Abstract

本发明公开了一种逆向涂覆的涂布机构,包括机架,机架上设有用于输送基材的输送辊组;涂胶辊,转动设置在机架上,位于输送辊组的一侧,用于对基材进行涂布印刷;基材的两面分别对应地抵靠于所述输送辊组和涂胶辊的表面上;第一驱动器,设置在机架上,用于驱动输送辊组与所述涂胶辊同向转动并牵引基材运动;以上涂布机构通过输送辊组主动牵引基材运动,由于输送辊组与涂胶辊为同一时针方向转动,当输送辊组牵引基材向前运动时,涂胶辊与基材接触位置的驱动力方向向后,从而实现逆向涂覆胶水的功能,基材的张紧程度在输送辊组与涂胶辊的相互反向的驱动力的作用下得到保障,使得涂布速度较快的情况下仍能确保涂布作业的均匀性和质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种逆向涂覆的涂布机构。
背景技术
淋膜纸、格拉辛纸等防油防水的制品在生产过程中需要对基材的表面进行涂覆处理,而现有的涂布机构的结构一般包括凹版的网纹辊和涂布压辊,所述涂布压辊抵压在网纹辊表面上以依靠网纹辊转动而带动其旋转,纸张或薄膜等基材从网纹辊与涂布压辊之间穿过,当网纹辊转动时,涂布压辊与网纹辊的转动方向相反,两者对纸张的牵引方向一致,这种涂覆基材的方式的涂覆速度过快时,基材表面的胶量的均匀程度难以保障,致使基材的涂布质量会迅速下降;此外,基材的上胶量受网纹辊的网格限制,上胶量较小,从而导致基材涂层的厚度不足。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种逆向涂覆的涂布机构,该涂布机构能够在涂覆速度较快的情况下保证纸张的涂布质量。
本发明为解决其技术问题而采用的技术方案是:
一种逆向涂覆的涂布机构,包括:机架,机架上设置有用于输送基材的输送辊组;涂胶辊,转动设置在机架上,位于输送辊组的一侧,用于对基材进行涂布印刷;基材的两面分别对应地抵靠于所述输送辊组和涂胶辊的表面上;第一驱动器,设置在机架上,用于驱动输送辊组与所述涂胶辊同向转动并牵引基材运动。
所述涂胶辊的表面光滑,机架上设有位于涂胶辊的表面一侧的刮刀辊,所述刮刀辊与涂胶辊的表面之间具有容许胶体通过的第一间隙。
所述刮刀辊能够靠近或远离所述涂胶辊以调节第一间隙的大小。
所述涂胶辊的下方设置有胶水盆,涂胶辊部分延伸至胶水盆的容腔中,所述刮刀辊沿着涂胶辊转动方向的后方还设置有侧挡胶板,所述侧挡胶板与涂胶辊的表面之间具有容许胶体通过的第二间隙。
所述输送辊组包括活动设置在机架上的牵引辊,所述第一驱动器与牵引辊连接以驱动牵引辊转动,所述牵引辊连接有驱动其相对涂胶辊向上或向下运动的升降驱动器。
所述牵引辊沿基材输送方向的前方和后方分别设置有第一张紧辊和第二张紧辊。
所述第一张紧辊设置在摆臂的一端,摆臂的另一端枢接于机架上,所述摆臂连接有驱动其摆动并固定的摆动固定结构。
所述第二张紧辊通过调节螺杆活动安装在机架上,所述调节螺杆能够驱使第二张紧辊靠近或远离涂胶辊以调节基材抵靠于涂胶辊上的张紧程度和包角。
本发明的有益效果是:一种逆向涂覆的涂布机构,包括:机架,机架上设置有用于输送基材的输送辊组;涂胶辊,转动设置在机架上,位于输送辊组的一侧,用于对基材进行涂布印刷;基材的两面分别对应地抵靠于所述输送辊组和涂胶辊的表面上;第一驱动器,设置在机架上,用于驱动输送辊组与所述涂胶辊同向转动并牵引基材运动;以上结构的涂布机构通过第一驱动器驱动输送辊组以主动牵引基材运动,由于输送辊组与涂胶辊为同一时针方向转动,当输送辊组牵引基材向前运动时,涂胶辊与基材接触位置的驱动力方向向后,从而实现逆向涂覆胶水的功能,基材的张紧程度在输送辊组与涂胶辊的相互反向的驱动力的作用下得到保障,使得涂布速度较快的情况下仍能确保涂布作业的均匀性和质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明,但是,需要说明的是,对以下实施方式的说明是示意性的,并不构成对本发明的具体限定。
参照图1和图2,一种逆向涂覆的涂布机构,包括:机架1,机架1上设置有用于输送基材10的输送辊组2;涂胶辊3,转动设置在机架1上,位于输送辊组2的一侧,用于对基材10进行涂布印刷,机架1上设置有用于驱动涂胶辊3转动的第二驱动器9,在这里,第二驱动器9为与涂胶辊的转动轴相连的电机;基材10的两面分别对应地抵靠于所述输送辊组2和涂胶辊3的表面上;第一驱动器4,设置在机架1上,用于驱动输送辊组2与所述涂胶辊3同向转动并牵引基材10运动,第一驱动器可以为伺服电机或者旋转气缸等。以上涂布机构通过输送辊组2主动牵引基材10运动,由于输送辊组2与涂胶辊3为同一时针方向转动,当输送辊组2牵引基材10向前运动时,涂胶辊3与基材10接触位置的驱动力方向向后,从而实现逆向涂覆胶水的功能,基材10的张紧程度在输送辊组2与涂胶辊3的相互反向的驱动力的作用下得到保障,使得涂布速度较快的情况下仍能确保涂布作业的均匀性和质量。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述涂胶辊3的表面光滑,机架1上设有位于涂胶辊3的表面一侧的刮刀辊5,所述刮刀辊5与涂胶辊3的表面之间具有容许胶体通过的第一间隙,涂胶辊3的表面光滑有利于粘附更多的胶水,涂胶辊3转动后其上的胶水穿过第一间隙以使得粘附于涂胶辊上的胶水的厚度更加均匀和稳定,相对传统的网纹辊而言,能够提高涂胶辊3的上胶量,适应涂布厚度较厚的产品。优选地,所述刮刀辊5能够靠近或远离所述涂胶辊3以调节第一间隙的大小,进而调节不同的涂布厚度。
所述涂胶辊3的下方设置有胶水盆7,涂胶辊3部分延伸至胶水盆7的容腔中,所述刮刀辊5沿着涂胶辊3转动方向的后方还设置有侧挡胶板6,所述侧挡胶板6与涂胶辊3的表面之间具有容许胶体通过的第二间隙,第二间隙初步地调整粘附于涂胶辊上的胶体的厚度。
在本实施例中,所述输送辊组2包括活动设置在机架1上的牵引辊21,所述第一驱动器4与牵引辊21连接以驱动牵引辊21转动,所述牵引辊21连接有驱动其相对涂胶辊3向上或向下运动的升降驱动器8。
优选地,所述牵引辊21沿基材10输送方向的前方和后方分别设置有第一张紧辊22和第二张紧辊23。所述第一张紧辊22设置在摆臂11的一端,摆臂11的另一端枢接于机架1上,所述摆臂11连接有驱动其摆动并固定的摆动固定结构,摆动固定结构可以为与摆臂11相连的气缸或者是驱动摆臂顺时针或逆时针转动的步进电机等。通过摆动固定结构可调整第一张紧辊22对基材10的张紧程度。
所述第二张紧辊23通过调节螺杆12活动安装在机架1上,所述调节螺杆12能够驱使第二张紧辊23靠近或远离涂胶辊3以调节基材10抵靠于涂胶辊3上的张紧程度和包角的大小,调节螺杆转动设置在机架上,第二张紧辊上设置有与调节螺杆相匹配的调节螺母,通过旋转调节螺杆可调节第二张紧辊23与涂胶辊3的相对位置,基材10抵靠于涂胶辊3上的张紧程度,同时还能调节基材10抵靠于涂胶辊3上的包角大小。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,并不限于以上的具体实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (1)

1.一种逆向涂覆的涂布机构,包括:
机架,机架上设置有用于输送基材的输送辊组;
涂胶辊,转动设置在机架上,位于输送辊组的一侧,用于对基材进行涂布印刷;
基材的两面分别对应地抵靠于所述输送辊组和涂胶辊的表面上;
其特征在于:
第一驱动器,设置在机架上,用于驱动输送辊组与所述涂胶辊同向转动并牵引基材运动;
所述涂胶辊的表面光滑,机架上设有位于涂胶辊的表面一侧的刮刀辊,所述刮刀辊与涂胶辊的表面之间具有容许胶体通过的第一间隙;
所述刮刀辊能够靠近或远离所述涂胶辊以调节第一间隙的大小;
所述涂胶辊的下方设置有胶水盆,涂胶辊部分延伸至胶水盆的容腔中,所述刮刀辊沿着涂胶辊转动方向的后方还设置有侧挡胶板,所述侧挡胶板与涂胶辊的表面之间具有容许胶体通过的第二间隙;
所述输送辊组包括活动设置在机架上的牵引辊,所述第一驱动器与牵引辊连接以驱动牵引辊转动,所述牵引辊连接有驱动其相对涂胶辊向上或向下运动的升降驱动器;
所述牵引辊沿基材输送方向的前方和后方分别设置有第一张紧辊和第二张紧辊;
所述第一张紧辊设置在摆臂的一端,摆臂的另一端枢接于机架上,所述摆臂连接有驱动其摆动并固定的摆动固定结构;
所述第二张紧辊通过调节螺杆活动安装在机架上,所述调节螺杆能够驱使第二张紧辊靠近或远离涂胶辊以调节基材抵靠于涂胶辊上的张紧程度和包角。
