Description

Anti-theft alarm system for transformer
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of power engineering, and relates to a transformer anti-theft alarm system.
Background
The rural power grid distribution area is wide, the rural power distribution transformers are hundreds to thousands in number in county units, and the rural power distribution transformers are huge in number. The power facilities such as the agricultural transformer are generally placed in a remote place, and the event that the agricultural transformer is stolen frequently occurs, so that normal life of local residents is disturbed, and agricultural production is seriously influenced in busy seasons.
The rural power grid distribution transformer is stolen with the following characteristics:
1. theft time is mostly concentrated around the early morning. People are in sleep before and after the morning, so that the people are careless to prevent, and the best opportunity for the thief to get down is provided.
2. Theft periods are of significant seasonal nature. Summer is a key period of drought resistance and flood prevention in rural areas, and the transformer is frequently used, so that the transformer also becomes a peak period of theft of the copper core of the transformer.
3. The theft method mainly includes two methods, namely cutting high and low voltage leads of the transformer, detaching bolts for fixing foundation pins of the transformer, and then stealing the whole transformer; the second method is to steal only copper wires inside the transformer and disassemble the transformer in a destructive manner until the copper coil of the transformer is removed.
Because of the specificity of the rural power grid distribution network, the rural power grid distribution transformer has a plurality of distribution points and wide range, and is difficult to manage. At present, a method for welding a transformer onto a rack is mainly adopted for transformer theft prevention, and for a user self-management transformer, when the transformer is stopped, the user often dismantles and transports the transformer, and the transformer is installed when the transformer is used in the next year, so that the repeated dismounting workload is increased, and the user cost burden is increased.
In addition to the high cost of repairing the power after the transformer is stolen, the most worry of people is that the stolen event happens again, so that the establishment of the transformer anti-theft alarm system is very necessary.

The infrared light spot detection alarm unit comprises: the infrared LED, the collimating lens, the narrow-band filter, the converging lens, the photoelectric detector and the digital processing chip; the infrared LED is positioned on the focal plane of the collimating lens, the narrow-band filter and the converging lens are arranged on the same optical axis, the photoelectric detector is positioned on the focal plane of the converging lens, and the digital processing chip is connected with the photoelectric detector; the digital processing chip is connected with the microcomputer control unit.
The alarm unit includes: the alarm comprises an electric switch, a warning lamp, an alarm horn and a microwave transmitting unit; the electric switch is respectively connected with the warning lamp, the warning horn and the microwave transmitting unit through wires; the microcomputer control unit is respectively connected with the warning lamp, the warning horn and the microwave transmitting unit.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the system utilizes an infrared light spot detection unit and a GPS positioning unit to realize two-stage alarm, the infrared light spot detection unit realizes the detection of the centimeter-level displacement of the transformer, and the GPS positioning realizes the detection of the meter-level displacement of the transformer. The two-stage alarm method of the system improves the sensitivity of alarm, reduces false alarm and can also detect the position of the transformer in real time when theft occurs.
The system can realize anti-theft monitoring in normal operation or off-line state of the transformer, can ensure normal operation of a power line, reduce production loss caused by theft of the transformer, save a large amount of repeated disassembly and assembly cost for the off-line transformer, and greatly reduce work load of workers. Therefore, the system is widely applied to the power system, and has huge popularization and application prospects.
