Abstract
本发明公开了一种脂肪酸复合物,包括如下重量份的组分:混合脂肪酸2.2‑3份、表面活性剂16‑40份、辅助酸40‑60份;所述混合脂肪酸为辛酸、壬酸和癸酸的混合物,所述辅助酸为月桂酸或月桂酸和柠檬酸的混合物。本发明具有广谱杀菌、抗病毒活性,可杀灭脊髓灰质炎病毒、***病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒、禽流感病毒,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率达到99.99999%。在稀释条件下具有优异的储存稳定性,用于食品消毒液,具有优良的食品保鲜功能,消毒免清洗、无金属腐蚀性、属实际无毒级,不刺激皮肤、不易挥发。本发明产品的pH为酸性,淡椰香味,消毒清洗后的污水不污染环境,在一些消毒场景中可以重复使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤消毒液,具体涉及一种用于消毒液的脂肪酸复合物。
背景技术
理想的消毒剂应具备杀菌谱广、杀菌能力强、作用速度快、稳定性好、无毒、无残留、无腐蚀、无刺激、易溶于水、对人和动物安全及价廉易得、对环境污染小等特点。
目前市面上常用的消毒剂包括以下几类:1、氧化类。杀菌机理是释放出新生态原子氧、氧化菌体中的活性基团;杀菌特点是作用快而强,能杀死所有微生物,包括细菌芽孢、病毒。以表面消毒为主,如二氧化氯、双氧水、臭氧、次氯酸钠等,该类消毒剂为灭菌剂。2、醛类。杀菌机理是使蛋白变性或烷基化;杀菌特点是对细菌、芽孢、真菌、病毒均有效。但温度影响较大。如甲醛、戊二醛等。该类消毒剂可做灭菌剂使用。3、酚类。杀菌机理是使蛋白变性、沉淀或使酶***失活;杀菌特点是对真菌和部分病毒有效。4、醇类。杀菌机理是使蛋白变性,干扰代谢;杀菌特点是对细菌有效,对芽孢、真菌、病毒无效,如乙醇、乙丙醇等。该类消毒剂为中效消毒剂,只能用于一般性消毒。5、碱、盐类。杀菌机理是使蛋白变性、沉淀或溶解;杀菌特点是能杀死细菌繁殖体,能杀死细菌芽孢、病毒和一些难杀死的微生物。杀菌作用强,有强腐蚀性,如氢氧化钠、氧化钙、食盐(无腐蚀性)等。一般只能作为预防消毒液和灭菌洗涤液。6、卤素类。杀菌机理是氧化菌体中的活性基因,与氨基结合使蛋白变性;特点是能杀死大部分微生物,以表面消毒为主,性质不稳定,杀菌效果受环境条件影响大,如次氯酸钠、优氯净等。该类消毒剂为中效消毒液,可以作为一般消毒剂使用。7、表面活性剂类。杀菌机理是改变细胞膜透性,使细胞质外漏,妨碍呼吸或使蛋白酶变性;杀菌特点是能杀死细菌繁殖体,但对芽孢、真菌、病毒、结核病菌作用差。碱性、中性条件下效果好,如新洁尔灭、百毒杀等。该类消毒剂为中低效消毒剂,可以作为一般消毒剂使用。
中国专利CN101092592A公开了一种可食用的消毒液,包括3.1-3.7wt%的辛酸,4.6-5.4wt%的壬酸,2.1-2.7wt%的癸酸,以及88.2-90.2wt%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠。该消毒液相比常规消毒液具有稳定性好、安全性高、广谱杀菌等优点。中国专利CN101233852A公开了一种脂肪酸类消毒液,其包括辛癸酸和壬酸,表面活性剂和其他酸。该组合物具有更安全的使用性能、更为广谱的杀菌活性。目前消费市场对消毒液性能提出了更高的要求,例如杀菌性能更高、同时具备抗病毒性能,储存稳定性更好等等,此外在家庭食品消毒领域,还需要消毒液具有食品保鲜功能。因此,有必要进一步开发新型消毒液。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种脂肪酸复合物,以解决背景技术存在的上述缺陷。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案实现的:
一种脂肪酸复合物,包括如下重量份的组分:
混合脂肪酸 2.2-3份、
表面活性剂 16-40份、
辅助酸 40-60份;
所述混合脂肪酸为辛酸、壬酸和癸酸的混合物,所述辅助酸为月桂酸或月桂酸和柠檬酸的混合物。
作为优选的技术方案,所述混合脂肪酸中辛酸、壬酸和癸酸的重量比为1:0.7-1.2:0.4-0.8。
作为优选的技术方案,所述辅助酸为月桂酸和柠檬酸的混合物,两者的重量比为1:1-5。
所述表面活性剂选自烷基磺酸盐、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯的一种或两种以上的混合物。
作为优选的技术方案,所述表面活性剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯或聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,例如司盘-20、司盘-40、司盘-60、司盘-80、吐温-20、吐温-40、吐温-60、吐温-80等等。优选吐温-20,即月桂酸酯,具体是聚氧乙烯去水山梨醇单月桂酸酯和一部分聚氧乙烯双去水山梨醇单月桂酸酯的混合物。
在上述方案的基础上,本发明优选提供一种脂肪酸复合物,包括如下重量份的组分:
本发明还提供一种脂肪酸复合物,包括如下重量份的组分:
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种脂肪酸消毒液,是将上述脂肪酸复合物原液加水稀释而成,水的用量不超过所述脂肪酸复合物体积的300倍,优选的稀释倍数为50-200倍,当稀释倍数为100倍时,杀菌、杀灭病毒的效果最优。
该脂肪酸消毒液可应用于杀菌、杀灭病毒,所述菌包括金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌、单核细胞增多性李斯特菌,所述病毒包括脊髓灰质炎病毒、***病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒(蓝耳病毒)、禽流感病毒。
本发明在原有消毒液配方中使用辛酸、壬酸、癸酸的基础上,加入一定比例的月桂酸或月桂酸和柠檬酸的混合物,意外的发现其具有更广谱和更高效的杀菌和抗病毒性能,可100%杀灭***病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒、禽流感病毒、脊髓灰质炎病毒,并且对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率可达到99.99999%,比现有技术整整提高了两个数量级。在CN101233852A中虽然也提到配方中含有不到1%的月桂酸,但显然在含量如此少的情况下并未产生本发明的效果。其具体机理尚不清楚,可能是由于月桂酸本身也具有一定的杀菌和抗病毒的效果,与辛酸、壬酸和癸酸配伍后产生了协同作用,大大提高了杀菌效果,并对多种病毒产生了杀灭作用。
发明人还发现,在上述配方中采用失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯或聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯取代烷基磺酸盐作为表面活性剂,其溶解性和稳定性更佳,尤其是使用吐温-20后,本发明脂肪酸复合物体系具有最佳的溶解性和稳定性。
此外,发明人进一步发现,采用本发明脂肪酸复合物稀释后配制的消毒液清洗水果、蔬菜,除了起到杀菌消毒之作用,还可有效抑制生鲜食品的呼吸强度,降低多酚氧化酶的活性,从而延长食品的储存时间,起到保鲜功效。
综上,本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1、具有更广谱的杀菌、抗病毒活性,可杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌、单核细胞增多性李斯特菌,尤其可杀灭脊髓灰质炎病毒、***病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒、禽流感病毒。
2、对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率达到99.99999%。
3、在稀释条件下具有优异的储存稳定性。
4、用于食品消毒液,具有优良的食品保鲜功能。
5、消毒免清洗、无金属腐蚀性、属实际无毒级,不刺激皮肤、不易挥发。
6、本发明产品的pH为酸性,淡椰香味,消毒清洗后的污水不污染环境,在一些消毒场景中可以重复使用。
7、具有优良的去污能力。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行阐述,但并不限制本发明。
一种脂肪酸复合物,包括如下重量份的组分:
混合脂肪酸 2.2-3份、
表面活性剂 16-40份、
辅助酸 40-60份;
其中,混合脂肪酸是辛酸、壬酸和癸酸的混合物,优选按照如下配比:辛酸、壬酸和癸酸的重量比为1:0.7-1.2:0.4-0.8。
其中,表面活性剂选自烷基磺酸盐、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯的一种或两种以上的混合物。当使用失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯或聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯时,本发明脂肪酸复合物的溶解性和储存稳定性更好,尤其是使用吐温-20后,复合物体系具有最佳的溶解性和稳定性。使用现有技术中常用的烷基磺酸盐,如十二烷基苯磺酸钠,并不影响本发明杀菌、抗病毒的效果,但储存稳定性略差。
所述辅助酸可以是月桂酸,也可以采用月桂酸和柠檬酸的混合物。当辅助酸为月桂酸和柠檬酸的混合物时,两者的重量比为1:1-5。
本发明脂肪酸复合物的制备方法,是将上述各组分按配比混合后,根据实际产品需要,不加入或加入适量水,充分搅拌均匀即可。
实施例中所使用的原料如无特殊说明,均为市售产品。
实施例1:
将上述各组分充分混合,搅拌均匀即得到所述脂肪酸复合物。
实施例2:
将上述各组分充分混合,搅拌均匀即得到所述脂肪酸复合物。
实施例3:
将上述各组分充分混合,搅拌均匀即得到所述脂肪酸复合物。
实施例4:
将上述各组分充分混合,搅拌均匀即得到所述脂肪酸复合物。
对比例:
将上述各组分充分混合,搅拌均匀即可。
应用实施例
将上述实施例1-4和对比例样品分别加水稀释100倍配制成消毒液,随后进行如下各项检测。
1、对各类细菌的杀灭效果
1.1试验方法:采用《消毒技术规范》2002年版,2.1.1.9真菌杀灭试验;2.1.1.5.5中和剂悬液定量鉴定试验;2.1.1.7.4悬液定量杀菌试验操作程序。
1.2试验对象:实施例1-4和对比例样品分别按照1:100倍加水稀释配制成消毒液,25℃条件下分别针对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌、单核细胞增多性李斯特菌(标准菌株:54002-2),作用2分钟,重复实验3次。
1.3试验结果:测试结果如表1所示:

1.4试验结论:结果表明,本发明脂肪酸复合物经1:100稀释配制的消毒液,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达到99.99999%;对比样的杀灭率为99.999%。对白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌、单核细胞增多性李斯特菌也具有很好的杀菌效果。
2、对禽流感病毒的杀灭效果
2.1、试验方法:
配制107.25EID50/0.1mL的H5N1亚型禽流感病毒悬液,与消毒液按体积比1:9混合,在20℃条件下作用10分钟,与中和剂作用(按0.5%硫代硫酸钠、2%吐温、0.5%软磷脂的配比,使用PBS溶液配制中和剂),再用灭菌PBS做10倍递进稀释,做8个稀释度,每个稀释度接种5枚10日龄SPF鸡胚(0.1mL/胚)。阴性对照组用灭菌PBS代替消毒液,同法处理。将接种的鸡胚置于37℃温箱中培养,记录鸡胚死亡情况。24小时以内死亡的鸡胚去掉,24小时以后的死胚及时取出,至96小时全部取出,逐个取尿囊液做血凝(HA)试验,血凝阳性者判定为鸡胚感染。
按照鸡胚感染的结果,按以下公式计算试验组与杀灭率和对照组鸡胚感染的阳性率、样品含EID50与杀灭率:
阳性率=血凝阳性鸡胚数/接种鸡胚数;
样品含EID50的对数=L-d(S-0.5);其中,L为最低稀释倍数的对数,d为稀释度间对数的差,S为各稀释列阳性率之和;
病毒杀灭率=(对照样本含EID50量-试验样本含EID50量)/对照样本含EID50量×100%。
2.2、试验结果:按上述方法试验并计算实施例1-4的病毒灭杀率均为100%,有完全的杀灭禽流感病毒的作用。
3、对***病毒的杀灭效果
3.1、试验方法:
取O型***乳鼠组织毒(LD50=10-8.0),用0.04mol/L的磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=7.6)稀释成1:500倍病毒悬液,分别与实施例1-4样品稀释100倍的消毒液等量混合,室温作用30min后,注射4日龄乳鼠25只,每只乳鼠背部皮下注射病毒-消毒液混合液0.2ml;设阳性对照组,每组25只乳鼠,背部皮下注射0.2ml1:1000倍稀释的病毒液;设空白组,每组25只乳鼠,背部皮下注射0.2ml去离子水。注射后连续观察7天。
3.2、判定方法:
1)空白组无乳鼠死亡,阳性对照组的乳鼠在接种病毒后死亡,并从体内检测到***病毒,试验成立。
2)病毒杀灭率=试验组未感染乳鼠数/试验组乳鼠总数,其中未感染乳鼠包括试验组中未死亡乳鼠及非因感染***病毒死亡的乳鼠。
3.3、试验结果:
消毒液对***病毒的杀灭效果试验的结果如表2所示:

试验结果表明,本发明消毒液对***病毒的灭杀率达到100%。
4、对猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒的杀灭效果
4.1、实验方法:
取猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒毒株,用灭菌去离子水稀释配制105TCID50/ml病毒悬液,与消毒液等量混合,室温下作用30分钟后,接于6孔细胞培养板(培养板中为已培养的Marc-145细胞)中,每孔200μL;每孔加入2ml含2%胎牛血清的DMEM细胞培养液;设病毒阳性对照组;设阴性对照组:采用灭菌去离子水和2%胎牛血清的DMEM细胞培养液对照。连续观察7天,每组试验重复4次。
4.2、判定方法:
1)病毒对照组产生特异性细胞病变,阴性对照组未产生特异性细胞病变,试验成立。
2)试验组在观察期内未产生特异性细胞病变,判定有效。
3)试验组在观察期内产生特异性细胞病变,判定无效。
4.3、试验结果:
消毒液对猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒的杀灭效果试验的结果如表3所示:

试验结果表明,本发明消毒液对猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒的灭杀率达到100%。
5、对脊髓灰质炎病毒的杀灭效果
5.1、实验方法:依据《消毒技术规范》2002版,第二部分2.1.1.10病毒灭活试验。
5.2、试验条件:室温25-28℃,湿度38-40%RH。
5.3、试验结果:
消毒液对脊髓灰质炎病毒的杀灭效果试验的结果如表4所示:

试验结果表明,本发明消毒液对脊髓灰质炎病毒的灭杀率达到100%。
6、金属腐蚀性
6.1、实验方法:依据《消毒技术规范》2002版,2.2.4消毒剂对金属腐蚀性的测定。
6.2、试验条件:
消毒剂浓度:原液
浸泡量:200mL/片
浸泡时间:72小时(不换液)
试验温度:室温20-22℃,湿度45-50%RH。
6.3、试验结果:
各实施例消毒液对金属的腐蚀程度如表5所示:

试验结果表明,本发明消毒液对不锈钢和铜基本无腐蚀,对碳钢、铝轻度腐蚀。
