Abstract
本发明涉及化工技术领域,特别是一种切削液及其制备方法,其原料按重量百分比包括以下组分:2~3%十二碳二元酸、4~5%CP‑50三元酸、2~4%硼酸、1.5~3.5%杀菌剂、0.3~1%有机硅油、15~20%二乙醇胺、5~10%三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、5~10二壬基萘磺酸钠、3~5%妥尔油、1~5%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和余量为纯水。本发明配方科学合理,含有较少量的油脂,相对现有切削液更为环保;且润滑性能卓越、防锈性好、清洗性能优异、抗硬水性好、生物稳定性好等优点,本发明的制备方法将亲水性的原料进行混合,然后将亲油性的原料进行混合,最后将两者混合,混合出来的切削液透明度高,品相好。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,特别是一种切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
机械加工行业中,基本上是使用润滑油或是使用柴胡油加润滑油来进行切削润滑与冷却。在加工过程中,油品浪费极为严重,且对环境及操作人员造成很大的伤害;且很难获得理想的加工表面。且加工时散热速度慢,加工工件后,很易上锈。切削液应具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。目前切削液可分为两类,油溶性切削液和水溶性切削液。一般油溶性切削液润滑性能好,但冷却性能差,且含有大量有机物,污染环境。一些水溶性切削液虽然冷却性能好,又存在润滑性和防锈效果差的问题,因此研发兼具润滑性、冷却性、防锈性、易清洗、环保、可生物降解、对人体无刺激、对环境不污染的切削液就显得很重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决传统油溶性切削液污染环境,而水溶性切削液润滑性和防锈效果差的问题,而提供一种环保、可生物降解、对人体无刺激、对环境不污染的水溶性切削液。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种切削液,其原料按重量百分比包括以下组分:2~3%十二碳二元酸、4~5%CP-50三元酸、2~4%硼酸、1.5~3.5%杀菌剂、0.3~1%有机硅油、15~20%二乙醇胺、5~10%三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、5~10二壬基萘磺酸钠、3~5%妥尔油、1~5%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和余量为纯水。
进一步地,其原料按重量百分比包括以下组分:2.5%十二碳二元酸、4.4%CP-50三元酸、3%硼酸、2%杀菌剂、0.6%有机硅油、17%二乙醇胺、8%三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、8%二壬基萘磺酸钠、4%妥尔油、2.7%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和余量为纯水。
进一步地,杀菌剂为Bit20 或者占总重量比为1~1.5%吗啉和0.5~2%吡啶。
一种切削液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1) 将配方量的水加入到清洗干净的反应釜中,启动搅拌器,然后依次加入配方量的二乙醇胺、十二碳二元酸、CP-50三元酸、硼酸、杀菌剂和有机硅油,搅拌0.5~1.5小时得到混合A料;
(2) 启动搅拌器,然后依次加入配方量的二乙醇胺、妥尔油、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、二壬基萘磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌0.5~1.5小时得到混合B料;
(3) 将混合料A慢慢加入混合料B当中,搅拌0.5~1小时即得;
(4) 取样分析合格后放料包装。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明配方科学合理,含有较少量的油脂,且采用的是妥尔油和三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯这类可降解油脂,相对现有切削液更为环保;
2、本发明的切削液润滑性能卓越,令工件获得极佳的表面光洁度并有效延长刀具的使用寿命,非常适合与高进度及高速切削和磨削加工;
3、防锈性好,采用CP-50三元酸等防锈添加剂,达到良好的工序间防锈效果;
4、清洗性能优异,水基切削液在切削和磨削加工过程中,可有效清洗加工过程产生的碎屑,保证机台与产品表面清洁无黏附;
5、抗硬水性好,加入二乙醇胺等乳化剂具备良好的乳化性和低泡性,不论在硬水还是软水中都能表现处良好的性能;
6、生物稳定性好,加入专门的杀菌剂,有效对抗细菌和霉菌,切削液使用寿命长,最大限度减少排放;
7、本发明的制备方法将亲水性的原料进行混合,然后将亲油性的原料进行混合,最后将两者混合,混合出来的切削液透明度高,品相好。
具体实施方式
本发明的切削液,其原料按重量百分比包括以下组分:2~3%十二碳二元酸、4~5%CP-50三元酸、2~4%硼酸、1.5~3.5%杀菌剂、0.3~1%有机硅油、15~20%二乙醇胺、5~10%三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、5~10二壬基萘磺酸钠、3~5%妥尔油、1~5%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和余量为纯水。杀菌剂为低毒环保的Bit20 或者占总重量比为1~1.5%吗啉和0.5~2%吡啶,吗啉和吡啶虽具有一定的毒性但占比很少,而且其本身为碱性,在切削液中与其他酸性反应会大大降低其毒性,而且成本低。
本发明的切削液加入的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯具有优异的润滑性能、粘度指数高、抗燃性好、水解稳定性好、高闪点、低挥发、低温特性好,且环保无污染;加入CP-50三元酸等防锈添加剂,达到良好的工序间防锈效果;加入二乙醇胺等乳化剂具备良好的乳化性和低泡性,不论在硬水还是软水中都能表现处良好的性能;加入专门的杀菌剂,杀菌剂可采用价格较高低毒环保的Bit20 或者价格较低吗啉和吡啶,有效对抗细菌和霉菌,切削液使用寿命长,最大限度减少排放。
