本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种竹纤维交织面料。
背景技术
竹纤维,是从自然生长的竹子中提取出的纤维素纤维,继棉、麻、毛、丝后的第五大天然纤维。竹原纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。竹原纤维的化学成分主要是纤维素、半纤维素和木质素,三者同属于高聚糖,总量占纤维干质量的90%以上,其次是蛋白质、脂肪、果胶、单宁、色素、灰分等,大多数存在于细胞内腔或特殊的细胞器内,直接或间接地参与其生理作用。纤维素是组成竹原纤维细胞的主要物质,也是它能作为纺织纤维的意义所在。由于竹龄的不同,其纤维素含量也不同,如毛竹嫩竹为75%、1年生为66%、3年生为58%。竹原纤维中的半纤维素含量一般为14%~25%,毛竹平均含量约为22.7%,并且随着竹龄的增加,其含量也有所下降,如2年生长竹24.9%,4年生23.6%。现有的面料大都粗糙、吸水性不好,所以我们需要一款新型的竹纤维交织面料来解决上述问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种竹纤维交织面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

A、材料的选取:采用天然竹纤维面料,然后依次进行检验、翻布和缝头;
B、前处理:包括烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白和丝光;烧毛处理,将面料平幅快速通过高温火焰,或擦过赤热的金属表面,这时面料上存在的绒毛很快升温,并发生燃烧,而布身比较紧密,升温较慢,在未升到着火点时,即已离开了火焰或赤热的金属表面,从而达到烧去绒毛的目的;所述面料的漂白剂主要有次氯酸钠、过氧化氢和亚氯酸钠;丝光是指含棉纤维面料在一定的张力作用下,经过浓烧碱处理,并保持所需的尺寸,结果使面料获得如丝一般的光泽,除此之外,面料的强力、延伸度和尺寸及形态稳定性也得到提高,纤维的化学反应能力和对染料的吸附能力也有了提高;
C、染色:用涂料在轧车上进行涂料染色生产工艺,包括燃料的准备、浸轧染液、红外线预烘、热风烘干和焙烘,所述热风烘干的温度控制在60℃,所述染色时间设置为60分钟;
D、定型:所需条件:温度100-120摄氏度,速度35m/min;
E、检测:对面料进行物理指标、化学指标和服用性能等进行检测;物理指标:包括强力、克重、颜色色差、色牢度、阻燃性能、洗后外观、洗后缩率、起毛起球等;化学指标:包括甲醛含量、PH值、有无异味、是否含禁用染料、是否含重金属、是否含荧光、是否含APEO\NPEO\PFOS等禁用表面活性剂等;服用性能:包括手感、平滑度、蓬松度、柔软度、色差级别等。
优选的,所述步骤B中退浆可分为酶退浆、碱退浆、酸退浆和氧化剂退浆,所述酶退浆条件为用量3-8克,温度100摄氏度,时间为30分钟。

Claims (6)

1.一种竹纤维交织面料,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
A、材料的选取:采用天然竹纤维面料,然后依次进行检验、翻布和缝头;
B、前处理:包括烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白和丝光;烧毛处理,将面料平幅快速通过高温火焰,或擦过赤热的金属表面,这时面料上存在的绒毛很快升温,并发生燃烧,而布身比较紧密,升温较慢,在未升到着火点时,即已离开了火焰或赤热的金属表面,从而达到烧去绒毛的目的;所述面料的漂白剂主要有次氯酸钠、过氧化氢和亚氯酸钠;丝光是指含棉纤维面料在一定的张力作用下,经过浓烧碱处理,并保持所需的尺寸,结果使面料获得如丝一般的光泽,除此之外,面料的强力、延伸度和尺寸及形态稳定性也得到提高,纤维的化学反应能力和对染料的吸附能力也有了提高;
C、染色:用涂料在轧车上进行涂料染色生产工艺,包括燃料的准备、浸轧染液、红外线预烘、热风烘干和焙烘,所述热风烘干的温度控制在60℃,所述染色时间设置为60分钟;
D、定型:所需条件:温度110摄氏度,速度35m/min;
E、检测:对面料进行物理指标、化学指标和服用性能等进行检测;物理指标:包括强力、克重、颜色色差、色牢度、阻燃性能、洗后外观、洗后缩率、起毛起球等;化学指标:包括甲醛含量、PH值、有无异味、是否含禁用染料、是否含重金属、是否含荧光、是否含APEO\NPEO\PFOS等禁用表面活性剂等;服用性能:包括手感、平滑度、蓬松度、柔软度、色差级别等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维交织面料,其特征在于:所述步骤B中退浆可分为酶退浆、碱退浆、酸退浆和氧化剂退浆,所述生物酶退浆条件为用量3-8克,温度100摄氏度,时间为30分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维交织面料,其特征在于:所述步骤B中煮练的过程中加入亚硫酸钠、硅酸钠或者磷酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维交织面料,其特征在于:所述步骤B中面料的漂白的次数为3-6次。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维交织面料,其特征在于:所述步骤C中活性染色的时候进行皂洗,条件设置为80摄氏度,10-15分钟。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维交织面料,其特征在于:所述步骤D定型的过程中加入整理剂。
