技术领域
本发明属于包装技术领域,具体涉及一种医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶及其涂布工艺,作为医用灭菌袋包装材料的应用。
背景技术
常规医用透析纸是由木浆脱水后制成,主体为木制纤维素,广泛用于医用灭菌袋包装材料,可进行环氧乙烷高温蒸汽灭菌。由于透析纸的木质纤维素不能与其他高分子材料如PETG、PVC、PS、PP、APET、PET和PE等进行热封合,故需要开发一种可用于透析纸的涂层热封胶,使其能与其他材料进行热封合,作为医用灭菌纸塑袋或第三类医疗器械的硬吸塑封合盖材用于包装各类医用材料如针筒、导管、镊子、口罩、手套和呼吸面罩等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶,涂布于医用透析纸上具有良好的粘结性能;本发明还提供了上述水性涂层热封胶在医用透析纸上的涂布工艺,工艺简单,操作方便,易于规模化生产。
本发明的上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶,按质量百分比计,包括:
苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物3%-7%,
乙烯丙烯酸共聚物2%-10%,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5%-15%,
聚乙烯蜡1%-5%,
松香树脂2%-5%,
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1%-5%,
碳五石油树脂1%-4%,
十二烷基硫酸钠1%-3%,
十八烷基脂肪酸2%-8%,
十二烷基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚1%-5%,
氨水0.1%-1%,
余量为去离子水。

苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物5%,

本发明的第二方面,上述医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶涂布于医用透析纸上的工艺,具体地,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备水性涂层热封胶
先将上述十二烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基脂肪酸、十二烷基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水投入到反应釜中,升温至50-60℃后搅拌20-30min;再依次加入上述苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚乙烯蜡、松香树脂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚和碳五石油树脂,调整反应釜内压力为2-3bar,搅拌加热至120℃后,然后在搅拌转速为1500-2000rpm下进行高速搅拌30-60min,并迅速降温至50-60℃,加入上述氨水调节pH值至7-8,继续搅拌20-30min后,即得水性涂层热封胶;
(2)网线辊上胶涂布
将步骤(1)中制备的水性涂层热封胶经由180线网线辊上胶后均匀涂布于医用透析纸上,即得涂层医用透析纸;具体工序为:放卷、上胶、烘干、冷却和收卷;其中,上胶量为所述水性涂层热封胶干基1-3g/m2,烘干温度为60-65℃,涂布速度为20-50m/min。
进一步地,步骤(2)中,所述上胶量为所述水性涂层热封胶干基2g/m2,烘干温度为62℃,涂布速度为35m/min。
本发明的第三方面在于上述水性涂层热封胶在医用灭菌袋包装材料的应用。
本发明的第四方面在于上述涂层医用透析纸在医用灭菌袋包装材料的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
一、现有技术中常规医用透析纸不能与其他高分子材料如PETG、PVC、PS、PP、APET、PET和PE等进行热封合,本发明的水性涂层热封胶涂布于医用透析纸后粘结性好,材料强度高,可以与其他材料进行良好热封合,作为医用灭菌纸塑袋或第三类医疗器械的硬吸塑封合盖材用于包装各类医用材料如针筒、导管镊子、口罩、手套和呼吸面罩等。
二、本发明中医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶的涂布工艺简单,操作方便,成本低,且易于规模化生产。

下面给出本发明较佳实施例以详细说明本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例,以下实施例中实验方法如无特殊说明均为常规方法,试剂与材料无特殊说明均市售可得。
实施例1
先配置水性涂层热封胶原料,按质量百分比计具体为:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物3%,乙烯丙烯酸共聚物2%,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5%,聚乙烯蜡1%,松香树脂2%,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1%,碳五石油树脂1%,十二烷基硫酸钠1%,十八烷基脂肪酸2%,十二烷基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚1%,氨水0.1%,余量为去离子水。
再将上述原料涂布于医用透析纸上,涂布工艺具体为:1)先将上述十二烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基脂肪酸、十二烷基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水投入到反应釜中,升温至50℃后搅拌20min;再依次加入上述苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚乙烯蜡、松香树脂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚和碳五石油树脂,调整反应釜内压力为2bar,搅拌加热至120℃后,然后在搅拌转速为1500rpm下进行高速搅拌30min,并迅速降温至50℃,加入上述氨水调节pH值至7,继续搅拌20min后,即得水性涂层热封胶;2)再将步骤1)中制备的水性涂层热封胶经由180线网线辊上胶后均匀涂布于60克华邦纸上,即得涂层医用透析纸;具体工序为:放卷、上胶、烘干、冷却和收卷;其中,上胶量为水性涂层热封胶干基1g/m2,烘干温度为60℃,涂布速度为20m/min。
实施例2
先配置水性涂层热封胶原料,按质量百分比计具体为:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物7%,乙烯丙烯酸共聚物10%,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15%,聚乙烯蜡5%,松香树脂5%,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,碳五石油树脂4%,十二烷基硫酸钠3%,十八烷基脂肪酸8%,十二烷基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚5%,氨水1%,余量为去离子水。
再将上述原料涂布于医用透析纸上,涂布工艺具体为:1)先将上述十二烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基脂肪酸、十二烷基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水投入到反应釜中,升温至60℃后搅拌30min;再依次加入上述苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚乙烯蜡、松香树脂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚和碳五石油树脂,调整反应釜内压力为3bar,搅拌加热至120℃后,然后在搅拌转速为2000rpm下进行高速搅拌60min,并迅速降温至60℃,加入上述氨水调节pH值至8,继续搅拌30min后,即得水性涂层热封胶;2)再将步骤1)中制备的水性涂层热封胶经由180线网线辊上胶后均匀涂布于70克华邦纸上,即得涂层医用透析纸;具体工序为:放卷、上胶、烘干、冷却和收卷;其中,上胶量为水性涂层热封胶干基3g/m2,烘干温度为65℃,涂布速度为50m/min。
实施例3
先配置水性涂层热封胶原料,按质量百分比计具体为:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物5%,乙烯丙烯酸共聚物6%,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10%,聚乙烯蜡3%,松香树脂3.5%,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,碳五石油树脂2.5%,十二烷基硫酸钠2%,十八烷基脂肪酸5%,十二烷基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚3%,氨水0.5%,余量为去离子水。
再将上述原料涂布于医用透析纸上,涂布工艺具体为:1)先将上述十二烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基脂肪酸、十二烷基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水投入到反应釜中,升温至55℃后搅拌25min;再依次加入上述苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚乙烯蜡、松香树脂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚和碳五石油树脂,调整反应釜内压力为2.5bar,搅拌加热至120℃后,然后在搅拌转速为1800rpm下进行高速搅拌45min,并迅速降温至55℃,加入上述氨水调节pH值至7.5,继续搅拌25min后,即得水性涂层热封胶;2)再将步骤1)中制备的水性涂层热封胶经由180线网线辊上胶后均匀涂布于60克华邦纸上,即得涂层医用透析纸;具体工序为:放卷、上胶、烘干、冷却和收卷;其中,上胶量为水性涂层热封胶干基1.5g/m2,烘干温度为60℃,涂布速度为35m/min。
实施例4
与实施例3的原料配比和涂布工艺基本相同,不同之处在于采用的医用透析纸为70克华邦纸。
实施例5
与实施例3的原料配比和涂布工艺基本相同,不同之处在于采用的医用透析纸为80克华邦纸。
对比例1-3
采用普通市售涂层胶水分别涂布于60克华邦纸、70克华邦纸和80克华邦纸上,涂布工艺与实施例3基本相同,然后分别与PE/PET复合膜进行热封合,热封温度为145℃,时间1s,热封压力为4.5bar,热封面为PE面,然后按照ASTM F8806进行剥离强度测试,结果如表1所示。
效果例1-3
将实施例3-5制备的涂层医用透析纸分别与PE/PET复合膜进行热封合,热封温度为145℃,时间1s,热封压力为4.5bar,热封面为PE面,然后按照ASTM F8806进行剥离强度测试,结果如表1所示。从效果例1-3和对比例1-3的剥离强度可以看出,本发明制备的水性涂层热封胶涂布于涂胶透析纸后与PE/PET复合膜具有良好的热封效果。

采用普通市售涂层胶水分别涂布于60克华邦纸、70克华邦纸和80克华邦纸上,涂布工艺与实施例3基本相同,然后分别与PVC膜进行热封合,热封温度为135℃,时间1.5s,热封压力为5bar,PVC厚度为0.5mm,然后按照ASTM F8806进行剥离强度测试,结果如表2所示。
效果例4-6
将实施例3-5制备的涂层医用透析纸分别与PVC膜进行热封合,热封温度为135℃,时间1.5s,热封压力为5bar,PVC厚度为0.5mm,然后按照ASTM F8806进行剥离强度测试,结果如表2所示。从效果例4-6和对比例4-6的剥离强度可以看出,本发明制备的水性涂层热封胶涂布于涂胶透析纸后与PVC膜具有良好的热封效果。

对比例7-9
采用普通市售涂层胶水分别涂布于60克华邦纸、70克华邦纸和80克华邦纸上,涂布工艺与实施例3基本相同,然后分别与PET膜进行热封合,热封温度为135℃,时间1.5s,热封压力为5bar,PET厚度为0.5mm,然后按照ASTM F8806进行剥离强度测试,结果如表3所示。
效果例7-9
将实施例3-5制备的涂层医用透析纸分别与PET膜进行热封合,热封温度为135℃,时间1.5s,热封压力为5bar,PET厚度为0.5mm,然后按照ASTM F8806进行剥离强度测试,结果如表3所示。从效果例7-9和对比例7-9的剥离强度可以看出,本发明制备的水性涂层热封胶涂布于涂胶透析纸后与PE/PET复合膜具有良好的热封效果。

以上所述为本发明的较佳实施例而已,但本发明不应该局限于该实施例所公开的内容。所以凡是不脱离本发明所公开的精神下完成的等效或修改,都落入本发明保护的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括:
苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物 3%-7%,
乙烯丙烯酸共聚物 2%-10%,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 5%-15%,
聚乙烯蜡 1%-5%,
松香树脂 2%-5%,
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚 1%-5%,
碳五石油树脂 1%-4%,
十二烷基硫酸钠 1%-3%,
十八烷基脂肪酸 2%-8%,
十二烷基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚 1%-5%,
氨水 0.1%-1%,
余量为去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶,其特征在于,所述医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶,按质量百分比计,包括:
苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物 5%,
乙烯丙烯酸共聚物 6%,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 10%,
聚乙烯蜡 3%,
松香树脂 3.5%,
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚 3%,
碳五石油树脂 2.5%,
十二烷基硫酸钠 2%,
十八烷基脂肪酸 5%,
十二烷基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚 3%,
氨水 0.5%,
余量为去离子水。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯蜡的平均分子量为1000-5000。
4.如权利要求1所述的医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶,其特征在于,所述氨水的浓度为10%(v/v)。
5.一种如权利要求1-4所述医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶涂布于医用透析纸上的工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备水性涂层热封胶
先将上述十二烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基脂肪酸、十二烷基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚和去离子水投入到反应釜中,升温至50-60℃后搅拌20-30min;再依次加入上述苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚乙烯蜡、松香树脂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚和碳五石油树脂,调整反应釜内压力为2-3bar,搅拌加热至120℃后,然后在搅拌转速为1500-2000rpm下进行高速搅拌30-60min,并迅速降温至50-60℃;再向釜内加入上述氨水调节pH值至7-8,继续搅拌20-30min后,即得水性涂层热封胶;
(2)网线辊上胶涂布
将步骤(1)中制备的水性涂层热封胶经由180线网线辊上胶后均匀涂布于医用透析纸上,即得涂层医用透析纸;具体工序为:放卷、上胶、烘干、冷却和收卷;其中,上胶量为所述水性涂层热封胶干基1-3g/m2,烘干温度为60-65℃,涂布速度为20-50m/min。
6.如权利要求5所述医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶涂布于医用透析纸上的工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述上胶量为所述水性涂层热封胶干基2g/m2,烘干温度为62℃,涂布速度为35m/min。
7.一种如权利要求5或6所述医用透析纸用水性涂层热封胶涂布于医用透析纸上的工艺制得的涂层医用透析纸。
8.如权利要求1-4任一项所述水性涂层热封胶在医用灭菌包装材料上的应用。
9.如权利要求7所述涂层医用透析纸在医用灭菌包装材料上的应用。
