,第二压接部分别形成侧向突出的压接片,该压接片也在横向于接合方向A的方向上在钎焊部上延伸,并且为此基本在与第一压接部的第一压接片相同的侧向上延伸。
根据本发明进一步有利地规定,每个压接部通过过渡部连接至钎焊部。
在横向Q上看,钎焊部的宽度最好大于各过渡部的宽度。
在本发明的另一个有利设计中规定,第一压接部的压接片被设计成V形接片,其基本上径向对置地从压接部延伸出,更优选地大致沿对角线相互错位,从而它们在围绕待安装电缆折叠时基本以其末端并排接触电缆。
在本发明的另一个有利实施方式中规定,第二压接部的压接片设计成U形或矩形接片形式,其中更优选地,第二压接部的压接片的长度最好小于第一压接部的压接片的沿横向看的长度。
进一步优选的是,该接触部与屏蔽的导线连接,并且其中一个所述压接片在整个周长包围该电缆屏蔽,最好是在360°角度范围完全包围,从而获得360°导电接通。
因此,根据本发明规定了包围的O形压接以及用于钎焊辅助触点的平面,该平面通过前述特征实现。
可通过这种导线360°屏蔽连接来防止电介体受损及印刷电路板的穿透。
因此,本发明的另一方面涉及一种具有如上所述的屏蔽连接件的印刷电路板,其中该屏蔽连接件以其钎焊部直接导电接通地安装在印刷电路板上。

图1示出了在输送带50上的一对屏蔽连接件1。每个屏蔽连接件1具有扁平的中央钎焊部10用于钎焊在未示出的印刷电路板上。钎焊部10的底面用于直接钎焊在印刷电路板上并且设计成是扁平的,就像在图3的侧视图中清楚看到的那样。
第一压接部20靠近扁平的中央钎焊部10,而第二压接部30与之对置,在此,其中一个所述压接部、在本例子中最好是在图1中在下的压接部30设计用于连接至电缆40的例如在图1中被示例性示出的电缆屏蔽41。在那里能看到电缆40,在电缆中,电缆屏蔽41被回折,本发明的屏蔽连接件1(沿箭头方向移动)要连接至该电缆屏蔽。

尤其如在图3的侧视图中看到地,第一压接部20的压接片20a、20b设计成V形接片形式,并且第二压接部30的压接片30a、30b设计成U形或矩形的接片形式。
也能看到,沿横向Q看地或者说总体上也在安装位置中,第二压接部30的压接片30a、30b的长度小于第一压接部20的压接片20a、20b的长度。
总体上规定,压接片(20a、20b、30a、30b)的长度分别匹配于在屏蔽区内的电缆横截面,进而匹配于电缆40的周长。
如在图4中用圆圈所示地规定,该接触部与屏蔽的导线相连接,使得压接片30a、30b在整个周长在360°角度范围包围电缆40的电缆屏蔽41,并且因此获得电缆40的电缆屏蔽41的360°导电接通。
下述布置是尤其高效和有利的,多个根据图1至3的本发明屏蔽连接件1被固定在输送带50上,从而不仅可以进行像这样的屏蔽带的输送,也可以进行在自动化过程中的加工。
本发明并不局限于在此描述的实施例,而是也涵盖等同实施方式,即便没有明确说明。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于印刷电路板的屏蔽连接件(1),包括接触部,该接触部具有用于钎焊在印刷电路板上的扁平的中央钎焊部(10)和两个与之相邻的压接部(20,30),其中的至少一个压接部设计用于与电缆(40)的电缆屏蔽(41)连接。

5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的屏蔽连接件(1),其特征在于,每个压接部(20、30)通过过渡部(21,31)连接至该钎焊部(10)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的屏蔽连接件(1),其特征在于,在横向(Q)上看,该钎焊部(10)的宽度大于各过渡部(21,31)的宽度。
7.根据权利要求3至6之一所述的屏蔽连接件(1),其特征在于,所述第一压接部(20)的压接片(20a,20b)被设计成V形接片。
8.根据权利要求4至6之一所述的屏蔽连接件(1),其特征在于,所述第二压接部(30)的压接片(30a,30b)被设计成U形或矩形的接片,其中,在横向(Q)上看,所述第二压接部(30)的压接片(30a,30b)的长度最好小于所述第一压接部(20)的压接片(20a,20b)的长度。
