本发明提供一种货船伸缩式双臂塔吊,平时它搁置在吊臂搁架上,工作时,它不受完全限制和区域限制,可以升高和旋转的平行式自平衡式吊臂总成及其中的联动移动式吊装机构,能在船舶与码头之间直接大跨距装卸货物,消除对码头吊机的依赖。货船伸缩式双臂塔吊的特征是:伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊、吊臂搁架设在货船上,平时伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊中的平行式自平衡吊臂总成搁置在吊臂搁架上;所述伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊,伸缩式底座总成安装在货船上,伸缩式底座总成中的旋转总成上安置着平行式自平衡双吊臂总成;平行式自平衡双吊臂总成中设包括起重量限制器、吊钩保险装置、吊装机构联动装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种船舶吊机。
背景技术
船舶吊机是运输船只用于货物起吊、装卸的机械,它是船舶的重要组成部分,因为船上空间局限,各种使用装备以及船体结构布置非常紧凑,船舶吊机工作的稳定性直接影响到货物运载的安全性。出于安全因素的考虑,各船只在船舶吊机受制于安装部位以及附近固定或非固定障碍的情况下,必须增加强制性的自动限位功能,功能分为完全限制和区域限制两种。完全限制就是吊机在任何工作条件下,都不允许进入该旋转区域的限制;区域限制为仅当吊机臂架仰角高于某一角度时,才能旋转进入区域的限制,且进入该区域后,臂架仰角不能低于条件高度。现有的限位实现方式为根据船体布置图,预先对应在有障碍的限位区焊接限位挡板,并选用液压或电气限位开关感应区域边界,实现限位停止功能。
现有船舶吊机按结构形式分为折臂式吊机和直臂式吊机。折臂式吊机的吊臂在不使用时呈折叠状态,使用时呈伸展状态,具有灵活便捷的特点,但负载能力较差;直臂式吊机的吊臂一直都是纵向设置,具有超载能力强的特点,但不够灵活便捷。折臂式吊机和直臂式吊机的功能都比较单一,各自适用的作业情况有限。尤其是在装卸货物要求船舶吊机需要旋转且跨距较大时,不但力不从心,船只受吊桥巨大的侧向力矩影响而产生明显晃动。
为了提高船舶吊机运载的稳定性与可靠性,对船舶吊机有了更高的要求。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本发明提供一种货船伸缩式双臂塔吊,平时它搁置在吊臂搁架上,工作时,它不受完全限制和区域限制,可以升高和旋转的平行式自平衡式吊臂总成及其中的联动移动式吊装机构,能在船舶与码头之间直接小、大跨距装卸货物,消除对码头吊机的依赖。
本发明是这样实现的:货船伸缩式双臂塔吊的特征是:伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊、吊臂搁架设在货船上,平时伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊中的平行式自平衡吊臂总成搁置在吊臂搁架上;
所述伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊,伸缩式底座总成安装在货船上,伸缩式底座总成中的旋转总成上安置着平行式自平衡双吊臂总成;平行式自平衡双吊臂总成中设包括起重量限制器、吊钩保险装置、吊装机构联动装置;
所述的伸缩式底座总成,外支架的上部四周设上滑轮装置,内支架的下部四周设下滑轮装置,内支架嵌套在外支架中;由升降总成带动内支架作升降运动,这样,伸缩式底座总成就能快速平稳地升降。
平行式自平衡双吊臂总成包括两个平行设置的起重臂与平衡臂连成一体的锤头式小车变幅水平臂架,起重臂中都设移动式吊装机构,移动式吊装机构中或设吊装、移动器械。
伸缩式底座总成中设包括高度限位装置、幅度限位器、回转限位器。本发明的作用是:
⑴.它的伸缩式底座总成安置在货船的甲板上,平时伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊中的平行式自平衡双吊臂总成搁置在吊臂搁架上,不占用货仓位置。
⑵.它在工作时,利用伸缩式底座总成可以快速平稳升降和旋转总成可以360°旋转的功能,自平衡式吊臂总成及其中的移动式吊装机构,不受完全限制和区域限制,能在船舶与码头之间直接小、大跨距装卸大型货物,消除对码头吊机的依赖,解决了常规塔吊升降操作复杂、十分耗时的问题。
⑶.它的平行式自平衡式吊臂总成消除了船舶受吊桥巨大的侧向力矩影响而产生的晃动。
⑷.它的一系列保护装置,使它能在船上空间局限,各种使用装备以及船体结构布置非常紧凑的货船中应用。
⑸.移动式吊装机构中或设吊装、移动器械,这样就解决了钢丝绳长距离铺设易受风力影响而晃荡失稳的问题。

具体实施方式
如图所示,伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊、吊臂搁架3设在货船4上,平时伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊中的平行式自平衡吊臂总成2搁置在吊臂搁架3上。
伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊中的伸缩式底座总成1安装在货船4上,伸缩式底座总成1上设旋转总成6,旋转总成6上安置着平行式自平衡双吊臂总成2;平行式自平衡双吊臂总成2中设包括起重量限制器、吊钩保险装置、吊装机构联动装置,使设置在平行式自平衡双吊臂总成2中的各个吊装机构能联动工作。
伸缩式底座总成1中外支架8的上部四周设上滑轮装置5,内支架7的下部四周设下滑轮装置10,内支架7嵌套在外支架8中,受上滑轮装置5、下滑轮装置10支撑,由升降总成9带动内支架7作升降运动,这样,伸缩式底座总成就能快速平稳地升降。伸缩式底座总成1中设包括高度限位装置、幅度限位器、回转限位器。
平行式自平衡双吊臂总成2包括两个平行设置的起重臂与平衡臂连成一体的锤头式小车变幅水平臂架,锤头式小车变幅水平臂架能随时自动平衡起重臂的力矩,起重臂中都设移动式吊装机构,两个移动式吊装机构能联动工作或单独工作,移动式吊装机构中或设吊装、移动器械。
本发明的结构并不限于实施例所述形式,本领域的普通技术人员根据本发明做出的进一步拓展均落入本发明的保护范围。
本发明货船伸缩式双臂塔吊能满足现代化货船的需要。

1.一种货船伸缩式双臂塔吊,其特征是:伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊、吊臂搁架(3)设在货船(4)上,平时伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊中的平行式自平衡吊臂总成(2)搁置在吊臂搁架(3)上;
所述伸缩式双臂自平衡塔吊,伸缩式底座总成(1)安装在货船(4)上,伸缩式底座总成(1)中的旋转总成(6)上安置着平行式自平衡双吊臂总成(2);平行式自平衡双吊臂总成(2)中设包括起重量限制器、吊钩保险装置、吊装机构联动装置;
所述的伸缩式底座总成(1),外支架(8)的上部四周设上滑轮装置(5),内支架(7)的下部四周设下滑轮装置(10),内支架(7)嵌套在外支架(8)中;由升降总成(9)带动内支架(7)作升降运动,这样,伸缩式底座总成(1)就能快速平稳地升降。
2.根据权利要求1所述的货船伸缩式双臂塔吊,其特征是:平行式自平衡双吊臂总成(2)包括两个平行设置的起重臂与平衡臂连成一体的锤头式小车变幅水平臂架,起重臂中都设移动式吊装机构,移动式吊装机构中或设吊装、移动器械。
3.根据权利要求1所述的货船伸缩式双臂塔吊,其特征是:伸缩式底座总成(1)中设包括高度限位装置、幅度限位器、回转限位器。
