Alternatively, the protrusion 1261 may be formed on the inner wall of the connection housing 126, the protrusion 1261 may be one and formed in a ring shape, and the protrusion 1261 may be rod-shaped and may include a plurality of protrusions spaced apart from one another.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 3 and 4, an annular protrusion 1262 may be formed on the connection housing 126, and the water outlet end of the center water collecting pipe 1221 (referring to the upper end of the center water collecting pipe 1221 in fig. 3 and 4) is fitted in the annular protrusion 1262. Thus, the connection of the mouth feel filter element 123 and the fine filter element 122 is facilitated by the fitting of the center water collecting pipe 1221 in the annular projection 1262 of the connection housing 126, and the connection is quick and reliable, and the pure water in the center water collecting pipe 1221 smoothly flows into the connection housing 126.
Further, a sealing member 1264 (e.g., a seal ring) may be provided between the inner peripheral wall of the above-mentioned annular projection 1262 and the outer peripheral wall of the center water collecting pipe 1221, whereby the sealing property of the connection between the connection housing 126 and the center water collecting pipe 1221 can be ensured, preventing the concentrated water in the concentrated water passage a1 from entering the connection housing 126.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the composite filter cartridge 12 further comprises: the first positioning piece 127 and the second positioning piece 128 are respectively arranged at two axial ends of the taste filter element 123 and are connected with the taste filter element 123. Thus, the first positioning member 127 and the second positioning member 128 can position the mouth feel filter element 123 in the axial direction (up-down direction in fig. 3), so that the mouth feel filter element 123 can be positioned in the connecting shell 126 conveniently, and the structure of the composite filter element 12 is stable and reliable.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the taste filter element 123 is tubular, and both ends of the taste filter element 123 in the axial direction can be opened, so that the taste filter element 123 has a simple structure and is easy to process and form, and the inner hole of the taste filter element 123 forms the pure water channel a3, so that the pure water channel a3 does not need to be additionally arranged on the taste filter element 123. The first positioning member 127 includes a first positioning body 1271 and a first limiting protrusion 1273 formed on the first positioning body 1271, the first positioning body 1271 covers one end of the mouth feel filter element 123 adjacent to the center water collecting pipe 1221 (refer to the lower end of the mouth feel filter element 123 in fig. 3) so that the pure water passage a3 in the mouth feel filter element 123 is separated from the center water collecting pipe 1221, water in the center water collecting pipe 1221 is prevented from directly entering the pure water passage a3 without being filtered by the mouth feel filter element 123, and the first limiting protrusion 1273 is fitted in the inner hole of the mouth feel filter element 123.
The second positioning member 128 includes a second positioning body 1281 and a second limiting projection 1283 formed on the second positioning body 1281, the second positioning body 1281 is disposed at one end of the mouth feel filter element 123 away from the central water collecting pipe 1221 (refer to the upper end of the mouth feel filter element 123 in fig. 3), the second limiting projection 1283 is fitted in the inner hole of the mouth feel filter element 123 and a water through hole 1284 penetrating the second positioning member 128 along the axial direction is formed on the second limiting projection 1283, so that pure water in the pure water channel a3 can flow out through the water through hole 1284 on the second positioning member 128 for reference.
From this, through setting up taste filter core 123 to be tubulose, make things convenient for the formation of pure water passageway a3 on the taste filter core 123 to through the cooperation of the spacing protruding 1283 of first spacing on the first locating part 127 and the hole of taste filter core 123 on the second locating part 128 respectively, make installation, the location of taste filter core 123 more convenient, swift, and make the runner simple structure in the compound filter core 12.
A composite filter element 12 according to one embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, the composite filter element 12 includes the filter assembly described above, a first end cap 124, a second end cap 125, a mouth feel filter element 123, a connector housing 126, a first positioning member 127, and a second positioning member 128. Wherein, filter assembly includes above-mentioned pretreatment filter element 121 and meticulous filter element 122, and first end cover 124 is established in filter assembly's bottom and is all continuous with pretreatment filter element 121 and meticulous filter element 122, and second end cover 125 is established on filter assembly's top and is continuous with pretreatment filter element 121. The connection housing 126 is provided in the second end cap 125, the connection housing 126 is opened at an upper end thereof and has a through hole 1263 communicating with an inner cavity thereof at a lower end thereof, an annular protrusion 1262 extending downward is formed at a circumferential edge of the through hole 1263, and an upper end of the center water collecting pipe 1221 is fitted in the annular protrusion 1262.
The mouth feel filter element 123 is provided in the connection housing 126, and the first positioning member 127 and the second positioning member 128 are provided at the lower end and the upper end of the mouth feel filter element 123, respectively. The above-mentioned projection 1261 is formed on the bottom wall of the connection housing 126, the first positioning member 127 is located in the connection housing 126 and the first positioning body 1271 of the first positioning member 127 is supported on the above-mentioned projection 1261 so that the first positioning body 1271 is spaced apart from the bottom wall of the connection housing 126, so that pure water in the central water collecting pipe 1221 can smoothly flow into the flow passage a2 of the connection housing 126.
The first positioning body 1271 is circular, the periphery of the first positioning body 1271 is provided with a fifth flanging part 1272 extending upwards, the lower end of the taste filter element 123 is abutted against the inner peripheral wall of the fifth flanging part 1272, so that the stability of the cooperation of the first positioning piece 127 and the taste filter element 123 can be further increased, the fifth flanging part 1272 is spaced from the inner peripheral wall of the connecting shell 126, and at the moment, the gap between the first positioning piece 127 and the inner wall of the connecting shell 126 and the gap between the outer peripheral wall of the taste filter element 123 and the inner wall of the connecting shell 126 jointly form the circulation channel a2. The second positioning body 1281 is circular, and a sixth flanging part 1282 extending downwards is formed on the periphery of the second positioning body 1281, and the upper end of the taste filter element 123 is abutted against the inner peripheral wall of the sixth flanging part 1282, so that the stability of the cooperation of the second positioning piece 128 and the taste filter element 123 can be further increased.
A composite filter element assembly 1 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 2-4.
As shown in fig. 2-4, a composite filter element assembly 1 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention comprises: the filter housing 11 and the composite filter element 12 according to the above-described first aspect of the present invention, the filter housing 11 is formed with a raw water inlet 111, a pure water outlet 112, and a concentrate water outlet 113, the raw water inlet 111, the pure water outlet 112, and the concentrate water outlet 113 may be formed at a lower end of the filter housing 11, the composite filter element 12 is provided in the filter housing 11, the raw water inlet 111 communicates with the water inlet end of the pretreatment filter element 121, the pure water outlet 112 communicates with the pure water passage a3, and the concentrate water outlet 113 communicates with the concentrate water passage a 1. Thus, raw water can enter the filter shell 11 through the raw water inlet 111 of the filter shell 11, flows into the pretreatment filter core 121 through the water inlet end of the pretreatment filter core 121 for preliminary filtration, water after preliminary filtration by the pretreatment filter core 121 is sequentially filtered by the fine filter core 122 and the taste filter core 123, and pure water entering the pure water channel a3 flows out through the pure water outlet 112 on the filter shell 11 to be drunk, and concentrated water entering the concentrated water channel a1 is discharged out of the filter shell 11 through the concentrated water outlet 113 on the filter shell 11.
It can be appreciated that the diameter of the composite filter element 12 is reduced, so that the pressure resistance requirement on the filter shell 11 is low, the pressure resistance of the filter shell 11 is facilitated, the cost and reliability of the composite filter element assembly 1 are reduced, the miniaturization of the whole machine is facilitated, and meanwhile, the good water outlet quality can be ensured.
According to the composite filter element assembly 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention, due to the arrangement of the composite filter element 12, the diameter of the composite filter element 12 is reduced, so that the pressure resistance of the filter shell 11 is facilitated, the reliability of the composite filter element assembly 1 is improved, the miniaturization of the whole machine is facilitated, and the quality of water outlet is good.
A water purification system 100 according to an embodiment of the third aspect of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a water purification system 100 according to an embodiment of the third aspect of the present invention includes: the composite filter element assembly 1 according to the above-described second aspect embodiment of the invention.
According to the water purifying system 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the composite filter element assembly 1 is arranged, so that the miniaturization of the whole machine is facilitated, and the quality of the discharged water is good.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, a water purification system 100 includes: the water inlet pipeline b1, the pure water pipeline b2, the concentrated water pipeline b3, the preposed filter screen 2, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 3, the booster pump 4, the composite filter element assembly 1, the one-way valve 5, the high-pressure switch 6, the tap and the wastewater electromagnetic valve 7. Wherein, inlet line b1 links to each other with the raw water import 111 of straining shell 11, and leading filter screen 2, water inlet solenoid valve 3 and booster pump 4 concatenate in proper order on inlet line b1 in the rivers direction, and leading filter screen 2 is arranged in filtering rust, silt etc. that the size is great in the raw water, and water inlet solenoid valve 3 is used for controlling the break-make of inlet line b1, and booster pump 4 is used for improving the water pressure.
The pure water pipeline b2 is connected with the pure water outlet 112 on the filter shell 11, the check valve 5, the high-pressure switch 6 and the water tap are sequentially connected in series on the pure water pipeline b2 in the water flow direction, the check valve 5 is in one-way conduction in the direction from the pure water outlet 112 to the water tap, the check valve 5 is used for preventing water in the pure water pipeline b2 from flowing backwards into the composite filter element 12, and the high-pressure switch 6 can detect whether the water tap is in an open state or a closed state according to the water pressure in the pure water pipeline b 2. The waste water solenoid valve 7 is connected in series with the concentrated water pipeline b3, and the waste water solenoid valve 7 is used for adjusting the proportion of waste water so as to balance the working pressure of the water purifying system 100.
Thus, when the faucet is opened, the water purification system 100 is opened to operate, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 3 is opened, the high-pressure switch 6 is closed, raw water enters the raw water pipeline and sequentially flows through the front filter screen 2, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 3 and the booster pump 4, then flows into the composite filter element 12 through the raw water inlet 111 on the filter shell 11 to be purified, water treated by the composite filter element 12 flows into the pure water pipeline b2 through the pure water outlet 112 on the filter shell 11, finally flows out through the faucet for reference, and the other part flows into the concentrated water pipeline b3 through the concentrated water outlet 113 on the filter shell 11 to be discharged.

Claims (6)

1. A composite filter cartridge, comprising:
the filter assembly comprises a pretreatment filter element and a fine filter element which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, and the fine filter element comprises a central water collecting pipe and a fine filter membrane wound on the central water collecting pipe;
the first end cover is arranged at one axial end of the filter assembly and is connected with the filter assembly to cover one axial end of the filter assembly;
the second end cover is cylindrical, is arranged at the other axial end of the filter assembly and is connected with the pretreatment filter element;
the taste filter element is arranged in the second end cover, is connected with the central water collecting pipe and is positioned at the downstream of the fine filter element, a concentrated water channel and a circulating channel which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside and are mutually spaced are defined between the taste filter element and the second end cover, the circulating channel is communicated with the central water collecting pipe, and a pure water channel for pure water to flow out is formed in the taste filter element;
the taste filter element is positioned above the filter component;
the connecting shell is arranged in the second end cover and is connected with the central water collecting pipe, the concentrated water channel is defined between the connecting shell and the second end cover, the taste filter element is arranged in the connecting shell, and the circulation channel is defined between the taste filter element and the inner wall of the connecting shell;
a bump is arranged between the inner wall of the connecting shell and the taste filter element so that the inner wall of the connecting shell is spaced apart from the taste filter element, and a gap between the inner wall of the connecting shell and the taste filter element forms the circulation channel;
the connecting shell is provided with an annular bulge, and the water outlet end of the central water collecting pipe is matched in the annular bulge.
2. The composite filter element of claim 1, wherein the filter element and the mouth feel filter element are arranged in an up-down direction.
3. The composite filter element of claim 1, further comprising: the first locating piece and the second locating piece are respectively arranged at two axial ends of the taste filter element and are connected with the taste filter element.
4. A composite filter element according to claim 3, wherein the mouth-feel filter element is tubular, the inner bore of the mouth-feel filter element constitutes the pure water channel, the first positioning member comprises a first positioning body and a first limiting protrusion formed on the first positioning body, the first positioning body covers one end of the mouth-feel filter element adjacent to the central water collecting pipe, the first limiting protrusion is fitted in the inner bore of the mouth-feel filter element, the second positioning member comprises a second positioning body and a second limiting protrusion formed on the second positioning body, the second positioning body is arranged at one end of the mouth-feel filter element far away from the central water collecting pipe, the second limiting protrusion is fitted in the inner bore of the mouth-feel filter element, and a water through hole axially penetrating through the second positioning member is formed on the second limiting protrusion.
5. A composite filter element assembly, comprising:
a filter shell, wherein a raw water inlet, a pure water outlet and a concentrated water outlet are formed on the filter shell;
the composite filter cartridge according to any one of claims 1-4, provided within the filter housing, the raw water inlet communicating with a water inlet end of the pretreatment filter cartridge, the pure water outlet communicating with the pure water passage, and the concentrate water outlet communicating with the concentrate water passage.
6. A water purification system, comprising: a composite filter element assembly according to claim 5.
