of shunt pipes (28) arranged at equal intervals, the water inlet end at the right end of the heat dissipation disc (25) at the right side is connected with the water outlet end of the heat exchange box (23) through a water return pipe (24), under the action of the circulating water pump (33), heat exchange liquid in the heat exchange box (23), and then refine the heat transfer liquid to improve heat radiating area, just so conveniently take away the heat in the heat transfer liquid, still be equipped with shower (30) on the heat dissipation mechanism, shower (30) erect between two heat
