The present embodiments also provide a floral-style smoking segment comprising the floral-style tobacco composition described above. Specifically, the modules are respectively shredded, then are mixed according to a proportion, and after the shredded tobacco is stored for 18 hours, the disordered-structure smoking section with the length of 130mm is prepared by a cigarette making machine.
The present embodiment also provides a heated non-burning cigarette rod comprising the floral style smoking segment described above. The heating non-combustion cigarette rod with the length of 67mm is manufactured by utilizing the smoking section with the flower fragrance style through a filter rod compounding process and a cigarette twisting and connecting process.
Example 6
The present embodiment provides a floral-style tobacco composition comprising 33 parts of the smoking module, 68 parts of the sorption module, 11 parts of the mouth feel module, 10 parts of the flavor module, and 2.2 parts of the herbal medicine module. The smoking module is a thin sheet prepared by a dry-method thin sheet technology of a smoking substance, the added mass of the smoking substance is 16% of the mass of the thin sheet, and the smoking substance is sorbitol. The adsorption module is expanded cut tobacco. Each traditional Chinese medicine module comprises 5.6 parts of mulberry leaves, 1.7 parts of houttuynia cordata, 3.2 parts of ficus microcarpa leaves and 4.8 parts of agaric.
The taste module is an extract obtained by subcritical extraction of sweet osmanthus, and specifically, sweet osmanthus and butane are mixed and extracted for 19 minutes at a temperature of 23 ℃ and a pressure of 2.7Mpa according to a dissolution ratio of 1.2: 1. After extraction, the extract was pressurized to 4.5 MPa.
The flavor module is an extract obtained by decocting the natural raw materials at 86 ℃ and then extracting. Specifically, the osmanthus subjected to subcritical extraction is mixed with water according to the mass ratio of 1:5.5, then the mixture is heated for 1.4 hours at the temperature of 86 ℃, and then the solvent is removed through rotary evaporation.
The present embodiments also provide a floral-style smoking segment comprising the floral-style tobacco composition described above. Specifically, the modules are respectively shredded, then are mixed according to a proportion, and after the shredded tobacco is stored for 12 hours, the disordered-structure smoking section with the length of 60mm is prepared by a cigarette making machine.
The present embodiment also provides a heated non-burning cigarette rod comprising the floral style smoking segment described above. The smoking section with the flower fragrance style is utilized to prepare a heating non-combustion cigarette rod with the length of 84mm through a filter rod compounding process and a cigarette twisting and connecting process.
Comparative example 1: a floral-style tobacco composition was prepared in the manner provided in example 1, except that the flavor module was replaced with an mouthfeel module.
Comparative example 2: a floral-style tobacco composition was prepared in the manner provided in example 1, except that the mouth feel module was replaced with a flavor module.
Comparative example 3: a floral-style tobacco composition was prepared in the manner provided in example 1, except that the traditional chinese medicine module was replaced with an adsorption module.
Comparative example 4: a floral-style tobacco composition was prepared in the manner provided in example 1, except that the traditional chinese medicine module was replaced with a flavor module.
Examples of the experiments
Testing of the fragrance-style tobacco compositions of example 1 and comparative examples 1-4 for flavor enhancement efficacy.
The test of the efficacy of blending and tonifying the fragrance is as follows: the sensory evaluation of the heated non-combustible cigarette is carried out by an evaluation expert group according to the regulation of the national standard GB5606.4-2005 cigarette sensory technical requirement, and the evaluation result is shown in Table 1. Wherein, the panel of the evaluation experts comprises 100 professional persons and volunteers, the score is 10 according to the full score, the average value is drawn by each person, and the test result is shown in table 1.

According to the results in table 1, the aroma can be effectively retained through the mutual synergistic effect of the smoking module, the adsorption module, the taste module, the flavor module and the traditional Chinese medicine module, the overall comfort level of the tobacco composition is improved, and meanwhile, the smell and taste can be ensured to simultaneously feel the aroma of the tobacco composition through the mutual effect of the flavor module and the taste module, so that the experience of a user is improved.
The fire-reducing effect of the floral-style tobacco compositions of example 1 and comparative examples 1-4 was determined and 500 smokers were selected, who had significant symptoms of excessive internal heat, specifically dry cough with little sputum, halitosis, dry eye, hoarseness, dry mouth, dysphoria, etc. Then, the 500 smokers were divided into 5 groups, 100 persons were smoked for each group, 5 groups were smoked with the cigarettes of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 4, respectively, and 3 cigarettes were smoked every day for 5 consecutive days, and after 5 days, the condition of getting angry among the smokers in each group was examined.
Wherein only one symptom of dry cough with little phlegm, halitosis, dry eye, hoarseness, dry mouth, dysphoria and the like disappears to be mildly weakened (+), and any two or 3 symptoms of dry cough with little phlegm, halitosis, dry eye, hoarseness, dry mouth, dysphoria and the like are moderately weakened (+); the disappearance of more than 3 symptoms such as dry cough with little sputum, halitosis, dry eyes, hoarseness, dry mouth, dysphoria and the like is severe weakening (+++), and the specific detection results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the tobacco of the present invention can reduce pathogenic fire, effectively prevent the excessive internal heat caused by smoking, and even has a significant inhibitory effect on the excessive internal heat already caused.
In summary, the invention provides a tobacco composition with a flower fragrance style, a smoking section and a heating non-combustion cigarette rod, and the tobacco composition, the smoking section and the heating non-combustion cigarette rod can improve the fragrance on the basis of ensuring the smoking amount of the tobacco composition through the mutual synergistic effect of a smoking module, an adsorption module, a taste module for improving taste sense, a flavor module for improving smell sense and a traditional Chinese medicine module, and the fragrance can act on an oral cavity and a nasal cavity, so that the oral cavity and the nasal cavity of a user can simultaneously feel the fragrance, and the smoking feeling of the user is improved. Meanwhile, the safety of the tobacco is improved, and the smoking is prevented from causing excessive internal heat.

Claims (14)

1. A tobacco composition with flower fragrance style is characterized by comprising a smoking module, an adsorption module, a taste module for improving taste sense, a flavor module for improving smell sense and a traditional Chinese medicine module for reducing internal heat;
the taste module is an extract obtained by subcritical extraction of a natural raw material, and the flavor module is an extract obtained by decocting the natural raw material at 80-100 ℃ and then extracting;
the floral-style tobacco composition comprises, by weight, 15-40 parts of the smoking module, 50-75 parts of the adsorption module, 5-15 parts of the mouth feel module, 5-15 parts of the flavor module, and 1-3 parts of the traditional Chinese medicine module;
the traditional Chinese medicine module comprises, by weight, 3-7 parts of mulberry leaves, 1-2 parts of houttuynia cordata, 3-5 parts of ficus microcarpa leaves and 3-5 parts of agaric;
the subcritical extraction is carried out by mixing natural raw materials with subcritical fluid at 10-35 deg.C under 1-3Mpa according to the ratio of 1-1.3: 1, and extracting for 15-25 minutes.
2. Floral-style tobacco composition according to claim 1, wherein said subcritical fluid is an alkane compound.
3. Floral-style tobacco composition according to claim 1, wherein said subcritical fluid is a linear alkane compound.
4. The floral-style tobacco composition of claim 1, wherein said subcritical fluid is a C1-C4 linear alkane.
5. Floral-style tobacco composition according to claim 1, characterized in that said subcritical fluid is propane or butane.
6. The floral-style tobacco composition of claim 1, wherein the subcritical extraction is followed by pressurizing the extract to above 4.5Mpa to gasify the subcritical fluid and remove the solvent.
7. The floral-style tobacco composition of claim 1, comprising, in parts by weight, 20-35 parts of said smoking module, 57-71 parts of said sorption module, 6-12 parts of said mouth feel module, 6-12 parts of said flavor module, and 1.5-2.5 parts of a herbal medicine module.
8. The floral-style tobacco composition of claim 7, comprising, in parts by weight, 27-33 parts of said smoking module, 60-68 parts of said sorption module, 8-11 parts of said mouth feel module, 7-10 parts of said flavor module, and 2-2.2 parts of a herbal medicine module.
9. The floral-style tobacco composition of claim 1, wherein the adsorption module comprises expanded cut tobacco, cut rolled stems, or a material having an adsorption function.
10. The floral-style tobacco composition of claim 1, wherein the smoking module is a sheet of smoking material, the smoking material being a polyhydric sugar alcohol.
11. The floral-style tobacco composition of claim 10, wherein the smoking substance comprises any one or more of propylene glycol, 1,3 butylene glycol, glycerin, sorbitol.
12. The floral-style tobacco composition of claim 10, wherein the smoking material comprises, in parts by weight, 2 to 4 parts of propylene glycol or 1, 3-butanediol, 5 to 8 parts of glycerol, and 1 to 2 parts of sorbitol.
13. A floral-style smoking segment comprising the floral-style tobacco composition of claim 1.
14. A heat not burn cigarette rod characterized in that it comprises the floral-style smoking segment of claim 13.
