Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a laundry care appliance having a lye pump, by means of which washing liquid can be pumped efficiently in the laundry care appliance.
This object is achieved by the laundry care appliance according to the invention.
According to a first aspect of the invention, this object is achieved by a laundry care appliance having a lye pump and a filter element, wherein the lye pump has: a suction chamber equipped with a suction connection for a fluidic connection to a suction line; a circulation pumping pressure chamber provided with a circulation pumping connection for the fluidic connection to a circulation pumping line; and a pump-out pressure chamber, which is equipped with a pump-out connection tube for fluid connection to the pump-out line, the filter element being received in the suction chamber, wherein the filter element has a wall section, which is arranged between the suction chamber and the circulating pump pressure chamber in order to separate the suction chamber and the circulating pump pressure chamber from one another, wherein the wall section has a wall opening in order to fluidically connect the suction chamber and the circulating pump pressure chamber to one another.
This achieves the technical advantage that: in the case of removal of the filter element from the suction chamber, a wall section of the filter element, which is arranged between the suction chamber and the circulating pumping pressure chamber, is removed from the suction chamber. The circulating pumping pressure chamber is thus not separated from the suction chamber but is accessible from the suction chamber. In this way, the circulating pumping pressure chamber can be cleaned from the suction chamber when the lye pump is cleaned, whereby a simplified cleaning of the lye pump is achieved.
In addition, a compact design of the lye pump is achieved by the wall sections of the filter element and the position of the center of gravity of the lye pump in the front at the housing connection is ensured. The filter element with the wall section can therefore be used both for the pumping-out process and for the recirculating pumping process in a common suction chamber. Thus, maintenance-free use of the filter element is achieved without the use of a fluff screen.
The filter element received in the suction chamber of the lye pump is thus effectively separated from the suction chamber and the circulating pumping pressure chamber by the wall section. In the case of a filter element with a wall section being removed from the suction chamber, the boundary between the suction chamber and the circulating pumping pressure chamber is removed. In this way, the circulating pumping pressure chamber can be cleaned from the suction chamber when the lye pump is cleaned, whereby a simplified cleaning of the lye pump is achieved.
By a laundry care appliance is understood an appliance for laundry care, such as, for example, a washing machine or a laundry dryer. Such a laundry care appliance is understood to mean, in particular, a household laundry care appliance. Namely a laundry care appliance which is used under the framework of a household service and with which laundry of a quantity customary for the household is treated.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the lye pump has a partition wall which is arranged between the suction chamber and the pump-out pressure chamber in order to separate the suction chamber and the pump-out pressure chamber from one another, wherein the partition wall has an opening in order to fluidically connect the suction chamber and the pump-out pressure chamber to one another.
This achieves the technical advantage that: an effective separation of the suction chamber and the pump-out pressure chamber is ensured by the partition wall of the lye pump. The opening in the partition wall allows the washing liquid to be pumped out of the suction chamber into the pump-out line during the pump-out process, through the pump-out pressure chamber and through the pump-out connection.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the filter element has a further wall section which is arranged between the suction chamber and the pump-out pressure chamber in order to separate the suction chamber and the pump-out pressure chamber from one another, wherein the further wall section has a further wall opening in order to fluidically connect the suction chamber and the pump-out pressure chamber to one another.
This achieves the technical advantage that: when the filter element is received in the suction chamber, an effective separation between the suction chamber and the pump-out pressure chamber is ensured by the further wall section of the filter element. The washing liquid can be pumped from the suction chamber into the pump-out pressure chamber efficiently through a further wall opening in the further wall section. When the filter element with the further wall section is removed from the suction chamber, the boundary (abgrenzong) between the suction chamber and the pump-out pressure chamber is removed. Thereby, during cleaning, not only the suction chamber but also the pump-out pressure chamber can be cleaned effectively.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the lye pump has a further separating wall which is arranged between the suction chamber and the circulating pumping pressure chamber in order to separate the suction chamber and the circulating pumping pressure chamber from one another, wherein the further separating wall has a further opening, wherein the wall section of the filter element is received in the further opening in order to ensure a fluid-tight seal between the further separating wall and the wall section.
This achieves the technical advantage that: an effective separation between the suction chamber and the circulating pumping pressure chamber is ensured by the wall section of the filter element being received in the further opening of the further separating wall. When the filter element is removed from the suction chamber, the wall section of the filter element is also removed from the further opening of the further separating wall. Here, the further opening has a diameter such that: this diameter is sufficient to enable cleaning of the circulating pumping pressure chamber from the suction chamber with the filter element removed.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the lye pump has a guide rail which is arranged on the inside of the suction chamber, and the filter element is movably arranged on the guide rail and can be positioned in the suction chamber along the guide rail.
This achieves the technical advantage that: a filter element arranged movably on the guide rail can advantageously be positioned in the suction chamber for advantageously arranging a wall section of the filter element between the suction chamber and the circulating pumping pressure chamber. In addition, the filter element, which is movably arranged in the guide rail, can be removed from the suction chamber in order to achieve effective cleaning of the suction chamber and the circulating pumping pressure chamber.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, a circumferential sealing element is arranged on the wall section in order to ensure a fluid-tight seal between the wall section and the pump housing of the lye pump.
This achieves the technical advantage that: an effective fluid-tight seal between the wall section and the pump housing of the lye pump is ensured by the circumferential sealing element in order to effectively separate the suction chamber and the circulating pumping pressure chamber from one another. The sealing element arranged on the filter element is made in particular of a synthetic material, in particular of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM).
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the filter element has a positioning element (in particular a stop) for positioning the filter element in the suction chamber.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the positioning element (in particular the stop) limits the introduction movement of the filter element into the suction chamber, as a result of which the filter element can be positioned effectively in the suction chamber.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the suction chamber has an internal thread and the filter element has an external thread, wherein the filter element with the external thread can be screwed into the suction chamber with the internal thread.
This achieves the technical advantage that: by screwing the filter element into the suction chamber by means of the two engaged threads, an effective fixing of the filter element in the suction chamber is ensured.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the lye pump has a pump motor and a running wheel, wherein the pump motor is designed to: the impeller is driven in a rotational direction for pumping the washing liquid from the suction chamber into the circulating pumping pressure chamber and through the circulating pumping connection into the circulating pumping line.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the effective circulation of the washing liquid from the circulation pumping pressure chamber into the circulation pumping line is achieved by the driving of the running wheel by the pump motor.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry care appliance has a lye container, wherein the suction line and the circulation pump line are each fluidically connected to the lye container, and wherein the pump motor is configured to: the washing liquid is pumped out of the lye container through the suction line into the suction chamber, and the pumped-out washing liquid is pumped back into the lye container through the circulating pump connection pipe and through the circulating pump line.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the circulation pump line is fluidically connected to the lye container, which ensures that the washing liquid is effectively circulated from the lye container into the lye pump and from the lye pump into the lye container.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the lye pump has a further pump motor and a further running wheel, wherein the further pump motor is configured for: the other running wheel is driven in a rotational direction for pumping the washing liquid from the suction chamber into the pump-out pressure chamber and through the pump-out connection into the pump-out line.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the effective pumping of the washing liquid out of the pump-out pressure chamber into the pump-out line is achieved by the further running wheel being driven by a further pump motor.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the pump-out line is fluidically connected to an outer region of the laundry care appliance, wherein a further pump motor is configured to: the washing liquid is pumped out of the laundry care appliance via the pump-out connection and via the pump-out line.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the fluid connection to the outer region of the laundry care appliance via the pump-out line ensures that the washing liquid is effectively pumped out of the laundry care appliance.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the pump motor or the further pump motor comprises an electric motor, in particular a brushless direct current motor (BLDC motor).
This achieves the technical advantage that: an efficient and effective pumping-out or circulating pumping process of the pump can be operated by means of an electric motor, in particular a brushless direct current motor.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the pump motor and/or the further pump motor is/are connected to the circulation pumping pressure chamber and/or the pump-out pressure chamber by means of a bayonet lock (bayonettverseschluss).
This achieves the technical advantage that: the bayonet lock ensures an effectively releasable connection between the respective pump motor and the respective chamber.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the filter element comprises a foreign-matter trap, which in particular has a plurality of filter walls which are arranged horizontally in the foreign-matter trap.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the foreign matter trap enables effective removal of foreign matter, wherein a fluff screen for removing fluff can be dispensed with. The filter wall arranged horizontally in the foreign-matter trap ensures that: foreign bodies bounce off the filter wall and accumulate in the suction chamber, from which they can be efficiently removed.

Since the filter element 123 is received in the suction chamber 107, the suction chamber 107 is only schematically shown in fig. 2.
The lye pump 105 has a dividing wall 119 which separates the suction chamber 107 from the pump-out pressure chamber 111. The pump-out pressure chamber 111 is fluidically connected to the suction chamber 107 via an opening, which is not shown in fig. 2. The lye pump 105 has a further separating wall 121, which further separating wall 121 separates the suction chamber 107 from the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115. The further separating wall 121 has a further opening 133, by means of which the suction chamber 107 is fluidically connected to the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115. The other opening 133 is not shown in fig. 2.
A filter element 123, in particular a foreign-matter trap, is received in the suction chamber 107 of the lye pump 105 in order to filter out foreign matter from the washing liquid pumped by the lye pump 105. The filter element 123 has a wall section 125, which wall section 125 is arranged between the suction chamber 107 and the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115 for separating the suction chamber 107 from the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115. Here, the wall section 125 is received in particular in a further opening 133 of a further partition wall 121, in order to achieve an effective separation of the suction chamber 107 from the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115. In order to achieve a fluid-effective connection between the suction chamber 107 and the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115, the wall section 125 of the filter element 123 has a wall opening 127, which wall opening 127 is not shown in fig. 2. The cleaning fluid can be pumped from the suction chamber 107 to the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115 through the wall opening 127.
Furthermore, the suction chamber 107 has an internal thread 129 and the filter element 123 has an external thread 131, wherein the filter element 123 with the external thread 131 can be screwed into the suction chamber 107 with the internal thread 129.
Fig. 3 shows a side view of the lye pump of the laundry care appliance according to fig. 2. The lye pump 105 comprises a suction chamber 107 with a suction connection 109, a pump-out pressure chamber 111 with a pump-out connection 113 and a circulation pump-out pressure chamber 115 with a circulation pump-out connection 117. In the selected illustration in fig. 3, the pump-out pressure chamber 111 is not visible inside and is only schematically illustrated. Likewise, the dividing wall 119 separating the suction chamber 107 from the pump-out pressure chamber 111 is not shown in the selected illustration in fig. 3.
The lye pump 105 has a further separating wall 121, which further separating wall 121 separates the suction chamber 107 from the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115. The further partition wall 121 has a further opening 133, which further opening 133 fluidically connects the suction chamber 107 and the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115.
In addition, the lye pump 105 comprises a filter element 123, said filter element 123 being received in the suction chamber 107. In fig. 3, only the wall section 125 of the filter element 123 is shown, which wall section 125 is arranged between the suction chamber 107 and the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115 in order to separate the suction chamber 107 from the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115. Here, the wall section 125 is received in a fluid-tight manner in a further opening 133 of a further separating wall 121 for effective separation of the suction chamber 107 from the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115. In order to achieve a fluid-effective connection between the suction chamber 107 and the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115, the wall section 125 of the filter element 123 has a wall opening 127. The cleaning fluid can be pumped from the suction chamber 107 to the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115 through the wall opening 127.
The lye pump 105 is characterized by a compact and short design of the pump body and by a design which is integral with the pump motor, in particular a bayonet coupling. The horizontal arrangement of the pump motor (in particular the position of the motor axis), which is not shown in fig. 3, ensures wear-optimized function and service life. The existing interface sites of the system solution "pump out" can be utilized and can remain unchanged. Thus, two functions, a pump-out process and a circulating pump process, which are independent of each other, can be integrated in the lye pump 105. Both the circulation pump (zirkulanespumpe) and the outflow pump (abufluspate) are installed in a common filter housing of the lye pump 105 and the removable filter element 123, wherein the filter element 123 is arranged in the lye pump 105 such that it is accessible from the outside for servicing.
The lye pump 105 is constructed such that the interface for insertion into the housing of the laundry care appliance 100 is suitably maintained in the existing appliance system (or appliance design) without changing the housing parts, so that servicing of the circulation pump is achieved. With the proposed solution, cleaning or maintenance of the pump hydraulic system can also be achieved by a filter insert 123 as a foreign matter trap, which filter insert 123 is designed to: fines of up to 10mm size are removed throughout the pump and throughout the flexible line so that clogging is not possible and a fluff screen which would increase maintenance costs is not necessary.
Since the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115 extends in the axial direction towards the suction chamber 107, an effective separation between the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115 and the suction chamber 107 takes place by means of this separate structural design. Here, it is ensured that a fitting-accurate fit is achieved between the wall of the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115 and the wall section 125 of the filter element 123, whereby the hydraulic function is ensured. In the case of cleaning the entire pump hydraulic chamber (in particular the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115 with the running wheels), as an advantage, the accessibility and the cleaning possibility of the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115 are ensured.
Thus, the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115 is effectively closed by inserting and locking the filter element 123 (in particular the foreign matter trap). The wall openings 127 in the wall sections 125 of the filter element 123 are dimensioned such that foreign bodies having a size of more than 10mm cannot penetrate and cause blockages in the course of further lines.
As a result, a compact design of the lye pump 105 and a position of the center of gravity in front of the housing interface which facilitates the permanent fixing or mounting with the housing are achieved. The filter element 123 is received in the common suction chamber 107 of the lye pump 105 and effects filtration during the pump-out process and the recirculating pump process. A filter chamber accessible and accessible from the outside and a working wheel accessible in the circulating pumping pressure chamber 115 are realized and a maintenance-free filter element 123 for the pumping-out process and the circulating pumping process is provided. Foreign body sizes up to a maximum of 10mm in the recirculating pumping volume flow are permissible. No fluff screen is required and a tandem drive motor may be used.
All features explained and illustrated in connection with the individual embodiments of the invention can be provided in the subject matter according to the invention in different combinations for simultaneously achieving their advantageous effects.
The scope of protection of the invention is provided by the claims and is not limited by the features explained in the description or shown in the drawings.
