本发明公开了一种生态复合增强型透水砖及其制备方法,包括以下质量比原料:水泥20‑30份、钢渣40‑60份、石渣10‑15份、片状织物1‑5份、短钢纤维1‑5份、秸秆5‑10份、添加剂2‑5份以及水10‑20份,所述添加剂包括激发剂、减水剂以及着色剂,所述钢渣以及所述石渣粒径为1‑10mm,所述短钢纤维长度为10‑30mm,直径0.2‑0.5mm,长径比50‑100,抗拉强度≥400MPa,所述片状织物大小为3‑5mm*3‑5mm。本发明具有透水性能稳定、强度高的特点。

一种生态复合增强型透水砖及其铺装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生态复合增强型透水砖及其铺装方法,属于道路建筑技术领域。
背景技术
透水混凝土是一种能让雨水流入地下,有效补充地下水,缓解城市的地下水位急剧下降等等的一些城市环境问题;并能有效的消除地面上的油类化合物等对环境污染的危害;同时是保护地下水、维护生态平衡、能缓解城市热岛效应、促进地表水循环的优良的铺装材料,其有利于人类生存环境的良性发展及城市雨水管理与水污染防治,改善城市发展次生环境问题等工作上,具有特殊的重要意义。
目前各个城市由于早期规划时对排洪设计的缺陷,导致城市经常发生城市内涝,最主要原因就是城市中道路、广场均采用硬化结构,使雨水不能就地消纳。同时为了号召国家关于建设海绵性城市的号召,对现有道路的海绵化进行研究。本发明着重对城市道路人行道进行改造,用透水砖铺装代替过去的硬化砖,同时将结构层进行改造。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种透水性能稳定、强度高的透水砖及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种生态复合增强型透水砖,包括以下质量比原料:水泥20-30份、钢渣40-60份、石渣10-15份、片状织物1-5份、短钢纤维1-5份、秸秆5-10份、添加剂2-5份以及水10-20份,所述添加剂包括激发剂、减水剂以及着色剂,所述钢渣以及所述石渣粒径为1-10mm,所述短钢纤维长度为10-30mm,直径0.2-0.5mm,长径比50-100,抗拉强度≥400MPa,所述片状织物大小为3-5mm*3-5mm。
从上到下依次包括耐磨层、透水表层以及透水结构层,所述透水表层以及所述透水结构层采用所述透水砖原料制成,所述透水表层内所述钢渣以及所述石渣粒径为1-5mm,所述透水结构层内所述钢渣以及所述石渣粒径为5-10mm。
所述透水表层以及所述透水结构层厚度比在1:2-4。
所述耐磨层的厚度为0.5-1cm,所述透水表层厚度为3-4cm。
所述减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂。
一种生态复合增强型透水砖的制备方法,按不同层配方量称取水泥、钢渣、石渣、片状织物、短钢纤维、秸秆、激发剂以及减水剂在搅拌机里搅拌均匀,将着色剂与水混合后,分多次加入混合好的材料中,搅拌20-30min后,将搅拌后的混和材料按常规工艺用压砖机进行机压、成型、养护后,制得透水砖。
本发明所达到的有益效果:加入短钢纤维可以极大地增强透水砖的机械强度;加入织物与秸秆,可以改善透水砖内部孔隙连通效果,增大空隙率;采用三层结构的组合设置,可以提高透水砖的耐磨性、强度以及透水率稳定性。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种生态复合增强型透水砖,从上到下依次包括耐磨层、透水表层以及透水结构层,其中耐磨层的厚度为0.5-1cm,透水表层厚度为3cm,透水结构层厚度为6cm,耐磨层采用透水水泥与耐磨颗粒组成,耐磨颗粒选用石英砂颗粒,粒径在0.5-1mm之间,透水表层以及透水结构层包括以下质量比原料:水泥20份、钢渣50份、石渣15份、3mm*3mm片状织物3份、短钢纤维3份、秸秆5份、添加剂4份以及水15份,添加剂包括激发剂选用β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、减水剂选用聚羧酸减水剂以及着色剂,透水表层内钢渣以及石渣粒径为1-5mm,透水结构层内钢渣以及石渣粒径为5-10mm,短钢纤维长度为10-30mm,直径0.2-0.5mm,长径比50-100,抗拉强度≥400MPa。
制备方法如下:按不同层配方量称取水泥、钢渣、石渣、片状织物、短钢纤维、秸秆、激发剂以及减水剂在搅拌机里搅拌均匀,将着色剂与水混合后,分多次加入混合好的材料中,搅拌20-30min后,将搅拌后的混和材料按常规工艺用压砖机进行机压、成型、养护后,制得透水砖。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种生态复合增强型透水砖,其特征是,包括以下质量比原料:水泥20-30份、钢渣40-60份、石渣10-15份、片状织物1-5份、短钢纤维1-5份、秸秆5-10份、添加剂2-5份以及水10-20份,所述添加剂包括激发剂、减水剂以及着色剂,所述钢渣以及所述石渣粒径为1-10mm,所述短钢纤维长度为10-30mm,直径0.2-0.5mm,长径比50-100,抗拉强度≥400MPa,所述片状织物大小为3-5mm*3-5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态复合增强型透水砖,其特征是,从上到下依次包括耐磨层、透水表层以及透水结构层,所述透水表层以及所述透水结构层采用所述透水砖原料制成,所述透水表层内所述钢渣以及所述石渣粒径为1-5mm,所述透水结构层内所述钢渣以及所述石渣粒径为5-10mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种生态复合增强型透水砖,其特征是,所述透水表层以及所述透水结构层厚度比在1:2-4。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种生态复合增强型透水砖,其特征是,所述耐磨层的厚度为0.5-1cm ,所述透水表层厚度为3-4cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态复合增强型透水砖,其特征是,所述减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂。
