集成控制智能柔性UV涂装生产线
技术领域
本发明涉及涂装设备,尤其涉及集成控制智能柔性UV涂装生产线。
背景技术
UV滚涂生产线广泛应用于家具、装饰、厨柜、地板、木门、外墙、玻璃等领域进行表面涂装。目前国内外的涂装生产线都需要单机人工调试操作,需要众多操作人员,相当耗人力,而且对操作人员经验要求极高,不同的操作人员生产出来产品也很有可能是不一样的产品效果,无法实现长期稳定的生产。当整线其中一台设备或者环节出现异常时,操作人员往往会手忙脚乱去处理前端来料,导致其它设备受牵连甚至损坏,需要大量时间重新排除故障,重新调整每台设备技术参数才可继续生产,严重影响生产效率。随着定制化需求的深入和扩大,客户的基材规格多样化,要求做的涂装效果也多样化,传统的涂装生产线设备只适合单一规格产品的大批量生产。传统涂装设备在满足个性化产品的定制需求上,有明显的局限,无法快速实现柔性生产,耗费大量时间人力调整每台设备参数,无法满足一天内实现多样性订制化产品生产,涂装行业技术操作人员也越来越稀缺,无法满足行业的巨大需求。所以,开发全自动集成控制智能柔性UV涂装生产线,对涂装生产领域的发展具有跨越式发展的重大意义。涂装属于木工后工段工序,在涂装之前,前工段还有开料、钻孔、定厚、封边、打磨等工序,前工段设备目前很多已经数控化,自动化程度比较高,而且能结合扫码***应用,涂装后工段设备的自动化程度滞后于前工序,不利于前后工序的整合优化。目前,国内外同行的滚涂生产线设备都主要是手动操作或半自动操作,以全球最知名的涂装设备意大利品牌Cefla(赛福徕涂装设备),也只是半自动操作。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供结构设计合理、自动化程度高、加工速度快、使用方便的集成控制智能柔性UV涂装生产线。
集成控制智能柔性UV涂装生产线,包括依次排列的粉尘清除机、补土涂布机、第一皮带输送机、干燥机、第二皮带输送机,所述粉尘清除机由清除机人机触摸屏、清除机从动轮、除尘轮、除尘风机、除尘吹风组件、清除机输送皮带、清除机机架、清除机主动输送轮、清除机输送电机构成,所述清除机从动轮、清除机主动输送轮分别安装在清除机机架的两端下方,清除机输送皮带安装在清除机从动轮、清除机主动输送轮之间,清除机主动输送轮与清除机输送电机连接,除尘轮和除尘吹风组件设在清除机机架的顶部,除尘风机与除尘吹风组件连接,所述补土涂布机包括循环油泵、加温油桶、补土组件、涂布机机架,涂布机机架的右端顶部安装有涂布电机和涂布机输送电机,涂布机机架的前后两端分别安装有涂布机输送主动轮和涂布机输送被动轮,所述涂布机机架的顶部中间安装有涂布轮,涂布轮与涂布电机连接,在涂布轮的下方平行安装有被压轮,被压轮平行安装在涂布机输送主动轮和涂布机输送被动轮之间,涂布机输送电机与涂布机输送主动轮连接,涂布机输送主动轮、被压轮、涂布机输送被动轮之间套接有涂布机输送平面皮带,所述第一皮带输送机、第二皮带输送机都由输送机机架、输送机输送带、防偏板、链条、输送减速马达、输送机主动轮、输送机被动轮构成,输送减速马达通过链条与输送机主动轮连接,输送机主动轮通过输送机输送带与输送机被动轮连接,防偏板安装在输送机输送带两侧的输送机机架上,所述干燥机由干燥机机架、UV灯箱、干燥机风机、机架封门、输送链管、干燥机输送马达、智能UV电子光源、空气过滤网组构成,机架封门安装在干燥机机架的下端侧边,干燥机输送马达、智能UV电子光源、空气过滤网组安装在干燥机机架内,输送链管安装在干燥机机架的上端中部,UV灯箱平行安装在输送链管上顶部的干燥机机架上,干燥机风机安装在UV灯箱的顶部。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单、设计合理,主要由粉尘清除机、补土涂布机、第一皮带输送机、干燥机、第二皮带输送机构成,生产线依次完成除尘,滚涂腻子、底漆、面漆,输送,干燥,输送工作,在单机自动化的基础上,实现整线自动化,每台机可与主机通讯,最终达到集成控制。

参照图1-图5,集成控制智能柔性UV涂装生产线,包括依次排列的粉尘清除机1、补土涂布机2、第一皮带输送机3、干燥机4、第二皮带输送机5,所述粉尘清除机1由清除机人机触摸屏11、清除机从动轮12、除尘轮13、除尘风机14、除尘吹风组件15、清除机输送皮带16、清除机机架17、清除机主动输送轮18、清除机输送电机19构成,所述清除机从动轮12、清除机主动输送轮18分别安装在清除机机架17的两端下方,清除机输送皮带16安装在清除机从动轮12、清除机主动输送轮18之间,清除机主动输送轮18与清除机输送电机19连接,除尘轮13和除尘吹风组件15设在清除机机架17的顶部,除尘风机14与除尘吹风组件15连接,所述补土涂布机2包括循环油泵20、加温油桶21、补土组件22、涂布机机架23,涂布机机架23的右端顶部安装有涂布电机24和涂布机输送电机25,涂布机机架23的前后两端分别安装有涂布机输送主动轮26和涂布机输送被动轮27,所述涂布机机架23的顶部中间安装有涂布轮28,涂布轮28与涂布电机24连接,在涂布轮28的下方平行安装有被压轮29,被压轮29平行安装在涂布机输送主动轮26和涂布机输送被动轮27之间,涂布机输送电机25与涂布机输送主动轮26连接,涂布机输送主动轮26、被压轮29、涂布机输送被动轮27之间套接有涂布机输送平面皮带291,所述第一皮带输送机3、第二皮带输送机5都由输送机机架30、输送机输送带31、防偏板32、链条33、输送减速马达34、输送机主动轮35、输送机被动轮36构成,输送减速马达34通过链条33与输送机主动轮35连接,输送机主动轮35通过输送机输送带31与输送机被动轮36连接,防偏板32安装在输送机输送带31两侧的输送机机架30上,所述干燥机4由干燥机机架40、UV灯箱41、干燥机风机42、机架封门43、输送链管44、干燥机输送马达45、智能UV电子光源46、空气过滤网组47构成,机架封门43安装在干燥机机架40的下端侧边,干燥机输送马达45、智能UV电子光源46、空气过滤网组47安装在干燥机机架40内,输送链管44安装在干燥机机架40的上端中部,UV灯箱41平行安装在输送链管44上顶部的干燥机机架40上,干燥机风机42安装在UV灯箱41的顶部。本项目针对目前涂装生产线自动化程度不高,无法快速实现不同产品更换生产, 对操作人员工经验要求过高的特点,通过融入扫码技术、传感器应用技术和人机与PLC集成控制技术,数字化控制技术及涂装设备创新结构等多项技术应用集成进行研究,研发全自动控制UV滚涂生产线,并实现产业化。整条全自动集成控制生产线的工艺是:除尘—滚涂腻子/底漆/面漆—输送—干燥—输送;配套的涂装设备是:全自动粉尘清除机—全自动高精密补土单滚涂布机—全自动输送机—全自动智能电子三灯UV干燥机——全自动输送机。本项目在单机自动化的基础上,实现整线自动化,每台机可与主机通讯,最终达到集成控制。
1.UV油漆滚涂及干燥技术
1)本项目研发的全自动集成控制UV滚涂生产线,融合了物料输送、工件表面除尘、表面填平、表面滚涂、表面干燥等多设备动作过程,针对多样化工件表面涂装的需求,研究智能化、多功能关键功能部件的控制是实现全自动集成控制的基础平台。重点研究以下内容:扫码技术转化应用,人机与PLC编程结合控制研究,改变机械结构实现电动代替手动,实现高效节能研究。2)整线集成控制技术:自动化技术的任务,包括数据采集、测量值处理、控制与调节、信息管理、显示与操作等。生产过程实现远程智能监控技术、智能预警与诊断及维护技术。
2.同步升降及平移机械结构设计及环保节能,重点研究以下内容:1)行程设定精准定位结构设计,同轴、可移式铸件双滑块结构设计,优化传动轴连接结构设计,提高同步升降及平移同步性精度;减速机与丝杆的高精度配合结构设计;2)关键功能部件的结构设计,电光轮涂布轮配合结构设计,RV蜗轮蜗杆减速机传动结构设计,精密自动升降结构设计,3)智能电子UV光源应用:采用智能电子UV光源。
3.PLC编程技术研发,主要研究内容如下:采用高精度传感器和独特的控制算法,高精度升降控制。
