本发明提供一种防爆安全轮毂,主要包括轮辐和轮辋,轮辐与轮辋固定连接,轮辋内侧设有气门孔,所述轮毂外表面设有防爆轮圈,防爆轮圈通过延伸轮辐与所述轮辐和轮辋固定连接,所述防爆轮圈的直径大于轮辋的直径并小于汽车橡胶轮胎的直径。其优点是本发明的一种防爆安全轮毂在汽车行驶过程中突然发生爆胎时,能很好减轻车辆重心发生的偏移,有效预防和减少安全事故的发生。同时,它设计简单科学,易于生产、安装和使用,稳定性好,加工成本较低,适用于多种车辆。

背景技术
汽车爆胎所造成的后果是无法估量和预测的,高速行驶的汽车在爆胎后车辆重心迅速偏移,导致车辆方向无法控制,极易酿成重大人员和财产安全事故。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种防爆安全轮毂,在汽车行驶过程中突然发生爆胎时,能很好地减轻车辆重心的偏移,能有效预防和减少安全事故的发生。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种防爆安全轮毂,主要包括轮辐和轮辋,轮辐与轮辋固定连接,轮辋内侧设有气门孔,所述轮毂外表面设有防爆轮圈,防爆轮圈通过延伸轮辐与所述轮辐和轮辋固定连接,所述防爆轮圈的直径大于轮辋的直径并小于汽车橡胶轮胎的直径。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述防爆轮圈的表面设有橡胶。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述防爆轮圈的横截面为圆形、椭圆形或方形。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述防爆轮圈用不锈钢或合金材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种防爆安全轮毂在汽车行驶过程中突然发生爆胎时,能很好减轻车辆重心发生的偏移,有效预防和减少安全事故的发生。同时,本发明的防爆安全轮毂设计简单科学,易于生产、安装和使用,稳定性好,加工成本较低,适用于多种车辆。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明:根据附图1可知,本发明的一种防爆安全轮毂,主要包括轮辐4和轮辋3,轮辐4与轮辋3固定连接,轮辋3内侧设有气门孔1,所述轮毂外表面设有防爆轮圈6,防爆轮圈6通过延伸轮辐5与所述轮辐4和轮辋3固定连接,所述防爆轮圈6的直径大于轮辋3的直径并小于汽车橡胶轮胎7的直径。本发明的一种防爆安全轮毂,所述防爆轮圈6与轮毂上轮辋3外侧采用辐条式结构相互固定连接为一体,所述防爆轮圈6与延伸轮辐5紧贴橡胶轮胎7壁外侧,如普通轮毂为基础衍生出的稍小车轮,其直径小于汽车橡胶轮胎7直径,在汽车突发爆胎后,使用本发明的车辆方向偏离度减小,设有所述防爆轮圈6的车轮能够继续旋转,支撑汽车继续行驶,使汽车不发生大的偏离、转向和甩尾,可以安全行驶到避险地带,从而保障汽车安全。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述防爆轮圈6的表面设有橡胶,也可根据需要在所述防爆轮圈6外边沿加装实心橡胶圈,以减缓车辆与地面之间的冲击力。
对于分体轮毂,可使轮毂罩与所述防爆轮圈6连接,以加强所述防爆轮圈6的支撑力度,提高所述防爆轮圈6抗撞击性能,提高轮毂的安全系数。
本发明的一种防爆安全轮毂在使用时,将所述橡胶轮胎7安装在所述轮辋3上,通过轮毂上的所述气门孔1有气门嘴与所述橡胶轮胎7连接,轮毂的中心孔2对正汽车转动轴,用螺栓通过螺栓孔8将轮毂固定在汽车转动轴上即可。当汽车突发爆胎时,所述防爆轮圈6能够代替车轮接触地面,起到防止偏向的作用,避免出现车毁人亡重大交通事故,而且可以继续行驶至安全地点,使用起来非常方便。
