Control device 5 may be connected to first and second adjustment devices 41 and 42, respectively, to control first and second adjustment devices 41 and 42 to further enable adjustment of the distance between first level wheel 21 and third level wheel 23 and the distance between second level wheel 22 and fourth level wheel 24.
When the vehicle body turns, the rail 200 may generate an elastic force to at least one of the first to fourth horizontal wheels 24, so that the at least one horizontal wheel is deflected, at this time, the control device 5 controls the first adjusting device 41 to adjust the distance between the first horizontal wheel 21 and the third horizontal wheel 23 in the length direction of the rail 200, and the control device 5 controls the second adjusting device 42 to adjust the distance between the second horizontal wheel 22 and the fourth horizontal wheel 24 in the length direction of the rail 200, so that the distance between the first horizontal wheel 21 and the third horizontal wheel 23 in the length direction of the rail 200 is changed within a certain range, and the distance between the second horizontal wheel 22 and the fourth horizontal wheel 24 in the length direction of the rail 200 is changed within a certain range, so that the first horizontal wheel 21, the second horizontal wheel 22, the third horizontal wheel 23, and the fourth horizontal wheel 24 are rotated along the rail 200 and the trajectories thereof are overlapped, thereby achieving the turning of the truck 100, thereby realizing the turning of the vehicle body.
Because the distance between the first horizontal wheel 21 and the third horizontal wheel 23 and the distance between the second horizontal wheel 22 and the fourth horizontal wheel 24 can be respectively adjusted under the action of the first adjusting device 41 and the second adjusting device 42, the huge rebound force of the track 200 to the horizontal wheels can be reduced, the turning is favorably realized, the tire burst risk of each horizontal wheel can be reduced, the reliability and the safety are improved, the turning radius can be reduced, and the strength requirements of the team bogie frame 1, the track 200 and each horizontal wheel can be reduced.
According to the bogie 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the first adjusting device 41 and the second adjusting device 42 are arranged on the bogie frame 1, the first adjusting device 41 is used for adjusting the distance between the first horizontal wheel 21 and the third horizontal wheel 23 in the length direction of the track 200, the second adjusting device 42 is used for adjusting the distance between the second horizontal wheel 22 and the fourth horizontal wheel 24 in the length direction of the track 200, and the control device 5 is respectively connected with the first adjusting device 41 and the second adjusting device 42, so that the bounce of the track 200 to the horizontal wheels during the turning of the vehicle body can be reduced, the turning is facilitated, the tire burst risk of the horizontal wheels can be reduced, the reliability and the safety are improved, and the bogie 100 has the advantages of small limitation on the turning radius, low requirement on the strength of the horizontal wheels, good stability, high reliability and the like.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-4, the bogie 100 may include: a first road wheel axle 301 and a second road wheel axle 302, a first horizontal wheel 21 being pivotally mounted at a first end (e.g. the left end as shown) of the first road wheel axle 301, and a second horizontal wheel 22 being pivotally mounted at a second end (i.e. the right end as shown) of the first road wheel axle 301. The second road wheel axle 302 and the first road wheel axle 301 may be spaced apart along the length of the track 200, with the third horizontal wheel 23 pivotally mounted at a first end (e.g., the left end as shown) of the second road wheel axle 302, and the fourth horizontal wheel 24 pivotally mounted at a second end (e.g., the right end as shown) of the second road wheel axle 302. Wherein the first adjusting device 41 is pivotally connectable to a first end of the first running wheel axle 301 and a first end of the second running wheel axle 302, respectively, and the second adjusting device 42 is pivotally connectable to a second end of the first running wheel axle 301 and a second end of the second running wheel axle 302, respectively.
That is, the first adjusting device 41 is connected to one ends of the first running wheel shaft 301 and the second axial wheel shaft on one side of the rail 200, respectively, the second adjusting device 42 is connected to one ends of the first running wheel shaft 301 and the second running wheel shaft 302 on the other side of the rail 200, respectively, and the first to fourth horizontal wheels 24 are provided at the corresponding ends of the first running wheel 31 and the second running wheel 32, respectively. Thus, the first adjusting device 41 and the second adjusting device 42 can adjust the distance between the first horizontal wheel 21 and the third horizontal wheel 23 and the distance between the second horizontal wheel 22 and the fourth horizontal wheel 24 by adjusting the included angle between the first running wheel shaft 301 and the second running wheel shaft 302, and the structure is simple and compact, and the adjustment is convenient and the controllability is good.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1-4, the bogie 100 further comprises: first running wheels 31, second running wheels 32, third running wheels 33 and fourth running wheels 34, the first to fourth running wheels 34 being adapted to be supported on the rail 200, wherein the first running wheels 31 and the second running wheels 32 are pivotally mounted on the first running wheel shaft 301, respectively, and the first running wheels 31 and the second running wheels 32 are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the rail 200, the third running wheels 33 and the fourth running wheels 34 are pivotally mounted on the second running wheel shaft 302, respectively, and the third running wheels 33 and the fourth running wheels 34 are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the rail 200, respectively. The first running wheel 31, the second running wheel 32, the third running wheel 33 and the fourth running wheel 34 can drive the bogie 100 to run along the track 200 under the driving of the driving device of the track 200 vehicle, so as to draw the vehicle body to run.
Further, the bogie 100 may further include: the connection beam 30, as shown in fig. 1-4, the connection beam 30 may be pivotally connected to the first running wheel axle 301 and the second running wheel axle 302, respectively, the connection beam 30 may be located between the first running wheel 31 and the second running wheel 32, and the connection beam 30 may be located between the third running wheel 33 and the fourth running wheel 34 in the width direction of the track 200. In other words, the connection beam 30 is pivotally connected to the first running wheel shaft 301 and the second running wheel shaft 302, respectively, the first running wheel 31 and the second running wheel 32 are located on both axial sides of the connection beam 30, respectively, and the third running wheel 33 and the fourth running wheel 34 are located on both axial sides of the connection beam 30, respectively, the first running wheel 31 is fitted on the upper surface of the rail 200, the second running wheel 32 is fitted on the upper surface of the rail 200, the third running wheel 33 is fitted on the upper surface of the rail 200 and is spaced apart from the first running wheel 31 in the length direction of the rail 200, and the fourth running wheel 34 is fitted on the upper surface of the rail 200 and is spaced apart from the second running wheel 32 in the length direction of the rail 200. I.e. the coupling beam 30 is formed as the main shaft of the vehicle body. Therefore, the large load requirement can be met, the four traveling wheels can bear more loads, the structure is simple and compact, the optimized layout is facilitated, meanwhile, the stress capacity of the bogie 100 can be improved, and the passenger carrying quantity of the rail vehicle can be increased.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first running wheel axle 301 may be pivotally connected at its center in the length direction to one end of the connecting beam 30 (e.g., the front end in the length direction of the rail), and the second running wheel axle 32 may be pivotally connected at its center in the extension length direction to the other end of the connecting beam 30 (i.e., the rear end as shown). Therefore, when the bogie 100 is steered, the first running wheel shaft 301 and the second running wheel shaft 302 are respectively pivoted relative to the connecting beam 30, so that the distance between the first horizontal wheel 21 and the third horizontal wheel 23 in the length direction of the track 200 and the distance between the second horizontal wheel 22 and the fourth horizontal wheel 24 in the length direction of the track 200 are changed in an interlocking manner, not only can the deflection of the bogie 100 be realized, but also the interference can be avoided, and the stability and the reliability can be further improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the control device 5 may be mounted on the connecting beam 30, which is compact, and the connecting beam 30 usually does not perform a large deflection motion, so that the stability of the control device 5 may be improved, and the connection between the control device 5 and the first adjusting device 41 and the second adjusting device 42 may be more stable and reliable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-4, the first horizontal wheel 21 is pivotally mounted to a first end (e.g., the left end as shown) of the first road wheel 31 via a first horizontal wheel axle 201, the second horizontal wheel 22 is pivotally mounted to a second end (e.g., the right end as shown) of the first road wheel axle 301 via a second horizontal wheel axle 202, the third horizontal wheel 23 is pivotally mounted to a first end (e.g., the left end as shown) of the second road wheel axle 302 via a third horizontal wheel axle 203, and the fourth horizontal wheel 24 is pivotally mounted to a second end (e.g., the right end as shown) of the second road wheel axle 302 via a fourth horizontal wheel axle 204. Therefore, the first horizontal wheel 21 and the third horizontal wheel 23 are respectively matched on the outer side face of the track 200 through the first horizontal wheel shaft 201 and the third horizontal wheel shaft 203, and the second horizontal wheel 22 and the fourth horizontal wheel 24 are respectively matched on the outer side face of the other side of the track 200 through the second horizontal wheel shaft 202 and the fourth horizontal wheel shaft 204, so that the steering is convenient to realize, the anti-dropping effect can be achieved, and the reliability and the stability can be further improved.
Alternatively, both the first and second regulating devices 41 and 42 may be gas springs, and the pressure inside the first regulating device 41 and the pressure inside the second regulating device 42 may be detected and controlled by the control device 5. That is, the control device 5 detects and controls the pressure of the first adjusting device 41 to control the distance between the first level wheel 21 and the third level wheel 23 in the length direction of the track 200, and at the same time, the control device 5 detects and controls the pressure of the second adjusting device 42 to control the distance between the second level wheel 22 and the fourth level wheel 24 in the length direction of the track 200 to assist in turning. Of course, the first adjustment device 41 and the second adjustment device 42 may also be other devices having the same or similar functions.
A predetermined pressure difference may be preset in the control device 5 to provide a basis for determining whether the bogie 100 is turning and subsequent actions. The control device 5 may detect the pressures of the first and second regulating devices 41, 42, obtain a pressure difference value between the first and second regulating devices 41, 42 according to the detection result, and compare the pressure difference value with a predetermined pressure difference value: when the pressure difference is greater than the predetermined pressure difference, it is determined that the bogie 100 is steered, and the control device 5 adjusts the pressures of the first adjusting device 41 and the second adjusting device 42 to make the pressure difference approach the predetermined pressure difference, thereby assisting the bogie 100 in steering. That is, the bogie 100 may be formed as a differential pressure deflection type bogie 100, and the first to fourth horizontal wheels 24 are controlled by the pressure difference, thereby achieving the purpose of steering.
For example, referring to fig. 3 and 4, when the bogie 100 turns right, the track 200 generates an elastic force approximately to the right and back on the second horizontal wheel 22, the second horizontal wheel 22 drives the first running wheel shaft 301 to deflect around the front end of the connecting beam 30, at this time, the distance between the first horizontal wheel 21 and the third horizontal wheel 23 in the length direction of the track 200 increases, the pressure of the first adjusting device 41 decreases, the distance between the second horizontal wheel 22 and the fourth horizontal wheel 24 in the length direction of the track 200 decreases, and the pressure of the second adjusting device 42 increases.
The control means 5 detects the pressure of the first regulating means 41 and the pressure of the second regulating means 42 and obtains the pressure difference of the first regulating means 41 and the second regulating means 42 based on the detection result, comparing the pressure difference with the set predetermined pressure difference. When the pressure difference exceeds the predetermined pressure difference, it is considered that the bogie 100 turns to the right, and the control device 5 controls the second adjusting device 42 to release the pressure and controls the first adjusting device 41 to pressurize so that the two gas springs have the same hardness.
Due to the change of the pressure difference, the second running wheel shaft 302 also deflects around the second end of the connecting beam 30, at this time, the deflection direction of the second running wheel shaft 302 is opposite to the deflection direction of the first running wheel shaft 301, an included angle can be formed as shown in fig. 4, and the first running wheel 31, the second running wheel 32, the third running wheel 33 and the fourth running wheel 34 all rotate at the circle center of the included angle and the tracks are overlapped, so that the bogie 100 is steered, and the vehicle body is turned.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2-4, the control device 5 is connected to the first regulating device 41 via a first air hose 411, and the control device 5 is connected to the second regulating device 42 via a second air hose 412. Therefore, the pressure control of the first adjusting device 41 and the second adjusting device 42 can be realized, the structure is simple, the adjustment is convenient and timely, the air hose can be deformed adaptively when the bogie 100 turns, the damage is not easy to damage, and the stability and the reliability can be improved.
In summary, according to the bogie 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the horizontal wheel pair can deflect under the rebounding force of the rail 200, so that a large rebounding force can be avoided, the bogie 100 can turn like an automobile, and under the control of the first adjusting device 41 and the second adjusting device 42 by the control device 5, the requirement of the first to fourth running wheels 34 on the coincidence of the turning tracks can be met, so that not only can a small-radius turn be realized, but also the strength requirement on the bogie 100 and each horizontal wheel can be reduced, meanwhile, the risk of tire burst of each horizontal wheel is also reduced, and the stability and the safety are improved.
The railway vehicle according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a vehicle body and a bogie 100, wherein the bogie 100 is the bogie 100 according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, and the bogie 100 is installed at the bottom of the vehicle body to drive the vehicle body to travel and steer.
According to the railway vehicle provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, the bogie 100 provided by the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body, and the vehicle body is driven to advance and steer by the bogie 100, so that the turning is favorably realized, and the stability and the reliability are good.
