本发明属于耐火材料相关技术领域,具体涉及一种回转窑中温区专用浇注料。
背景技术
浇注料是一种由耐火物质制成的粒状和粉状材料,并加入一定量结合剂和水分共同组成,它具有较高的流动性,适宜用浇注方法施工,并无需加热即可硬化的不定形耐火材料,从而制造较为简便且成品率高。由于回转窑内温度较高,从而对于耐火材料的强度、抗热振性、耐磨性提出来跟高的要求,但目前现在有技术都无法完全各方面达到要求。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种回转窑低温区专用浇注料,其特征在于:所述铝矾土的粒径小于1mm的占铝矾土质量的20~25%,粒径为1~3mm占铝矾土质量的16~22%,粒径为3~5mm的占铝矾土质量的20~35%,粒径为5~8mm的占铝矾土质量的20~25%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种回转窑低温区专用浇注料,其特征在于:所述铝矾土中氧化铝的含量≥ 82%,氧化铁的含量≤ 1.5%。
