技术领域
本发明涉及缆绳制造领域,具体涉及一种耐高温的新型阻燃缆绳。
背景技术
目前,传统化纤维缆绳大多由易燃材料编织而成,无阻燃性,不耐高温,限制了在明火或高温环境下的应用。同时燃烧后产生的固体小颗粒形成的烟雾和有害气体,不仅降低了透光率,而且伤害人的呼吸***,妨碍救援和逃生。尽管在化纤缆绳阻燃防火技术方面,市场上先后出现了有卤阻燃、低卤低烟阻燃、无卤低烟阻燃、绿色环保阻燃等,但这些阻燃方式都各有不足,不能满足目前阻燃防火市场的需求。因此,一种成本低、安全性高、具有抵抗高温和明火能力的新型阻燃耐火化纤缆绳是企业和行业所急需要的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种新型耐高温、耐明火的阻燃纤维缆绳。
本发明的阻燃缆绳,包括芯体、外包护套和防火涂层,其中芯体由耐火阻燃纤维制成,耐火阻燃纤维经双层编绳机编织成外包护套,芯体由外包护套所包裹,外包护套表面涂有特制防火涂层。
其中所述耐火阻燃纤维采用100%芳纶纤维。
所述防火涂层由无卤环保的EVA材料,加入环保的Al(OH)3阻燃剂制成。
所述EVA材料由高分子结构[CH2-CH2]n[CH2-COOH]n 、Mg(OH) 2、Al(OH)3混合液75-90%,丙稀酸乳液8-25%,水溶性中性抑烟剂铝酸锌0.5-1%组成。
作为备选方案之一,其中特制防火涂层还可以由低烟无卤阻燃的聚烯烃,加入特殊的改性剂、阻燃剂、抗氧剂制成。
作为备选方案之二,所述特殊防火涂层由新型阻燃材料聚碳酯树脂材料制备,其组成成分以聚碳酸酯、浸渍环氧树脂的增强纤维、阻燃剂/液晶树脂为原料制成的增强纤维和环氧树脂的质量比(87:13)-(50:50)。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点。
本发明采用芳纶纤维制作芯体,具有高度抗阻燃性,使用外包护套进一步提高缆绳的耐火性能,再在其外部涂有防火涂层,构成隔火阻燃保护层,具有耐高温、阻燃、低烟、无卤、环保等性能。

为了使本发明的技术手段、创作特征与功效易于明白了解,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的解释说明。
实施例一
一种阻燃缆绳,包括芯体、外包护套和防火涂层,其中芯体由耐火阻燃纤维制成,耐火阻燃纤维经双层编绳机编织成外包护套,芯体由外包护套所包裹,外包护套表面涂有特制防火涂层。
其中所述耐火阻燃纤维采用100%芳纶纤维。
所述防火涂层由无卤环保的EVA材料,加入环保的Al(OH)3阻燃剂制成。所述EVA材料由高分子结构[CH2-CH2]n[CH2-COOH]n 、Mg(OH) 2、Al(OH)3混合液75-90%,丙稀酸乳液8-25%,水溶性中性抑烟剂铝酸锌0.5-1%组成。
实施例二
一种阻燃缆绳,包括芯体、外包护套和防火涂层,其中芯体由耐火阻燃纤维制成,耐火阻燃纤维经双层编绳机编织成外包护套,芯体由外包护套所包裹,外包护套表面涂有特制防火涂层。
其中所述耐火阻燃纤维采用100%芳纶纤维。

1.一种阻燃缆绳,其特征在于,所述缆绳包括芯体、外包护套和防火涂层,其中芯体由耐火阻燃纤维制成,耐火阻燃纤维经双层编绳机编织成外包护套,芯体由外包护套所包裹,外包护套表面涂有特制防火涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃缆绳,其特征在于,所述耐火阻燃纤维采用100%芳纶纤维。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阻燃缆绳,其特征在于,所述防火涂层由无卤环保的EVA材料,加入环保的Al(OH)3阻燃剂制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阻燃缆绳,其特征在于,所述EVA材料由高分子结构[CH2-CH2]n[CH2-COOH]n 、Mg(OH) 2、Al(OH)3混合液75-90%,丙稀酸乳液8-25%,水溶性中性抑烟剂铝酸锌0.5-1%组成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的阻燃缆绳,其特征在于所述特制防火涂层由低烟无卤阻燃的聚烯烃,加入特殊的改性剂、阻燃剂、抗氧剂制成。
