本发明公开了一种木质工艺品的处理方法,先将木质工艺品进入苯胺的氨水溶液中,通过真空加压浸渍使苯胺渗透到木质工艺品内部,然后加入过硫酸铵溶液,通过苯胺单体反应在木质工艺品内部原位生成聚苯胺,再将木质工艺品先在硝酸银溶液中浸渍处理,然后在葡萄糖溶液中浸渍处理,将纳米银负载在木质工艺品内部,最后将木质工艺品取出并洗涤、烘干,得到成品。本发明处理方法处理后的木质工艺品不仅具有优良的防腐、抗裂、抗形变性能,长期使用稳定性好,而且能很好地保留木质工艺品原有的外观特性,绿色安全。

一种木质工艺品的处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及工艺品处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种木质工艺品的处理方法。
背景技术
木质工艺品是以各种木头(包括各种竹类)为主要原料,采用人工制作或者是机器制作而成,具有较高的使用价值和艺术价值,备受广大消费者的欢迎。但是,用于制作木质工艺品的原料木材极易受到菌类的侵染而发生腐朽,使木质工艺品发生损坏。而且,木材的稳定性不强,容易受到外界环境温湿度等条件影响而发生形变、开裂,导致质量下降。为了保证木质工艺品的品质,延长木质工艺品的使用寿命,在使用前对其进行适当的处理至关重要。
目前,对木质工艺品进行处理的方法主要是采用化学药剂进行浸渍,使化学药剂渗透进木材内部,防止生物侵入,这种方法虽然能起到一定的防腐作用,但是不能阻止水汽的渗入,提高木质工艺品长期使用稳定性的作用不足,而且化学药剂的存在会对环境以及人体健康产生潜在的威胁。在木质工艺品表面涂刷涂料虽然能起到防腐抗渗的作用,但是其对工艺品的外观影响较大,不利于保留工艺品原有的外观特性,并且其作用大多停留在表层,对木材内部因此引起的腐坏改善效果不佳。因此,有必要开发既能兼顾木质工艺品防腐、抗裂、抗形变、提高长期使用稳定性的需求,又能较大限度地保留木质工艺品原有外观特性,而且绿色安全的处理方法。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种木质工艺品的处理方法,该方法处理后的工艺品不仅具有优良的防腐、抗裂、抗形变性能,长期使用稳定性好,而且能很好地保留木质工艺品原有的外观特性,绿色安全。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种木质工艺品的处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先向氨水溶液中加入相当于氨水溶液重量1-2%的苯胺单体混合均匀得到混合液,将成型的木质工艺品浸入所述混合液中真空加压浸渍1-2h,然后向混合液中加入相当于所述混合液体积5-10%的过硫酸铵溶液,搅拌均匀后于25-30℃常压浸渍12-24h,再将木质工艺品取出并洗涤、干燥处理;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的木质工艺品先在硝酸银溶液中浸渍处理12-24h,然后在葡萄糖溶液中浸渍处理0.5-1h,取出后洗涤除去表面杂质,然后烘干,得到成品。
所述的氨水溶液浓度为0.1-0.15mol/L。
所述的过硫酸铵溶液浓度为10-15%。
所述步骤(1)中真空加压浸渍的真空度为0.085-0.095MPa,压力为0.5-1MPa。
所述的硝酸银溶液浓度为0.05-0.1mol/L。
所述葡萄糖溶液的浓度为0.01-0.1mol/L。
所述步骤(2)中在葡萄糖溶液中浸渍处理的温度为30-40℃。
本发明的优点是:
本发明先将木质工艺品浸入苯胺的氨水溶液中,通过真空加压浸渍使苯胺渗透到木质工艺品内部,然后加入过硫酸铵溶液作为氧化剂,通过苯胺单体反应在木质工艺品内部原位生成聚苯胺,再将木质工艺品先在硝酸银溶液中浸渍处理,利用聚苯胺对银离子的络合效应,在木质工艺品内部负载银离子,然后在葡萄糖溶液中浸渍处理,以葡萄糖为还原剂,将木质工艺品内部负载的银离子还原成纳米银,最后将木质工艺品取出并洗涤、烘干,得到成品。本发明通过在木质工艺品内部原位结合聚苯胺,既能提高木质工艺品的化学稳定性,减少外界环境对木质工艺品的侵蚀,使木质工艺品不易发生开裂、形变,又能通过络合以及还原反应,使纳米银稳定、牢固地结合在木质工艺品内部,从而提高木质工艺品的长期抗菌防腐性能,延长木质工艺品的使用寿命。本发明处理方法处理后的木质工艺品不仅具有优良的防腐、抗裂、抗形变性能,长期使用稳定性好,而且能很好地保留木质工艺品原有的外观特性,绿色安全。
具体实施方式
一种木质工艺品的处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先向氨水溶液中加入相当于氨水溶液重量1%的苯胺单体混合均匀得到混合液,将成型的木质工艺品浸入所述混合液中真空加压浸渍1h,然后向混合液中加入相当于所述混合液体积5%的过硫酸铵溶液,搅拌均匀后于25℃常压浸渍12-24h,再将木质工艺品取出并洗涤、干燥处理;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的木质工艺品先在硝酸银溶液中浸渍处理12h,然后在葡萄糖溶液中浸渍处理0.5h,取出后洗涤除去表面杂质,然后烘干,得到成品。
所述的氨水溶液浓度为0.1mol/L。
所述的过硫酸铵溶液浓度为10-15%。
所述步骤(1)中真空加压浸渍的真空度为0.085MPa,压力为0.5MPa。
所述的硝酸银溶液浓度为0.05mol/L。
所述葡萄糖溶液的浓度为0.01mol/L。
所述步骤(2)中在葡萄糖溶液中浸渍处理的温度为30℃。

Claims (7)

1.一种木质工艺品的处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)先向氨水溶液中加入相当于氨水溶液重量1-2%的苯胺单体混合均匀得到混合液,将成型的木质工艺品浸入所述混合液中真空加压浸渍1-2h,然后向混合液中加入相当于所述混合液体积5-10%的过硫酸铵溶液,搅拌均匀后于25-30℃常压浸渍12-24h,再将木质工艺品取出并洗涤、干燥处理;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的木质工艺品先在硝酸银溶液中浸渍处理12-24h,然后在葡萄糖溶液中浸渍处理0.5-1h,取出后洗涤除去表面杂质,然后烘干,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质工艺品的处理方法,其特征在于,所述的氨水溶液浓度为0.1-0.15mol/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质工艺品的处理方法,其特征在于,所述的过硫酸铵溶液浓度为10-15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质工艺品的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中真空加压浸渍的真空度为0.085-0.095MPa,压力为0.5-1MPa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质工艺品的处理方法,其特征在于,所述的硝酸银溶液浓度为0.05-0.1mol/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质工艺品的处理方法,其特征在于,所述葡萄糖溶液的浓度为0.01-0.05mol/L。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质工艺品的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中在葡萄糖溶液中浸渍处理的温度为30-40℃。
