The PCV valve of the automobile engine comprises a first valve body, a thrust spring, a check ring, an O-shaped ring, a combined valve core, a large spring and a second valve body. The invention discloses a combined valve core of a PCV (positive pressure regulator) of an automobile engine, which comprises a valve core head part and a valve seat, wherein the valve core head part is made of metal, the valve seat is made of plastic, and the valve core head part and the valve seat are fixedly connected into a whole. The invention adopts a metal and plastic dual-material combined valve core structure, the head part of the metal valve core plays the advantages of heat treatment and surface treatment of the metal material, and the wear resistance of the combined valve core is improved. The plastic valve seat plays the advantages of plastics in NVH performance, reduces the mass of the combined valve core and slows down the impact inertia of the combined valve core. The head of the metal valve core is formed by machining, and the head of the metal valve core and the plastic valve seat are combined by injection molding in an inverted buckle structure, so that the reliability of the combined valve core is ensured.

In the plastic valve core PCV, the plastic valve core moves axially at a high speed and rotates radially, and the matching part of the head of the valve core and the air outlet cavity is easy to wear, so that the characteristic flow deviation is caused.

The air inlet cavity is of a cylindrical structure, the diameter of the air inlet cavity is larger than that of the cavity in the lower portion of the air outlet cavity, the outer diameter of the check ring 3 is larger than that of the air inlet cavity, and the inner diameter of the check ring 3 is smaller than that of the cavity in the lower portion of the air outlet cavity.

The invention confirms the maximum axial stroke of the combined valve core 5 through test verification, ensures that the metal section of the combined valve core is always matched with the metal retainer ring, ensures the durability and the reliability, and simultaneously reduces the mass, reduces the impact kinetic energy and improves the performance through the metal section of the combined valve core 5.
