Abstract
The invention discloses a full-automatic sensor magnet press-fitting machine, which comprises a material tray and a conveying track thereof, and further comprises a magnet feeding table, a workpiece feeding mechanism and a pressing mechanism; the magnet feeding table comprises a disc, and a feeding groove which is arranged in a crisscross manner is vertically arranged on the disc; the material pressing mechanism comprises a portal frame arranged above the disc, a material pressing push rod penetrating through the portal frame is arranged at the top of the portal frame, and a fixed disc and four ejector pins are arranged at the bottom of the material pressing push rod; the workpiece feeding mechanism comprises a moving table arranged below the disc, a positioning clamp is arranged at the top of the moving table, and a workpiece is arranged on the positioning clamp. The invention provides a full-automatic sensor magnet press-fitting machine, which can press four strong magnets into a workpiece at one time through semi-automatic arrangement, and has the advantages of low labor intensity, high working efficiency and high press-fitting precision of workers in the whole process, and waste products are not easy to generate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sensor assembly, in particular to a full-automatic sensor magnet press-fitting machine.
Background
Four strong magnets are required to be used on the motorcycle sensor, the four strong magnets are uniformly distributed around the workpiece, the prior art is to press the four strong magnets into the mounting holes of the workpiece one by one manually, the whole mounting process is complex, the labor intensity of workers is high, and the working efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a full-automatic sensor magnet press-fitting machine which can press four strong magnets into a workpiece at one time, and has the advantages of low labor intensity, high working efficiency and high press-fitting precision of workers in the whole process, and is not easy to generate waste products.
The invention provides a full-automatic sensor magnet press-fitting machine, which comprises a material tray and a conveying track thereof, and further comprises a magnet feeding table, a workpiece feeding mechanism and a pressing mechanism;
the magnet feeding table comprises a disc, and a feeding groove which is arranged in a crisscross manner is vertically arranged on the disc;
the pressing mechanism comprises a portal frame arranged above the disc, a pressing push rod penetrating through the portal frame is arranged at the top of the portal frame, and a fixed disc and four ejector pins are arranged at the bottom of the pressing push rod;
the workpiece feeding mechanism comprises a moving table arranged below the disc, a positioning clamp is arranged at the top of the moving table, and a workpiece is arranged on the positioning clamp.
The full-automatic sensor magnet press-fitting machine is further characterized in that a pushing groove connected with the feeding groove is formed in the conveying track, and a magnet electric linear push rod is arranged in the pushing groove.
The full-automatic sensor magnet press-fitting machine is further characterized in that a notch is arranged on one side of a pushing groove of the conveying track, and the charging tray is connected to the side of the notch.
The full-automatic sensor magnet press-fitting machine is further characterized in that a plurality of U-shaped partition plates made of non-magnetic materials are arranged in the material tray, and pushing plates are arranged at the tops of the partition plates.

Detailed Description
Example 1
The invention provides a full-automatic sensor magnet press-fitting machine, which comprises a material tray and a conveying track thereof, and further comprises a magnet feeding table, a workpiece feeding mechanism and a pressing mechanism;
the magnet feeding table comprises a disc 1, wherein a feeding groove 2 which is arranged in a crisscross manner is vertically arranged on the disc 1;
the material pressing mechanism comprises a portal frame 3 arranged above the disc, a material pressing push rod 4 penetrating through the portal frame is arranged at the top of the portal frame 3 and driven by a material pressing cylinder 41, and a fixed disc 6 and four ejector pins 5 are arranged at the bottom of the material pressing push rod 4;
the workpiece feeding mechanism comprises a moving table 7 arranged below the disc, a positioning clamp 8 is arranged at the top of the moving table 7, and a workpiece 9 is arranged on the positioning clamp 8.
Further, a pushing groove connected with the feeding groove is arranged on the conveying track, and a magnet electric linear push rod is arranged in the pushing groove.
Further, a notch is arranged on one side of the pushing groove of the conveying track, and a material tray is connected beside the notch.
Further, a plurality of U-shaped partition boards made of non-magnetic materials are arranged in the material tray, and pushing plates are arranged at the tops of the partition boards.
Further, one side of the pushing plate is provided with a baffle plate electric linear push rod.
Further, the positioning clamp 8 is a circular ring.
Further, a moving table is installed in a moving groove at the top of the base plate 10, and one end of the moving table is provided with a moving cylinder 11 and a moving rod 12.
