技术领域
本发明涉及含有非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚和/或卡多尔(カルドール;cardol)的家禽、优选肉用鸡(肉鸡(ブロイラー))的生产率提高剂、腹水症、消痩或发育不良的改善剂、废弃率降低剂、炎症或大肠杆菌病的预防或治疗剂以及使用了它们的家禽、优选肉用鸡用饲料。
背景技术
肉用鸡在每单位的饲养面积中产出、出货更多的食肉是生产率提高的关键。虽然此前不仅通过遗传育种,并且通过接种疫苗、改善环境,生产率及产肉性已经得到大幅度改善,然而希望进一步改善生产率。
为了改善生产率,除了营养管理(例如维生素B1及E)以外,还有向鸡给与抗氧化物质或生菌剂(例如类黄酮、多酚、乳酸菌、假单胞菌、黄杆菌)、酶类(例如肌醇六磷酸酶(フィターゼ)、蛋白酶、CoQ)、草药类(例如马鞭草、鱼腥草、大蒜粉末、多香果、丁香、其他香辛料)、氨基酸类(例如L-谷氨酸)、单糖类之类的功能性材料的事例。在日本,从大众卫生的观点出发制定了《肉食鸡处理的事业规制及肉食鸡检查相关法律》,规定必须在出货时对肉食鸡的活体、宰杀后的体表、体壁内侧面进行检查,在有异常的情况下将全部或一部分废弃。作为全部废弃的主要原因可以举出大肠杆菌病、腹水症、消痩或发育不良、炎症等,减少占全部废弃的6~8成的这些原因会带来生产率的进一步提高。特别是,对于大肠杆菌病,已有特异性疫苗发售,并且通过利用生药(例如五倍子)、鸡蛋抗体、有机酸混合物,与以前相比可以观察到降低趋势,然而在肉用鸡的生产现场仍然以高比例发生,希望有更加有用的处理方法。
专利文献1中,记载有一种肉鸡等食肉鸡这样的家禽类的球虫病(由Eimeria属原虫的感染引起的肠炎)减轻剂,其特征在于,作为有效成分含有腰果壳油和/或漆树酸类。
专利文献2中,记载有一种肉鸡等食肉鸡这样的家禽类的球虫病的预防和/或治疗用的饲料,其特征在于,作为有效成分,含有腰果壳油和/或漆树酸类、以及选自有机锌化合物、甜菜碱及芽孢杆菌属菌中的至少1种。
然而,还不知道通过施用腰果壳油可以改善肉用鸡等家禽的生产率、以及可以降低出货后的废弃率这种情况。而且,还不知道可以减少肉用鸡等家禽的大肠杆菌病或炎症这种情况。

发明内容
发明所要解决的问题
本发明的目的在于,提高家禽的生产率。另外,本发明的目的在于,降低家禽的废弃率。另外,本发明的目的在于,减少家禽的大肠杆菌病、炎症。
用于解决问题的方法
本发明人等为了解决上述问题进行了深入研究,结果发现,如果使用非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔,则对于改善肉用鸡等家禽的育成率、改善饲料需求率、改善生产指数及基准值、降低由大肠杆菌病、炎症以及腹水症、消痩及发育不良造成的废弃率有效。本发明人等如此所述地完成了本发明。
即,本发明如下所示。
(1)一种家禽的生产率提高剂(不包括因改善球虫病而提高生产率的生产率提高剂),其特征在于,含有非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔。
(2)一种家禽用饲料,其包含(1)中记载的生产率提高剂。
(3)根据(2)中记载的饲料,其中,在饲料中以0.0001~10.0质量%的浓度存在非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔。
(4)根据(2)或(3)中记载的饲料,其中,饲料为后期饲料。
(5)根据(2)~(4)中任一项记载的饲料,其中,家禽为肉用鸡。
(6)一种提高家禽的生产率的方法,其特征在于,对家禽施用(2)~(4)中任一项记载的饲料。
(7)根据(6)中记载的方法,其中,家禽为肉用鸡。
(8)根据(7)中记载的方法,其中,肉用鸡为1~7周龄的鸡。
(9)一种家禽的炎症或大肠杆菌病的预防或治疗剂,其作为有效成分包含非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚和/或卡多尔。
(10)一种家禽的炎症性废弃、或大肠杆菌病的预防或治疗方法,其特征在于,对家禽施用非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚和/或卡多尔。

发明效果
通过使用本发明的家禽的生产率提高剂或含有它的饲料,可以提高家禽的生产率。另外,通过施用本发明的家禽的生产率提高剂或含有它的饲料,与处置前的家禽相比,可以减少由大肠杆菌病或炎症、腹水症、消痩、发育不良等造成的废弃数,降低家禽的总废弃率。
具体实施方式
本发明的家禽的生产率提高剂及废弃率降低剂的特征在于,含有非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔。
腰果壳油是腰果树(Anacardium occidentale L.)的果实的壳中所含的油状的液体。腰果壳油作为其成分包含漆树酸、腰果酚、卡多尔。一般而言,漆树酸会因加热处理而转变为腰果酚。通过压榨腰果的壳而提取的腰果壳油(非加热)如J.Agric.Food Chem.2001,49,2548-2551中记载所示,包含漆树酸55~80质量%、腰果酚5~20质量%、卡多尔5~30质量%。对腰果壳油在70℃以上、优选在130℃以上进行加热处理而得的加热处理腰果壳油中,腰果壳油的主成分的漆树酸发生脱碳酸而转变为腰果酚,从而成为包含漆树酸0~10质量%、腰果酚55~80质量%、卡多尔5~30质量%的物质。将腰果壳油在常温(20℃)保管约1年以上而得的腰果壳油中,有时腰果壳油的主成分的漆树酸发生脱碳酸而转变为腰果酚,该情况下,成为包含漆树酸0~40质量%、腰果酚30~80质量%、卡多尔5~30质量%的物质。
腰果壳油可以作为通过压榨腰果的壳而提取的植物油获得。另外,腰果壳油例如也可以对腰果壳进行溶剂提取而获得。此外,腰果壳油可以利用专利文献1(日本特开平8-231410号公报)中记载的方法,例如利用溶剂提取法获得。除此以外,腰果壳油还可以是对腰果的壳进行粉碎、破碎而得的包含腰果壳油的壳、包含腰果壳油的腰果皮。所谓腰果的皮,是处于腰果的壳与胚(果仁)之间的薄的皮。另外,腰果壳油也可以使用市售品。
加热处理腰果壳油可以通过将如上所述地得到的腰果壳油(非加热)加热到70℃以上、优选130℃以上而得到。另外,也可以是将腰果壳油在常温(20℃)保管约1年以上而得的腰果壳油。本发明的加热处理腰果壳油也可以是将加热了的腰果的壳粉碎、破碎而得的包含腰果壳油的壳、或包含腰果壳油的加热了的腰果皮。家禽(鸡等)因所喂食的抗生素、饲料而可以观察到消化率的降低、腹泻、食欲不振等副作用的症状,也有致死的情况,然而非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油为天然来源,没有副作用的问题。
家禽的生产率提高剂及废弃率降低剂中的腰果壳油的含量优选为0.001质量%~100质量%,更优选为0.01质量%~90质量%,最优选为0.1质量%~80质量%。如果为0.001质量%以上,则可以用给定量的药剂发挥改善育成率、改善饲料需求率、改善生产指数及基准值、通过改善炎症、大肠杆菌病以及腹水症、消痩及发育不良而带来废弃率的降低等生产率提高效果。
在使饲料中含有家禽的生产率提高剂或废弃率降低剂而使用时,只要使饲料中的腰果壳油的含量为0.0001质量%~10.0质量%,优选为0.001质量%~5.0质量%,更优选为0.001质量%~1.0质量%,进一步优选为0.001质量%~0.05质量%,特别优选为0.001质量%~0.1质量%即可。如果为0.0001质量%以上,则可以用给定量的饲料发挥改善育成率、改善饲料需求率、改善生产指数及基准值、通过改善炎症、大肠杆菌病以及腹水症、消痩及发育不良而降低废弃率等生产率提高效果,如果为10.0质量%以下,则不会对饲料组成造成影响,因此优选。本发明中所使用的腰果壳油可以直接使用含有油分的腰果的壳或使用将其粉碎、破碎而得的物质,也可以使用腰果皮,只要换算为含有的腰果壳油(CNSL)后(在腰果壳中含有25~30质量%的CNSL,在腰果皮中含有0.5~3.0质量%的CNSL),将生产率提高剂或废弃率降低剂、饲料中的含量设为上述范围内即可。
在使饲料中含有家禽的生产率提高剂或废弃率降低剂而使用的情况下,最好在家禽用饲料中以1~150ppm的浓度含有腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔而施用。优选为1~100ppm,更优选为1~75ppm。
本发明的家禽的生产率提高剂及废弃率降低剂也可以取代腰果壳油,而含有漆树酸、腰果酚、或卡多尔。
作为本发明中所使用的漆树酸,可以举出天然物漆树酸、合成漆树酸、它们的衍生物。另外,也可以使用市售的漆树酸。漆树酸可以像专利文献1(日本特开平8-231410号公报)中记载所示,通过对腰果的壳用有机溶剂进行提取处理,并将所得的腰果油例如使用硅胶柱色谱改变正己烷、乙酸乙酯及乙酸的混合溶剂的比率进行洗脱(日本特开平3-240721号公报、日本特开平3-240716号公报等)而得到。此种漆树酸可以以与腰果壳油相同的含量包含于生产率提高剂、饲料中。
作为本发明中所使用的腰果酚,可以举出天然物腰果酚、合成腰果酚、它们的衍生物。另外,腰果酚可以通过对腰果壳油的主成分的漆树酸进行脱碳酸而得到。此种腰果酚可以以与腰果壳油相同的含量包含于生产率提高剂或废弃率降低剂、饲料中。
作为本发明中所使用的卡多尔,可以举出天然物卡多尔、合成卡多尔、它们的衍生物。另外,卡多尔也可以通过从腰果壳油中纯化而得到。此种卡多尔可以以与腰果壳油相同的含量包含于生产率提高剂或废弃率降低剂、饲料中。
成为本发明的生产率提高剂及废弃率降低剂的施用对象的家禽例如为鸡或鹌鹑,优选为肉用鸡(肉鸡)。
作为肉用鸡,例如可以举出White Cornish种、White Plymouth Rock种、BarredPlymouth Rock种、Rhode Island Red种、New Hampshire种、UK(英国)Chunky种、US(美国)Chunky种、Cobb种、Avian种、Arbor Acres种、Hinai-Jidori种、Satsuma-Jidori种、Nagoya种等,也可以是它们的杂交种、改良种。作为成为本发明的肉用鸡的生产率提高剂及废弃率降低剂的对象的鸡种,优选UK Chunky种及US Chunky种。
本发明的生产率提高剂及废弃率降低剂的施用时期没有特别限制,优选对从前期饲料向后期饲料切换时的肉用鸡等家禽施用。例如,优选对1~7周龄的肉用鸡等家禽给与1~4周的非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔。更优选对3~5周龄的肉用鸡等家禽给与1~3周。
通过对家禽施用本发明的生产率提高剂及废弃率降低剂,与未施用非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔的非施用对照组或施用了不包含这些成分的饲料的组相比,食用鸡的废弃率降低,生产率提高。生产率的提高被认为是由个体的健康增进、发育增进、饲料效率提高等造成,例如可以用育成率的改善、饲料需求率的改善、生产指数及基准值的改善、由炎症、大肠杆菌病、以及腹水症、消痩及发育不良的改善造成的废弃率的改善等指标来评价。需要说明的是,在本发明的生产率的提高中不包括像专利文献1、2中记载所示的因球虫病改善而提高生产率的方式、像WO2010/067883中记载所示的因梭菌病改善而提高生产率的方式、像日本特开2015-030717中记载所示的因隐孢子虫病改善而提高生产率的方式、以及由采蛋用鸡的换羽时的死亡减少带来的生产率改善。
本说明书中,所谓“育成率”,是指从入雏到出货的比例,与“生存率”及“出货率”同义。
本说明书中,所谓“生产评分(PS)”,是表示肉鸡商业性的生物生产率的代表性经济指数,与“生产指数”同义。生产评分的计算式如下所示。在生产评分中,包含鸡群整体的评价指标,可以评价综合性的经济性。
生产评分(PS)=出货体重(g)×出货率÷出货日龄÷饲料需求率÷10
本说明书中,所谓“饲料需求率(FCR)”,是将相对于鸡的体重而言的消化饲料重量用指数表示的值。就肉鸡而言,根据达到1kg体重所耗费的饵食的量算出其效率。计算式如下所示。需要说明的是,此处作为增重量使用出货体重。
饲料需求率=饲料摄取量(kg)/增重量(kg)
本说明书中,所谓“大肠杆菌病”,是给养鸡产业带来经济损失的主要的疾病之一,占肉食鸡检查的全部废弃的约50%,由大肠杆菌引起。作为症状,有呼吸器官症状、败血症、心外膜炎、关节炎等,不仅是消化器官,还会呈现出全身性的症状,在这一点上与在其他家畜中认识到的“大肠杆菌病”略有不同。但是,对生产率造成巨大的影响是没有变化的,还会成为育成中的死亡废弃原因。因大肠杆菌病而发生育成率的降低及肉食鸡检查时的废弃率增加的问题,优选使用本说明书内所示的技术,提高育成率,降低由包括大肠杆菌病或炎症、发育不良在内的原因造成的肉食鸡的废弃率。
本说明书中,所谓“炎症”,是指导致家禽的废弃的炎症,导致废弃的炎症在法令上使用视觉、触觉及嗅觉来进行,根据组织病变的有无来确认。
如此所述,由于非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔显示出对于大肠杆菌病、炎症的预防、治疗有效,因此本发明提供一种家禽的大肠杆菌病、炎症的预防或治疗剂,其作为有效成分包含非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔。
另外,本发明还提供一种家禽的腹水症、消痩或发育不良的改善剂,其作为有效成分包含非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔。
在使饲料中含有大肠杆菌病、炎症的预防或治疗剂或腹水症、消痩、或发育不良的改善剂而使用的情况下,最好使饲料中以1~150ppm的浓度含有非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔并施用。优选为1~100ppm,更优选为1~75ppm。另外,优选对1~7周龄的肉用鸡等家禽施用1~4周的大肠杆菌病、炎症的预防或治疗剂。更优选对3~5周龄的肉用鸡等家禽施用1~3周。
本发明的家禽的生产率提高剂、废弃率降低剂、腹水症、消痩或发育不良的改善剂及家禽的炎症或大肠杆菌病的预防或治疗剂的剂形没有特别限制,例如可以制成粉剂、颗粒、粒剂、液体、固体、片剂、胶囊剂、乳剂等任意的形态,可以通过将非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔、以及根据需要使用的任意成分混合、制剂化而制造。需要说明的是,可以根据剂形,将包含腰果壳油的腰果壳、腰果壳的粉碎、破碎物、腰果皮直接与其他的任意成分混合,制成本发明的生产率提高剂或大肠杆菌病的预防或治疗剂。
本发明的家禽的生产率提高剂及废弃率降低剂、腹水症、消痩或发育不良的改善剂、以及家禽的炎症或大肠杆菌病的预防或治疗剂也可以制成包含二氧化硅、例如平均粒径为150μm以上的二氧化硅的粉剂,也可以是在二氧化硅上吸附、含有非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔的制剂。此种二氧化硅制剂例如记载于国际公开WO2009/151048号小册子中。
本发明的家禽的生产率提高剂、废弃率降低剂、腹水症、消痩或发育不良的改善剂及家禽的炎症或大肠杆菌病的预防或治疗剂也可以是将非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔与硅藻土、膨润土、蒙脱石、沸石、珠光体、酸性白土、活性白土、硅酸等吸油剂混和而得的制剂。此种吸油剂例如记载于国际公开WO2011/013592号小册子中。
本发明的包含非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚和/或卡多尔的家禽的生产率提高剂、废弃率降低剂、腹水症、消痩或发育不良的改善剂及家禽的炎症或大肠杆菌病的预防或治疗剂可以与家禽用食物、家禽用营养辅助食物(以下称作饲料。)中所用的其他的饲料成分混合而制成饲料。饲料的种类、腰果壳油等有效成分以外的成分没有特别限制,然而优选腰果壳油与后期饲料的混合饲料。饲料为鸡等家禽用。一般而言肉鸡在7~8周龄被出货,作为食肉受到处理。其中,经常是喂养~21日龄前后喂食前期饲料,其后喂食后期饲料,进行与各个饲养时期匹配的营养设计。但是,在饲养期间长的本地鸡的***中,则不在此限。
本发明的饲料可以将生产率提高剂、废弃率降低剂、腹水症、消痩或发育不良的改善剂、或炎症或大肠杆菌病的预防或治疗剂添加到饲料成分中并混合而制造。此时,在使用粉末状、固形状的生产率提高剂、废弃率降低剂、腹水症、消痩或发育不良的改善剂或炎症或大肠杆菌病的预防或治疗剂的情况下,为了使混合容易也可以暂时制成液状或凝胶状的形态。该情况下,可以将水、大豆油、菜籽油、玉米油等植物油、液体动物油、聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸等水溶性高分子化合物作为液体载体使用。另外,为了确保饲料中的腰果壳油的均匀性,也优选配合海藻酸、海藻酸钠、黄原胶、酪蛋白钠、***胶、瓜尔豆胶、罗望子多糖类等水溶性多糖类。
本发明的饲料也可以包含糖类(乳糖、海藻糖等)、玉米、高粱、麦糠、米糠、脱脂米糠、干麸、大麦片、玉米片、豆粕、玉米粉、米粉、大豆粉等。作为它们在饲料中的浓度,优选为1~90质量%,更优选为5~75质量%,进一步优选为10~50质量%。
另外,本发明的饲料也可以还包含对肉用鸡等家禽的生长促进有效的成分、营养辅助成分、提高保存稳定性的成分等任意成分。作为此种任意成分,例如可以举出肠球菌类、芽孢杆菌类、双歧杆菌类等生菌剂;淀粉酶、脂肪酶等酶;L-抗坏血酸、氯化胆碱、肌醇、叶酸等维生素;氯化钾、柠檬酸铁、氧化镁、磷酸盐类、硫酸锌等矿物质;DL-丙氨酸、DL-蛋氨酸、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐等氨基酸;富马酸、丁酸、乳酸、乙酸及它们的盐类等有机酸;乙氧基喹啉、二丁基羟基甲苯等抗氧化剂;丙酸钙等防霉剂;羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、酪蛋白钠、聚丙烯酸钠等粘结剂;甘油脂肪酸酯、脱水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯等乳化剂;虾青素、角黄素等色素;各种酯、醚、酮类等香料。
本发明的饲料适合于肉用鸡等家禽的饲养。使之摄取的饲料的量可以根据鸡的种类、体重、年龄、性别、健康状态、饲料的成分等适当地调节,此时饲料中所含的非加热腰果壳油、加热处理腰果壳油、漆树酸、腰果酚、和/或卡多尔优选为0.001~15g/只·天,更优选为0.001~10g/只·天,进一步优选为0.001~5g/只·天。摄取饲料的方法及饲养的方法可以根据鸡的种类采用通常所用的方法。
以下,对本发明的实施例进行说明,然而本发明并不限定于该实施例。
[实施例]
制造例1
从Thao Nguyen Co.,Ltd.购入腰果壳油(CNSL)。利用以下的方法测定出CNSL的组成。即,使用了HPLC(Waters600、日本Waters株式会社)、检测器(Waters490E、日本Waters株式会社)、打印机(Chromatopak C-R6A、岛津制作所)、色谱柱(SUPELCOSIL LC18、SUPELCO公司)。使用乙腈:水:乙酸为80:20:1(容量比)的溶剂,流速设为2mL/分钟。利用280nm的吸光度进行了检测。在腰果壳油中,包含漆树酸65.7质量%、腰果酚5.1质量%、卡多尔23.5质量%。
实施例1
对饲养的肉用鸡,与后期饲料切换配合,将CNSL以50ppm添加到后期饲料中,在21~35日龄进行了2周混饵给与。需要说明的是,除CNSL的添加以外依照试验实施农场的通常的操作步骤进行,后期饲料是与喂养期用、前期用相比提高了能量的营养设计。需要说明的是,被出货的试验鸡基于相关法规依照通常的步骤在肉食鸡处理厂(岩手县)作为肉食鸡检查接受了活体检查、脱羽后检查及内脏摘除后检查。
给与试验的结果如表1所示,在UK Chunky种(5万只)中观察到育成率的改善(94.32→96.74%;+2.6%)、饲料需求率的改善(1.832→1.796;-2.0%)、以及生产评分(PS)的改善(321.77→331.21;+2.9%),生产率提高。另外,如表2所示,根据其后的肉食鸡检查的所见,观察到由大肠杆菌病(1.558→0.831%;-44%)以及消痩及发育不良(0.288→0.165%;-43%)造成的废弃比例的降低。特别是,大肠杆菌病当中的内脏型从1.23%大幅度降低到0.381%(-69%)。如上所述,显而易见,CNSL给与对于肉用鸡的生产率的提高有很大贡献。

实施例2
对饲养的肉用鸡,从后期饲料切换3天前起,将CNSL以100ppm添加到饲料中,在18~35日龄进行了17天混饵给与。除CNSL的添加以外依照试验实施农场的通常的操作步骤进行,后期饲料是与喂养期用、前期用相比提高了能量的营养设计。被出货的试验鸡基于相关法规依照通常的步骤在肉食鸡处理厂(宫城县)作为肉食鸡检查接受了活体检查、脱羽后检查及内脏摘除后检查。需要说明的是,在该肉食鸡检查所中,大肠杆菌病包含于炎症中。
给与试验的结果如表3所示,在UKChunky种(2.4万只)中育成率、饲料需求率大致同等,然而观察到平均体重的增加(2.70→2.87;+6.3%)、生产评分(PS)的改善(281.9→295.4;+4.8%),生产率提高。
另外,如表4所示,根据其后的肉食鸡检查的所见,总废弃率降低(2.54→1.65%;-35%)。该农场中由炎症及大肠杆菌病造成的废弃率在对照区也小于1%,得到良好的管理。另一方面,观察到由消痩及发育不良(1.12→0.55%;-51%)造成的废弃比例的降低。
如上所述,显而易见,CNSL喂食对于肉用鸡的生产率的提高有很大的贡献。

Claims (12)
1.非加热腰果壳油和/或加热处理腰果壳油在制造使家禽的下述式所示的生产评分PS提高的PS提高剂中的应用,
所述家禽不包括感染了球虫病的家禽,
生产评分PS=出货体重×出货率÷出货日龄÷饲料需求率÷10,
所述出货体重的单位为g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其中,
家禽为肉用鸡。
3.根据权利要求2所述的应用,其中,
肉用鸡为1~7周龄的鸡。
4.一种使家禽的下述式所示的生产评分PS提高的方法,其特征在于,
对家禽施用含有非加热腰果壳油和/或加热处理腰果壳油的饲料,所述家禽不包括感染了球虫病的家禽,
生产评分PS=出货体重×出货率÷出货日龄÷饲料需求率÷10,
所述出货体重的单位为g。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,
在饲料中以0.0001质量%~10.0质量%的浓度存在非加热腰果壳油和/或加热处理腰果壳油。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,
饲料为后期饲料。
7.一种家禽的下述式所示的生产评分PS的提高方法,其特征在于,
对家禽施用以1ppm~150ppm的浓度含有非加热腰果壳油和/或加热处理腰果壳油的饲料,所述家禽不包括感染了球虫病的家禽,
生产评分PS=出货体重×出货率÷出货日龄÷饲料需求率÷10,
所述出货体重的单位为g。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,
家禽为肉用鸡。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,
肉用鸡为1~7周龄的鸡。
10.根据权利要求7~9中任一项所述的方法,其中,
饲料为后期饲料。
11.非加热腰果壳油和/或加热处理腰果壳油在制造家禽的大肠杆菌病的预防或治疗剂中的应用。
12.非加热腰果壳油和/或加热处理腰果壳油在制造家禽的腹水症改善剂中的应用,其中,使饲料中以1ppm~75ppm的浓度含有非加热腰果壳油和/或加热处理腰果壳油。
