本发明公开了一种回转窑中温区专用浇注料,包括以下重量份数配比:白玉刚细粉28~35份、二氧化硅8~13份、钛酸镁10~15份、钛酸铝10~13份、铁酸锌9~12份、镁橄榄石5~8份、铝矾土30~45份、氧化铝微粉8~12份、氮铝化三锆1~3份、锆铝酸钙1~3份、三聚磷酸钠0.15~0.2份、耐热钢纤维0.9~1.6份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚0.1~0.3份。本发明的有益效果是通过合理的选着浇注料组成和其配比,能大大提高浇注料在高温运行时整体的强度、抗热震性、抗高温性和耐磨性,同时也优化了浇注料的施工性能和材料的内部性能,是浇注料有了更长的使用寿命。从而满足回转窑中温区专用浇注料的生产和使用要求。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料相关技术领域,具体涉及一种回转窑中温区专用浇注料。
背景技术
浇注料是一种由耐火物质制成的粒状和粉状材料,并加入一定量结合剂和水分共同组成,它具有较高的流动性,适宜用浇注方法施工,并无需加热即可硬化的不定形耐火材料,从而制造较为简便且成品率高。由于回转窑内温度较高,从而对于耐火材料的强度、抗热振性、耐磨性提出来跟高的要求,但目前现在有技术都无法完全各方面达到要求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高强度、高抗热震性、高耐磨的回转窑中温区专用浇注料。
技术方案:为解决上述技术的不足,本发明所述的一种回转窑中温区专用浇注料,包括以下重量份数配比:
(1)白玉刚细粉 28~35份
(2)二氧化硅 8~13份
(3)钛酸镁 10~15份
(4)钛酸铝 10~13份
(5)铁酸锌 9~12份
(6)镁橄榄石 5~8份
(7)铝矾土 30~45份
(8)氧化铝微粉 8~12份
(9)氮铝化三锆 1~3份
(10)锆铝酸钙 1~3份
(11)三聚磷酸钠 0.15~0.2份
(12)耐热钢纤维 0.9~1.6份
(13)烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚 0.1~0.3份。
进一步,所述其中白刚玉细粉的粒径0.3~1mm。
进一步,所述铝矾土的粒径小于1mm的占铝矾土质量的20~25%,粒径为1~3mm占铝矾土质量的16~22%,粒径为3~5mm的占铝矾土质量的20~35%,粒径为5~8mm的占铝矾土质量的20~25%。
进一步,所述铝矾土中氧化铝的含量≥ 82%,氧化铁的含量≤ 1.5%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是通过合理的选着浇注料组成和其配比,能大大提高浇注料在高温运行时整体的强度、抗热震性、抗高温性和耐磨性,同时也优化了浇注料的施工性能和材料的内部性能,是浇注料有了更长的使用寿命。从而满足回转窑中温区专用浇注料的生产和使用要求。

(8)氧化铝微粉 10份
(9)氮铝化三锆 2份
(10)锆铝酸钙 2份
(11)三聚磷酸钠 0.18份
(12)耐热钢纤维 1份
(13)烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚 0.2份。

(2)铬铁渣 25份
(3)二氧化硅 9份
(4)钛酸铝 12份
(5)铁酸锌 10份
(6)镁锆橄榄石 8份
(7)铝矾土 38份
(8)氧化铝微粉 8份
(9)氮铝化三锆 3份
(10)锆铝酸钙 1份
(11)三聚磷酸钠 0.16份
(12)耐热钢纤维 1.2份
(13)烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚 0.15份。

(1)白刚玉细粉 28~35份
(2)二氧化硅 8~13份
(3)钛酸镁 10~15份
(4)钛酸铝 10~13份
(5)铁酸锌 9~12份
(6)镁橄榄石 5~8份
(7)铝矾土 30~45份
(8)氧化铝微粉 8~12份
(9)氮铝化三锆 1~3份
(10)锆铝酸钙 1~3份
(11)三聚磷酸钠 0.15~0.2份
(12)耐热钢纤维 0.9~1.6份
(13)烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚 0.1~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种回转窑低温区专用浇注料,其特征在于:所述其中白刚玉细粉的粒径0.3~1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种回转窑低温区专用浇注料,其特征在于:所述铝矾土的粒径小于1mm的占铝矾土质量的20~25%,粒径为1~3mm占铝矾土质量的16~22%,粒径为3~5mm的占铝矾土质量的20~35%,粒径为5~8mm的占铝矾土质量的20~25%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种回转窑低温区专用浇注料,其特征在于:所述铝矾土中氧化铝的含量≥ 82%,氧化铁的含量≤ 1.5%。
