Principle of operation
In the working process of the invention, firstly, agricultural wastes are placed on a first conveying table 2, the agricultural wastes are conveyed to the right side, when the agricultural wastes are conveyed into a waste cutting device 3, a PLC43 is used for controlling an electric lifting cylinder 32 to respectively push a cutting motor 33 and a connecting shaft 35 downwards, the cutting motor 33 is used for driving a wire saw 36 to rotate on the outer side of the connecting shaft 35, the agricultural wastes are cut, the cut agricultural wastes are conveyed into a crushing and stirring box 71 through a second conveying table 5, a PLC43 is used for controlling a stirring and crushing motor 73 to rotate and driving a crushing and stirring blade 76 to rotate through a stirring rod 75, the agricultural wastes in the crushing and stirring box 71 are stirred and crushed, after the crushing is finished, a pull handle 79 is pulled to draw a partition plate 78 out in a fixed clamping groove 77, the crushed wastes are conveyed into a manual sorting area 9 through a third conveying table 8, sorting the materials by manpower, respectively placing the good materials, the medium materials and the low materials into a first sorting and conveying platform 10, a second sorting and conveying platform 11 and a third sorting and conveying platform 12, conveying the good materials into a material storage hopper 13 by the first sorting and conveying platform 10 for storage, conveying the medium materials into an extrusion fixing frame 141 by the second sorting and conveying platform 11, controlling an electric extrusion cylinder 146 by a PLC43, pressing the materials by a downward extrusion pressing frame 147 of the electric extrusion cylinder 146 to press blocks, controlling an electric pushing cylinder 144 by a PLC43 to push blocks in a shaping mold 145 rightwards, manually discharging the blocks in the shaping mold 145, withdrawing the shaping mold 145 rightwards by the electric pushing cylinder 144, conveying the low materials into an incinerator body 151 by the third sorting and conveying platform 12 for incineration, simultaneously extracting external air by a fan 155 through an air inlet pipe 156, and utilize the air duct 154 to transmit in the outlet duct 153 so that can improve combustion efficiency, utilize the pipe 161 of discharging fume to discharge smog simultaneously, utilize stainless steel filter screen 163, aluminium honeycomb filter screen 164 and active carbon filter screen 165 to filter it when discharging, the waste material after the usable burning can play the fertilization effect to agricultural plant, so that can cyclic utilization.
