Abstract
本发明公开了一种电瓶车蓄电池隔热涂料,按照重量份由以下成分组成:改姓水杨酸树脂50‑70份、基础环氧树脂30‑55份、水玻璃20‑30份、纳米炭纤维10‑15份、二氧化硅气凝胶8‑12份、陶瓷纤维5‑12份、金刚砂8‑13份、固化剂7‑11份、丙烯酸乳液8‑12份、硅烷化合物4‑10份、天然填性石粉7‑10份、助剂8‑15份、高岭土10‑20份、纳米氧化锌4‑10份和无水硫酸镁3‑8份。本发明可以将蓄电池因工作所提升的内部温度有效引导到外壳,散热速度快,无毒无害,各项性能指标均符合环保要求,且使用过程简单易行,常温固化,还兼顾了耐高温低温、耐化学腐蚀等性能,并且应用领域广,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及电瓶车开发利用领域,尤其是一种电瓶车蓄电池隔热涂料。
背景技术
在电瓶车领域发展中,使得蓄电池产品都在向着小型化、轻量化、紧凑化以及高效化方向发展,所以具有高功率的蓄电池产品得到迅猛发展,而由此产生的大量的热量没有散发空间将直接影响蓄电池产品的工作稳定性、操作安全性以及使用寿命,常规的冷却方式已经不能满足高功率电池产品的散热要求,如果热能无法有效解决或是扩散,蓄电池会随温度增温提前老化寿命,长期工作下因温度改变,也会造成电池零组件电源不稳定,造成一定的危害所以就必须要提高电池产品的散热率。所以,这就需要一种性能可靠、高耐久性、高散热性、高隔热性的隔热涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电瓶车蓄电池隔热涂料,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电瓶车蓄电池隔热涂料,按照重量份由以下成分组成:改姓水杨酸树脂50-70份、基础环氧树脂30-55份、水玻璃20-30份、纳米炭纤维10-15份、二氧化硅气凝胶8-12份、陶瓷纤维5-12份、金刚砂8-13份、固化剂7-11份、丙烯酸乳液8-12份、硅烷化合物4-10份、天然填性石粉7-10份、助剂8-15份、高岭土10-20份、纳米氧化锌4-10份和无水硫酸镁3-8份。
进一步的,上述一种电瓶车蓄电池隔热涂料,按照重量份由以下成分组成:改姓水杨酸树脂62-70份、基础环氧树脂44-55份、水玻璃26-30份、纳米炭纤维13-15份、二氧化硅气凝胶9-12份、陶瓷纤维7-12份、金刚砂10-13份、固化剂10-11份、丙烯酸乳液9-12份、硅烷化合物6-10份、天然填性石粉8-10份、助剂11-15份、高岭土17-20份、纳米氧化锌6-10份和无水硫酸镁5-8份。
进一步的,上述一种电瓶车蓄电池隔热涂料,按照重量份由以下成分组成:改姓水杨酸树脂62份、基础环氧树脂44份、水玻璃26份、纳米炭纤维13份、二氧化硅气凝胶9份、陶瓷纤维7份、金刚砂10份、固化剂10份、丙烯酸乳液9份、硅烷化合物6份、天然填性石粉8份、助剂11份、高岭土17份、纳米氧化锌6份和无水硫酸镁5份。

本发明可以将蓄电池因工作所提升的内部温度有效引导到外壳,散热速度快,无毒无害,各项性能指标均符合环保要求,且使用过程简单易行,常温固化,还兼顾了耐高温低温、耐化学腐蚀等性能,并且应用领域广,成本低。
