Description

Aquatic product pool purifying device and aquaculture system
Technical Field
The invention relates to an environment-friendly purification device for the aquaculture industry, in particular to a purification device for purifying water for an aquatic product pond and an aquaculture system.
Background
Land aquaculture seriously has the problems of single variety, low quality of aquatic products, environmental pollution, water resource waste and the like. The problems of excessive feeding, excessive medication, degradation of a pond ecosystem and the like in the cultivation process cause water quality degradation, a large amount of nutrient-rich substances are discharged, especially the concentrations of pollutants such as nitrogen, phosphorus, COD and the like in various cultivation sewage such as a fish pond, a turtle pond and the like are high, serious pollution is caused to the water environment, a series of changes are caused to the ecological environment, so that the functions of the water area ecosystem are destroyed, meanwhile, along with the pollution of a natural water body, the water source for cultivation is less and less, the traditional water injection and water change regulation and control can not be basically realized, the quality of aquatic products is influenced, and the edible safety is directly or indirectly endangered to human beings. The water crisis caused by water resource shortage and water environment pollution has severely restricted the development of economy.
The artificial aquaculture is raised, especially the large-scale aquaculture with high density and high yield, not only pollutes the environment, but also brings hidden trouble to food safety. In the aquaculture process, most of the surplus protein in the feed is excreted into water in the form of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite. Under the environments of rainfall, air temperature and the like, fishes and shrimps are easy to be ill, the use of antibiotics is increased, and the food safety risk of medicine residues is increased. The excrement and feed residues of aquatic animals are deposited in water, and the aquatic animals are fermented, become tasty, accumulate daily and monthly, are eutrophicated in water bodies, are difficult to survive in fish and shrimp, and are discharged in sewage, so that the aquatic animals become environmental pollution.
The ecological restoration cultivation is taken as a main body, and a water resource saving type and environment friendly circulating water ecological healthy cultivation mode is developed. The engineering of a production system is used for constructing a regulation and control environment for purifying the cultivation wastewater step by step and effectively utilizing the cultivation residues, so that the method is one of the trends of the future aquaculture.
Meanwhile, the future aquaculture industry development is limited by water resources, land resources, environmental protection, energy utilization, aquatic product quality and other important factors, so that for aquaculture countries with shortage of resources and energy sources, efficient ecological healthy aquaculture and reasonable treatment of aquaculture sewage are greatly promoted, the precondition of saving water resources, land resources, energy conservation and emission reduction is needed, the environment is effectively protected, the safety of aquatic products is ensured, the development and recycling economy are realized, and sustainable development is realized.
At present, for the treatment of aquaculture sewage, various purification treatment systems are generally arranged at the periphery of a pond, and Chinese patent application numbers 200610054026.X, 200620168387.2 and 201010103123.X all relate to the purification tanks (such as a plant filter tank, an ulva pertusa algae tank, a nitrifying filter tank and the like) arranged at the periphery of the pond to realize purification, but the construction materials are more, the cost is high, the purification period is long, and the operation energy consumption is large. Chinese patent application No. 200610059750.1 is to lift the culture wastewater at the central bottom layer of an aquatic product pond into another water tank for separation of suspended organic matters and natural photochemical catalytic oxidation treatment, and has the advantages of complex process, difficult popularization, more treatment equipment, and high construction cost, and the Chinese patent application No. 200910037024.3 relates to ozone, machinery, biology, liquid oxygen converted water and the like. The constructed wetland is an emerging sewage treatment technology, has good purification treatment effect when applied to the cultivation sewage, but has poor system stability, short operation life, lower hydraulic load and pollution load, large occupied area and easy secondary pollution. The Chinese patent application number 200710051740.8 is composed of a fish pond, an artificial wetland and a ditch, and the wastewater in the fish pond is subjected to special artificial wetland and ditch purification treatment, so that the wetland has a single function. Chinese patent application No. 200810236364.4 relates to planting submerged plants and stocking aquatic economic animals, but is limited to this partial area of the wetland, such as a water storage area, and in addition achieves effective purification of up to 5-20% of the area of the aquaculture pond, with large land occupation. Chinese patent application number 200910194931.9 relates to multi-stage purifying devices such as biological purifying channels, artificial wetland and clay ceramsite water purifying devices, and has the advantages of complicated steps, longer period, high cost and small application range. However, a sequencing batch cycle treatment and recycling system for the culture sewage, which can realize zero discharge of the culture sewage and does not adopt any purifying device, is not reported at present.
Therefore, there is a need for a healthy, safe, environment-friendly device for purifying aquacultural water in an aquacultural pond, which can reduce the waste and pollution of water resources and can effectively purify the aquacultural water, so that the aquacultural water can be a new way for safety and health.

the water flowing out of the outlet 82 of the water outlet pipe 8 to the aquatic pond 300 is sufficiently purified, so that the fish can live in safer and more environment-friendly water, and healthy, safe and environment-friendly fish can be cultivated for people to eat; therefore, the aquatic product tank purifying device 200 of the invention can be used for circularly purifying the aquatic product tank, thereby greatly reducing the waste and pollution of water resources.
It should be noted that the above description is given by taking the water flowing out from the outlet 82 of the water outlet pipe 8 to flow back into the aquatic product tank 300 communicated with the water pump 1d (i.e. the aquatic product tank pumped by the water pump and the aquatic product tank flowing into the water outlet pipe are the same aquatic product tank or mutually communicated aquatic product tanks) as an example; other purification embodiments of the aquatic product tank purification device 200 of the present invention are also possible, for example, when water flowing out from the outlet 82 of the water outlet pipe 8 flows into other aquatic product tanks (i.e. the aquatic product tank pumped by the water pump and the aquatic product tank flowing into the water outlet pipe are different and not communicated with each other), as the water is purified by the aquatic product tank purification device 200 of the present invention, the water flowing into the aquatic product tank from the outlet 82 of the water outlet pipe 8 is healthy, environment-friendly and safe, so that the fish cultured by the water is healthy, safe and environment-friendly, and the water in different aquatic product tanks is pumped to provide for other aquatic product tanks, thereby greatly reducing the waste and pollution of water resources; therefore, the aquatic product tank purifying device 200 can effectively purify the water for aquaculture, thereby reducing the waste and pollution of water resources, and the purified water is utilized for aquaculture, so that healthy, safe and environment-friendly fishes can be cultured for people to eat. As to whether the aqua-tank purifying device 200 of the present invention is used for circularly purifying the same aqua tank or purifying different aqua tanks, those skilled in the art can make a reasonable layout according to actual demands without any creative labor on the premise of the technical scheme provided by the present invention, and will not be described in detail herein.
