本发明公开了一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,依次包括以下工艺步骤:将水、氢氧化钠0.1~1.0份、防锈剂2~15份、醇胺0~8份、苯并三氮唑0.1~0.8份、EDTA四钠0~12份混合搅拌,得到均匀透明的溶液I;将矿物基础油3~30份、二乙二醇单丁醚1~5份、乳化剂2~20份、烷基胺0~10份、脂肪酸2~15份加入到溶液I中,混合搅拌,得到均匀透明的溶液II;将杀菌剂0.1~3份、消泡剂0.01~0.8份加入到溶液II中,混合搅拌,得到均匀透明的溶液III。本发明一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,制备过程简单,获得的支架液外观透明,无气味无挥发物质,绿色环保,可适用于不同水质,耐冻融性能优异,节约石油资源并可减少环境污染。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液压支架液的技术领域,尤其涉及一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法。
【背景技术】
矿山液压支架液是一种针对先进矿山液压支架和其它工业界水压***而开发的抗燃型液压液,矿山液压支架液能有效的保护液压***,延长液压支架使用寿命。目前矿山液压支架液大部分采用亚硝酸钠作为防锈添加剂,亚硝酸钠作为防锈添加剂具有防锈效果好,成本低的特点,但是亚硝酸钠对人体有刺激和致癌作用,危及个人健康和污染环境。且目前矿山液压支架液还存在耐硬水稳定性差,耐冻融性能不符合要求的缺点。因此,有必要提出一种绿色环保、耐硬水稳定性好,且满足矿山开采需求的液压支架液。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,制备过程简单,本发明方法获得的支架液外观透明,无气味无挥发物质,具有良好的稳定性,不含亚硝酸钠,重金属等有害物质,保证工人身体不受损害,绿色环保,可适用于不同水质,耐冻融性能优异,满足矿山长臂开采的要求,使用成本低,节约石油资源并可减少环境污染,是一种很好的乳化油替代产品,可在煤矿生产中广泛使用,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,依次包括以下工艺步骤:
a)将水6.4~59.49份、氢氧化钠0.1~1.0份、防锈剂2~15份、醇胺0~8份、苯并三氮唑0.1~0.8份、EDTA四钠0~12份依次加入到反应釜中混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液I;
b)将矿物基础油3~30份、二乙二醇单丁醚1~5份、乳化剂2~20份、烷基胺0~10份、脂肪酸2~15份依次加入到溶液I中,混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液II;
c)将杀菌剂0.1~3份、消泡剂0.01~0.8份依次加入到溶液II中,混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液III。
作为优选,所述的步骤a、b、c中的搅拌速度均为60~80r/min。
作为优选,所述的防锈剂为水基防锈剂,所述的防锈剂为有机酸胺盐或者酯、硼酸胺盐或者酯、十二烯基丁二酸胺盐或者酯中的一种或多种混合。
作为优选,所述的醇胺为单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、单异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺中的一种或多种混合。所述的醇胺维持溶液PH值的稳定。
作为优选,所述的苯并三氮唑起防有色金属变色作用。
作为优选,所述的EDTA四钠为螯合剂,降低水的硬度,保持乳化液稳定。
作为优选,所述的矿物基础油为石蜡基,中间基或者环烷基矿物型基础油,是从石油中提炼出来的成分。
作为优选,所述的乳化剂为离子型乳化剂、非离子型乳化剂、两性乳化剂中的一种或者多种混合,所述的离子型乳化剂为脂肪醇醚硫酸酯盐、脂肪醇硫酸酯盐、烷基磺酸钠、烷基醚羧酸、芳香基醚羧酸、脂肪醇羧酸盐、石油磺酸钠、石油磺钙、二丁基萘磺酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、十八烷基三甲基氯(溴)化铵中的一种或多种混合,所述的非离子型乳化剂为聚氧化乙烯脂肪醇醚、壬基酚聚氧化乙烯醚、聚氧化乙烯脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧化乙烯肪醇磷酸酯、失水山梨醇磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧化乙烯磷酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种混合,所述的两性乳化剂为烷基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、羟基磺基甜菜碱、卵磷脂、桂酰两性基乙酸钠、烷基丙氨酸单钠盐、羟乙基异辛基丙氨酸单钠盐中的一种或多种混合。
作为优选,所述的烷基胺为烷基线型胺和烷基环型胺中的一种或者多种混合,所述的烷基胺为辛烷基胺、十二烷基胺、十八烷基胺、二辛烷基胺、二十二烷基胺、二十八烷基胺、环己胺、二环己胺、三环己胺中的一种或多种混合。所述的烷基胺和乙二醇丁醚起偶联作用,可以保证水相和油相均匀透明。
作为优选,所述的脂肪酸是动物或者植物脂肪酸,是从动物油或者植物油中提炼出来的成分,所述的脂肪酸为动物油酸、植物油酸、蓖麻油酸、妥尔油脂肪酸中的一种或多种混合,所述的脂肪酸起防锈和润滑的作用。
作为优选,所述的杀菌剂为苯并异噻唑啉酮、二亚甲基二胺类杀菌剂、三嗪类杀菌剂中的一种或多种混合。
作为优选,所述的消泡剂为水溶性聚醚消泡剂和高效聚硅氧烷消泡剂中的一种或多种混合。
作为优选,加水稀释调节浓度,推荐使用浓度为4~5%V/V。

a)将水、氢氧化钠0.5份、防锈剂8份、苯并三氮唑0.5份依次加入到反应釜中混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液I;
b)将矿物基础油8份、二乙二醇单丁醚2.5份、乳化剂4份、烷基胺5份、脂肪酸4份依次加入到溶液I中,混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液II;
c)将杀菌剂1份、消泡剂0.01份依次加入到溶液II中,混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液III。

b)将矿物基础油8份、二乙二醇单丁醚2.5份、乳化剂7份、烷基胺2份、脂肪酸4份依次加入到溶液I中,混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液II;
c)将杀菌剂1份、消泡剂0.01份依次加入到溶液II中,混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液III。
实施例三:
一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,依次包括以下工艺步骤:
b)将水、氢氧化钠0.8份、防锈剂10份、醇胺5份、苯并三氮唑0.3份、EDTA四钠8份依次加入到反应釜中混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液I;
b)将矿物基础油8份、二乙二醇单丁醚3份、乳化剂7份、烷基胺6份、脂肪酸12份依次加入到溶液I中,混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液II;
c)将杀菌剂1份、消泡剂0.2份依次加入到溶液II中,混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液III。

1.一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,其特征在于:依次包括以下工艺步骤:
a)将水6.4~59.49份、氢氧化钠0.1~1.0份、防锈剂2~15份、醇胺0~8份、苯并三氮唑0.1~0.8份、EDTA四钠0~12份依次加入到反应釜中混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液I;
b)将矿物基础油3~30份、二乙二醇单丁醚1~5份、乳化剂2~20份、烷基胺0~10份、脂肪酸2~15份依次加入到溶液I中,混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液II;
c)将杀菌剂0.1~3份、消泡剂0.01~0.8份依次加入到溶液II中,混合搅拌15~60分钟,得到均匀透明的溶液III。
2.如权利要求1中所述的一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤a、b、c中的搅拌速度均为60~80r/min。
3.如权利要求1中所述的一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的防锈剂为水基防锈剂,所述的防锈剂为有机酸胺盐或者酯、硼酸胺盐或者酯、十二烯基丁二酸胺盐或者酯中的一种或多种混合。
4.如权利要求1中所述的一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的醇胺为单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、单异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺中的一种或多种混合。
5.如权利要求1中所述的一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的矿物基础油为石蜡基,中间基或者环烷基矿物型基础油,是从石油中提炼出来的成分。
6.如权利要求1中所述的一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的乳化剂为离子型乳化剂、非离子型乳化剂、两性乳化剂中的一种或者多种混合,所述的离子型乳化剂为脂肪醇醚硫酸酯盐、脂肪醇硫酸酯盐、烷基磺酸钠、烷基醚羧酸、芳香基醚羧酸、脂肪醇羧酸盐、石油磺酸钠、石油磺钙、二丁基萘磺酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、十八烷基三甲基氯(溴)化铵中的一种或多种混合,所述的非离子型乳化剂为聚氧化乙烯脂肪醇醚、壬基酚聚氧化乙烯醚、聚氧化乙烯脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧化乙烯肪醇磷酸酯、失水山梨醇磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧化乙烯磷酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种混合,所述的两性乳化剂为烷基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、羟基磺基甜菜碱、卵磷脂、桂酰两性基乙酸钠、烷基丙氨酸单钠盐、羟乙基异辛基丙氨酸单钠盐中的一种或多种混合。
7.如权利要求1中所述的一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的烷基胺为烷基线型胺和烷基环型胺中的一种或者多种混合,所述的烷基胺为辛烷基胺、十二烷基胺、十八烷基胺、二辛烷基胺、二十二烷基胺、二十八烷基胺、环己胺、二环己胺、三环己胺中的一种或多种混合。
8.如权利要求1中所述的一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的脂肪酸是动物或者植物脂肪酸,是从动物油或者植物油中提炼出来的成分,所述的脂肪酸为动物油酸、植物油酸、蓖麻油酸、妥尔油脂肪酸中的一种或多种混合。
9.如权利要求1中所述的一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的杀菌剂为苯并异噻唑啉酮、二亚甲基二胺类杀菌剂、三嗪类杀菌剂中的一种或多种混合。
10.如权利要求1中所述的一种绿色环保矿山液压支架液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为水溶性聚醚消泡剂和高效聚硅氧烷消泡剂中的一种或多种混合。
